Kara “Kara73”: Showed up before my appointment time, and it was going well until I kept seeing an error on the computer screen and tried to say something about it. I then kept getting told that "I do this everyday" I understand that but she clearly was not listening to me. Also, NO WHERE on the website does it say that $10 you pay is a deposit and that you'll owe an addition $65. This place is not worth the time or money.After reading the reply, I have more things to add. Ok that's great that your website says the $10 is a deposit, what it does not tell you is that you'll still owe an additional $65. People like to be warned of additional payments, because like the staff at this agency, they have bills to pay and put food on their table.

The owner is friendly, professional, and accommodating. The space is clean and feels safe during the pandemic. I have been fingerprinted regularly for professional licensing and previously only used the Police Department for this service. I found Fingerprint & Go during the pandemic because the Police Department stopped performing this service. I am so happy to have found Fingerprint & Go that I solely plan to use their service in the future, even though it is a 30 minute drive from my house. Thank you for making fingerprinting so easy and (dare I say?!) pleasant! :)

Lauren Yousif: Once you walk in the front doors there is no one sitting at the desk to tell you what you’re supposed to do. There is no number to take so that there is an organized system. After sitting for about 20 minutes, a man finally comes out after finishing with another customer... he stands there and says “if you’re here for fingerprinting come up here and give me your license and forms”. He takes all of our paperwork and IDs and then goes to his cubby. Meanwhile, I had an appointment scheduled at 11:05. He came out and haphazardly took everything at 11:05. Another woman has been here since 10:20 and she has been waiting for almost an hour while other people are getting called before her ... there needs to be a better way for them to run things here.

We had a nice conversation while he was taking my fingerprints. The price was very reasonable compared to another service I've used. I would go here again for this type of service.

I'm referring to Identogo as a whole not just this specific location.

julie lawson: Went to Livonia office. The guy at the desk told me I had the wrong form. Was not helpful at all when I asked about what form was needed. I called my school and asked about it, they had no idea what he was talking about. So I went to Canton police department instead, a little more expensive since I'm not a canton resident but way faster and they accepted the form I had. I had made the apt for identogo online and they instantly charge your card as soon as you make the apt. I asked about getting a refund while at identogo. The guy told me I had to call a number. I called the number, and after navigating all the number prompts got a hold of a lady who told me I had to send an email for a refund! Sent the email and the refund is going to take 7 to 10 business days to process! What a pain. Don't use this company!
