Don Entertainment: We bought many parts from dealers were a body shop ourself but the customer service is the worst waiting on parts estimate for two days is ridiculous time is money go to Farmington Hills Porsche
Ziyi Lin: BEWARE!! The dealership will say any lies just to have you buy the car, and once you walk out of the door good luck trying to get them to take any responsibility for anything!Bought a car from them based on their multi-point inspection report stating that everything, including suspension components, were inspected and “OK at this time”. Within 5 days of taking delivery warning lights came up, car is slammed overnight, and noises coming from the suspension. Now I am facing a $5,300 bill for leaking suspension and worn out compressor!I have bought cars from other Porsche dealerships in the past and their report for the conditions of their cars were always comprehensive and truthful, any issues that might need future attentions were detailed and made clear to me. Suspension damages like this do not happen overnight. Service department from another Porsche dealership also confirmed that these are something that should’ve been noticed and conveyed to the customer during a multi-point inspection.I’ve already contacted the management trying to work something out with them. Not only did it took almost a whole month before I was able to talk to someone, when I finally was able to talked to someone, the manager was extremely unprofessional and impatient. I could hardly finish any sentences before I was cut off. In short they deny any responsibilities and basically said “suck it, you bought the car so too bad anything broke”.It seems that not all Porsche dealerships are created equally, some take pride and responsibility for what they sell and some just want to make a quick buck. I was misled by the untruthful depiction of the car’s condition and who knows what other issues lurks underneath the car.So just be careful, a “Porsche” on their door doesn’t mean they will adhere to the standard of the brand. In this case they are just like any “yo-yo” dealership: lie to you to get you to buy the car, and you get bent over with a car that require massive repair bill.
chris hicks: Brought my wife's Panamera in for its 1st service. The Service center was accommodating and provided a loaner for the day. We had been quoted a price before dropping the vehicle off and they let us know that the service was actually cheaper then expected so our finale bill was less then expected. Very honest. We will definitely continue to use them for the life of our Porsche ownership.

When I was going for cancer treatment at UofM, I was 20 years old. I was in sweats and scared to ask for a brochure (I am autistic), no one knew, they just treated me with respect and kindness. Since, 20 years ago, I'm still treated with that same respect when I go take photos. I own a used Porsche I refurbished, and always get parts from them. Trust me, no other dealership is as amazing as Porsche Ann Arbor.

The first Porsche dealer I talked with and test drove were pretty douchey considering I don’t really look like the typical Porsche driver and was able to pay cash for my car, plus they made it seem it was near impossible to get a hybrid. The A2 dealer was not like that. They were willing to make a deal, and kept me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle plus went the extra mile by delivering my vehicle at home during Covid and adding extra special goodies just for me. JP and Barry were great to deal with. Highly recommend.

I called the dealer twice to ask to ship one to me. Although both time, people in the sale department said they will ship one to me but never happened. Is this what a Porsche dealer offers to customers?Update: my sales gentleman Jay sent the bracket shortly after my comment. It appeared he was not in the office when I called the dealer. I appreciate the promptness of the dealer management and Jay to help solve the issue. But I still think that other sales rep who promised me could do better.
Shirley Wheeler: The service for the recall on my 2010 Porsche was great. While there I asked for car floor mats which had to be ordered. I was told that when the mats arrived I could pay to have them shipped to my home. It's been 2 weeks with several calls made to the dealer and message left with no return call. I guess that means that I need to go somewhere else to order my mats. Thanks for the service.

David Golovoy: Jay Douglas was very patient and helpful as I spent nearly a year looking at and test driving several new 911s, including base, turbo, and GTS models. Although I ended up buying a certified used turbo from out of state, I have great confidence in the sales staff at this dealership and would not hesitate to buy new or used from them. A good friend of mine purchased a used 911 from them and was very happy with his experience as well.Since purchasing my turbo, I have had two non warranty service experiences with Porsche of Ann Arbor. Both wear somewhat unusual requests, including steering wheel swap and deactivation of the power steering plus feature. The dealer had not done either of these before, but the service manager, Phil Kaiser, and the service technicians spent a lot of time to do the jobs correctly without overcharging me. The steering wheel swap and reprograming took around 4 hours. From what I read on porsche forums, this is about average time for a dealer that has not done it before, and people where generally charged for the actual time spent. Porsche of AA charged me book time of 1hour.I feel fortunate to be a Porsche owner, and very lucky to live near such a great dealership.

