Dr. Bok is an incredibly skilled endodontist - I was shocked at how painless and FAST the procedure went. You'll need to follow up with your general dentist when the procedure is complete and return for a 6-month check to make sure the root canal therapy is 'holding' the way it is supposed to.I go back in a couple weeks for the other tooth that needs attention... can't thank these compassionate caregivers enough! Ted Kanakis: I had a Root Canal on my farthest back upper molar about 10 months ago. I had pain in that area since around that time. After COVID, and debilitating Lumbago, I finally made it back in for them to examine for possible problems. They took a complete new set of x-rays and an exam to ensure that the Root Canal had not gone astray. They confirmed that everything in the teeth was fine, but that there was a little inflammation in my sinus cavity, and some redness in my gum near it. They recommended going back to my dentist for a deep cleaning In the area, and use of a Water Pic. 30 minutes in the chair total. And they did not charge me a dime! Now that is both ultimate professionalism and guarantee of workmanship. These guts are all Aces with me.

bam bam: Went for a root canal. Days later intense pain when I cough or drink cold water. I call in to report the pain. The dentist informed the receptionist that I’m mistaken, nothing is wrong with my tooth. Without even looking at it or speaking to me directly, he was able to confirm it wasn’t their subpar work. So now I’m in more pain than before the root canal, and their response is to just deny any responsibility off the bat. Don’t go here

I knew my dentist referred me there for a root canal, but Dr Lindell was very thorough in introducing himself, doing his own exam and explaining all of my options. We opted for the root canal because it was my best option and what I was already expecting. I was understandably nervous but I seriously could have slept through the procedure. I did not feel a thing and was talking to him during it. It was honestly easier than getting a filling. He’s very personable and we were talking about music and movies. Fantastic experience, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I didn’t have any pain following. Delta Dental also covered most of the cost.

Laura M: I had 2 years ago a root canal treatment by Dr. Evans on my front teeth. Everything was fine back she was really nice with me as well the stuff there. Before Christmas 2017 I've notice a reinfection on my gums and I called the Endodontic Associates office to ask what to do. The receptionist told me that I need to contact my dentist to put me on antibiotics. Also she said I will not get a free procedure or reimbursement because is past 6 months since I had it done and probably they will need to take my crowns down, which they will not pay for as well. I had the infection confirmed by my dentist who send me to have surgery right away. They found a piece of needle that broke when Dr. Evans perform the root canal, which almost perforated the root of my mouth! Only then I understood why I had this weird feeling every time I was biting on my front teeth. I spent over $2000 for that procedure. How could she be so negligent? Unbelievable! I do not recommend this office!

First off, the office is very easy to get to, parking was a breeze, and the space was clean, organized, and had a very pleasant, cheerful and helpful staff! I was very nervous about the procedure, as my tooth had been causing me a great deal of pain and the filling experience, prior to seeing Dr. Robinson, was very painful. Dr. Robinson assured me I would not be feeling any pain today and he was right! The whole process was a breeze. He talked me through everything he was doing, which really helped to calm my nerves. He even showed me my Xrays once he was done and explained everything he did. He was also quite funny and talkative, which made the ~45 minute procedure MUCH more tolerable/less scary/less boring. Dr Aminlari did a painless and thorough job with my two root canals ( under 1.5 hours). He explains everything while showing you the x-rays and explains his procedure in detail. Everything was as pleasant as can be, when having a root canal.I barely felt numb when leaving, and absolutely no pain.

Silver Burkholder: I went here in October experiencing pain in a tooth, they did a root canal and the pain literally never went away. They blamed it on tmj, grinding, etc and assured me my tooth was completely fine. I go back in several times each month telling them I still have extreme pain, and they keep telling me to take meds and it will heal with time… I felt like my pain was dismissed multiple times and I was given answers that weren’t very helpful at the time. Almost 6 months after I’ve had the root canal, I have a severe pain episode and either need to get it retreated immediately or have it extracted. A2 called me and offered to retreat the tooth for free and did so within a 24 hour span. While my experience was not pleasant for some time, I do feel that the staff went out of their way to genuinely help me and Dr. Aminlari reassured me of that by fitting me in so soon. Everyone there is extremely kind and does their best to make sure you have what you need.

