Avrille Hanzel: I would recommend All Arbor Custom Fence for your fencing needs! They installed 125' of cedar fence and a gate. The installation team (Brian + team) was very talented and made sure to get my input on questions that came up throughout the installation process. They were flexible, creative, and built a beautiful fence! They also came out and replaced the latch on my gate with another style I preferred more free of charge.The only area for improvement would be around communication. I only received 24 hours notice before my installation due to an oversight on their side. Lucia B: This company sounded great at first and arranged to have someone come out to give us a quote on installing about 140 linear feet of fencing. It's now been 2 weeks and we still haven't received a quote. I left numerous calls asking about the quote and letting them know that I was making a decision last weekend. No one has bothered to get back to me. As far as I'm concerned, they are very unprofessional. If they didn't want to do the job, then at least get back to me and let me know. I definitely wouldn't recommend them. PS. We ended up hiring another fence company who give us a quote the same day they came out.

Jim, the owner was very professional and his crew did an exceptional job on the fencing. I had three types of fencing done and each section turned out beautiful. Brian, the guy in charge of the project worked with me so that I could get exactly what I wanted. The job required them to tear down the old fencing and replace it with a newly designed fence. The workmen were very careful to not destroy my watering system or my plants. I lucked out finding All Arbor Fencing on the internet and it was the best find I could hope for. I would recommend this business to anyone that needs to build or replace a fence.

Not only did Allied Fence provide the price point that others could not match, but the quality and excellent craftsmanship of the completed work was amazing. Communication by email or phone call was always answered within a reasonable amount of time. And cleanup of the work site was almost too well done (I wish they left some dirt behind). All of our neighbors have commented on how well the new fence looks. And one neighbor repeatedly mentions how they made a slight adjustment on the fly to accommodate their wish and make sure the fence met theirs neatly. Overall, I would recommend Allied Fence to any who asked.

The Allied fence team installed the fence and included a inlaid wire mesh to keep our smaller dog from crawling through the posts. The installation team worked through rain and snow to get our fence installed before the ground freeze. Couldn’t be happier with the final product.

anna karenina: Beware of the bait and switch. I was "told" I would be getting a 6ft fence with 2" line posts, and they jacked up their price by 50% for this feature. What was written in the contract, which I hadn't noticed at the time of signing, was 2" end posts, but 15/8" line posts. These guys are shysters. Shoddy workmanship, cheap material, high prices. I was DUPED. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Steven Li: I guess the fence repair was okay. Thought to try out Precision Fence. The guy was okay. He was friendly when we FIRST met. It was around 200 dollars to repair the fence and add 1-2 posts. He told us we could pay an additional 100 dollars to make sure the rest of our fence was in good condition. He did an okay job, I guess. When it came to actually paying, he told us we had fake money. This went on so far that we had to get the police involved which was super unnecessary. We offered him to give our money back in exchange for us writing a check to him. He insisted we give the "fake" money to the police. Police checked on the money and said it was not fake but old but it was real. We were trying to be polite and handle the situation peacefully but the man did not cooperate. Not going to lie, the fence was actually fixed well, hence the three stars. But it has been 2 years now and the fence is broken again which questions his work. Please be cautious of Precision fence.

Today is the 31st of December, I called him again, and he said he was so behind. I asked him about our fence and his tone changed. Told me something totally different, Told him we can get reputable contractors that we would not need his services. He tried to up the Price and told us things he did not mention when he came out and looked. I would be very leary, he never left any paperwork for us. I do not recommend him, or his poor practices.

Cynthia Johnson: Precision fencing did an outstanding job as far as timeliness and quality of the work they did. The quality of the wooden slats was not very good. A lot of them were bending up from the bottom after several months making the fence look bad. We think this was an issue caused by covid supply problems. I called Chis and he came out and he replaced all of the bad slats (about 70) free of charge. I couldn't be a happier customer! These guys stand behind their product!