Michael Ledbury: I drove two hours to see a 14 year old vehicle that does not fit the inventory primarily sold. Despite this, I was the first interested potential buyer (out of eight apparently) and also have significant knowledge regarding the pre-owned automotive industry and wholesale values. Germain Porsche wouldn't disclose the amount they purchased the vehicle for and the sales manager was not in sight (I was the only non-employee there). So basically, since I was the only potential customer, wouldn't a true leader be grateful and express his appreciation personally?? In addition, Germain Porsche said they made a mistake offering a price too low and that it will be raised several thousand dollars the next day!!! This is a franchise dealer representing a company obsessed with perfection and satisfaction!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY!!!!

Azadeh Alimoghaddam: Hello,I got a flat tire on the road. I was close to Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor (about 10 miles away) so I gave them a call. The lady in services who picked up the phone was NOT helpful at all. She said they don’t have my tire and they can have it tomorrow but they don’t have time to fix it for the next 5 days!!!! Ridiculous!!!! She even didn’t tell me about roadside services and free towing to the dealership and the Uber voucher that they give. I also asked about the recall on my car and she said I the recall was already closed which was not a true statement.She made me feel bad. Not helpful whatsoever.I contacted Mercedes Benz of Novi which was about 40 miles away and received a five star service from them! Never going back to Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor.

Kathy M: I cannot believe how frustrated I am with this dealership. I purchased a brand new 2023 GLC last week from the dealership. I picked up my new car and after 10 miles of driving, the tire pressure warning was on. The next day, there was another warning saying "Cooling system malfunction. Service requested". I was able to smell something was wrong. I had to send my car new car back on day 2. I cannot believe this is a new car with full inspection. I called the dealership and expressed my concern about this new car. The dealership cares nothing about their customers. They were trying to downplay everything. They said that it is so normal for new models to have malfunctions. Excuse me? Are you trying to talk people out of purchasing new models? Then why did not you say that when you tried to sale the new model to me? They are so nice to you to ask for more money. But once the contract is signed, no one cares about the customer experience. I wouldn't recommend Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor to anyone.

I can't say enough about the integrity of the organization - there was an issue with the my initial purchase and they truly worked with me to get things back on track. From General Manager Dan Wilson to the AMAZING sales professional Susie Arrow, this dealership is unparalleled in the industry. The just focused on making things right, I can definitely say they did that and more. I am a customer for life (driving past 4 other dealerships to get to MB Ann Arbor)!! Can't say enough about them - truly first class!!!

I didn`t buy a new Mercedes, nor an expensive used one, I might say was one of the cheapest we would find in their store. Even with that, they provided the best service! I went there with a pre-approval loan from a specific bank, and they were the ONLY dealer in town that tried to find a better deal for me in other institutions. I need to mention specifically Kevni for his patience and attention to detail with us. Our timeline to get a car was really tight + some other issues. He didn`t try to convert us to a brand new car or lease as others did with us. He just listened and helped. I hope this car last forever with us to make this review even better.

To say I'm STILL in Cloud 9 is an understatement! Zhu Shen: This is specifically targeted at the service department.Got 2023 Volvo XC60 in Sept 2022. The first malfunction was in April 30. The battery drained for unknown reasons while parking. The service rep said the issue I am bringing up was my fault. He said "Because I did not keep my key away enough from my car while parking. Therefore, your battery drained."The second malfunction was in May 30, 2023. The AC system completely failed suddenly. The service rep said they have no time to inspect the car before June 14, 2023. Two weeks without AC.... It is outrageous....

They are also closed on Saturday and Sunday. Am I supposed to take off work to buy a car? Unacceptable in my opinion. I will not be returning for service or sales on my personal Mazda 3.

darrel james: Bought a cruze from here didn't know it had an after market engine in it.... the inspection people should have pointed that out but didn't. All four tires had plugs in them and had to be replaced.Seemed to be a hassle to get the spare out of him.All kinds of cooling issues... had to replace fan, thermostat,sensors etc...and now a blown gasket and I only ever put full synthetic oil changes in it.Car didn't last a year after putting well over four grand in it.... had two engine oil leaks that had to be fixed as soon as I got it etc...nothing but a 7000 dollar problem.