Deb Slick: I have a 30+ year old special needs daughter who is sometimes difficult. We had an appointment scheduled just this past Thursday and when we arrived at the office we were told there had been a miscommunication and she wouldn't be able to be helped at the practice. We had just had an appointment within the last month and had been told the same thing at U of M dental school after we had her in the chair. It is very difficult to get a "good day" for us to even get her to appointments so this news was extremely disappointing BUT Dr. Aminlari took the time to come out and talk with me about the situation and went over and above his responsibilities!! He offered to make some calls on my daughters behalf and see if he could find someplace that would be able to accommodate her and her needs. He asked me to give him a little time and he would get back with me. He seemed sincere but I was skeptical I've heard promises before. But to my complete surprise he arranged a consult and we were contacted on the following Monday! I am so very grateful that he advocated for my daughter a person who isn't even his patient! He is a man of integrity and I wish him every success!

Today I had a consult and then the root canal (on the furthest back molar) and the whole thing went great, and I had absolutely zero pain! Also, the entire visit took only one hour, and I had three roots (one that was super curly)! I think the cost was very reasonable as well!Everyone has been incredibly nice and reassuring. The receptionist I scheduled and confirmed with was very kind and knowledgable, and gave me lots of information that made me feel less nervous. Anna and Dr. Aminlari were so wonderful! I felt in control the whole time, and they always made sure I was comfortable with the next step, and they were kind and patient. My fiance was able to come in and sit with me for the whole procedure too!I think here they take a lot of pride in the patient experience, and relieving people of their pain. They truly don’t want people to suffer in pain. They wanted to help as soon as I told them my symptoms. The doctor was very empathetic and knowledgeable. He was willing to work with my anxiety around dental procedures. He was great!! I have never gotten a root canal so I was expecting the worst. The root canal procedure was WAY better than expected. I would say that cavity fillings are worse than a root canal. I had been suffering in pain for 2 weeks before seeing him. He works fast and efficient. I wish he could be my regular dentist.

Daniel Hicks: My root canal went fine, but they tried to target me to pay more money than required. I received a call over a year later asking for $350 despite the bill being negotiated and agreed upon by my insurance. A quick call to tricare sent them running and they "forgave the debt." They just thought I seemed like a person they could get to pay more, I wouldn't trust them again.

Stuart Kirk: I understand Dr. Ash is very highly rated so it is unfortunate that I never got as far as actually meeting him. While I am sure he is a very skilled practitioner, his front-of-office staff leave much to be desired; Their soft skills are horrible. I had an appointment for a root-canal assessment today at 12:00pm. I arrived at 11:50am and contacted the office to advise of my arrival due to COVID. At 12:15pm my phone rings and it was the front-office staff wanting to re-verify my health insurance coverage because I was out-of-network and to inform me that all services would need to be pre-paid and even though they were out of network, they wanted my provider's customer service number presumably to verify that I would be able to submit a claim for the services. This is something that was already explained to me. Given that I was told this was a 20-minute procedure (now approaching 12:20pm) I asked when I would be admitted. I was brusquely informed that they are extremely short staffed because they are having trouble finding people who will work for them due to COVID. Further, it was explained to me that my appointment time was actually the Doctor "squeezing me in during his lunch hour otherwise I would have to wait two months for an appointment" which needless to say did not resonate well; Sorry for interrupting your sandwich with my sore tooth, Doctor. Finally, when I was called in at 12:25pm, I was greeted at the door by an assistant that was ready to take my temperature and who explained that the mask I had "wasn't good enough" and they needed to replace it with a surgical mask (which does not fit me). It was at this point I chose to leave. Is Dr. Ash a qualified practitioner? Who knows? His front-office staff, however, are a train wreck and clearly do not understand the concept of customer satisfaction.

D L: Dr. Ash is the most thorough endodontist possible. He spent 2 hours one day, and almost 2 hours another day, on my root canal. (And he charges the same price, no matter how long it takes.) I experienced NO pain, and he took xrays throughout the process so he could ensure he got all the roots. I had a root canal done in the past by a regular dentist, and it's caused me sinus problems ever since, from bacteria getting trapped up there I am sure this will never happen with the root canal Dr. Ash did, and I am going to have him correct the other root canal done by the former dentist. I honestly believe there's NO ONE out there that could do a better job than Dr. Ash. He's a perfectionist and really cares about his patients.

I hope I never have to have another root canal procedure, but if I do I'd go straight back to Dr. Ash!