They told me installers forgot to install the fasteners to keep the everything in place. Now the inserts are falling out after the wind storm. They promised to send someone out to fix it but all I get it crickets. The inside sales person, AMBER, is rude and needs customer service training. "they get the permit" ?apparently my township/city says their was never one put on file? after finding out none is on file with the city i called and spoke to amber. i let her know i contacted city about a neighbor taking down community metal fence and was told by ordninace officer i never had a permit on file for the install of a fence? amber was very rude...of course i was concerned my city was telling me i never had one. she accused me of just being mad because my neighbor took fence down. i let her know building department is saying up right fence NEVER applied for one?? did they say they pull the permit then they don't?i notice on sites that allow company reviews...people have given more bad than good. especially their customer service people...amber in particular is rude. good luck with this company. CHECK THAT THEY HAVE PULLED ALL REQUIRED AND CHARGED FOR PERMITS AND PAPERWORK. OR PULL YOUR OWN PERMITS FEES ARE THE SAME...AND YOU KNOW IF YOU ACTUALLY HAD ONE PULLED FOR YOUR ADDRESS

The installers are subcontractors so look out for discrepancies between your sales rep and installers measurments because if spending $8000 isn't enough look out for the installers telling you that you need an extra post that never got installed but I was definitely charged an additional $175 for & no one could explain the mysterious post that never arrived. 2 stars for the install -3 for the foolishness.

War Admiral: I hired Upright fence to install a privacy fence. There were two needs:1) The fence had to be low enough so our 10 lb dog couldn't get under the fence.2) We have underground sprinklers, so please be careful.I instructed the sales guy and the installers. The fence was installed in March 2022 and after the installers promised they'd have the fence close to the ground, I had to spend an additional $300 on black fencing around the perimeter.The sprinklers were demolished. The sprinkler repair guy said, "The fence installers were 100% on for ripping or breaking or buring the sprinkler head in the footing. What did you do to upset these guys?" I had to spend another $200+ on repairs. This is after I spent nearly $8,000.00 on the fence.I called for reimbursement, and they replied, " not responsible."Upright Fence, Do what you say and say what you do. I suggest to those of you reading this, look elsewhere for your fencing needs.

Ronald Pettifurd: I know lumber has gotten more expensive, but they robbed me blind. I've always gone here to replace portions of my cedar fence. After the insane price increase, I looked around, and you can gett lumber significantly cheaper elsewhere.Also, after paying for 10ft cedar posts, the guy around back gave me 9 footers. After I requested that he change them, he proceeded to do the worst notching job I've ever seen. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Have been getting cedar here for almost 30 years.

Rob Parsons: The owner, Kevin Watson came out on Monday, May 9, 2022 to quote the job. We have a large firewood pile along the fence line. He asked that I move the wood before they come so I said, just let me know when the job is scheduled and then I'll move the wood because I didn't want the wood to sit on the lawn for a long time and kill it if they couldn't come out soon. Kevin told me to go ahead and move the wood and call him when it's moved and since it was a small job they could send a crew over in between jobs.Kevin gave me his personal card and I called the next day to tell tell him I'd moved the wood. The receptionist told me I couldn't speak directly to Kevin but that she would relay the message.It's now one week later, May 17, 2022 and noone has contacted me or come out to do the job. I tried to call Kevin again today but Amber who answered the phone said he wasn't available. She put me on hold to talk with Kevin and per Amber, he said he told me a couple of weeks which is absolutely not true. I never would have moved the wood onto my lawn if I thought it would be there for two weeks. She then told me that I'm not on the schedule and that the only guy who can make or change the schedule is out until Thursday and that there is no guarantee that I will be on next weeks schedule either and that two weeks is just an estimate; it could be longer. I told her about my lawn and she said their contract doesn't cover lawns and that I still couldn't talk to Kevin whom she had literally just spoken to herself while I was on hold.I asked her to please have Kevin call me.
