Michael Goulish: Best firewood of any kind anywhere ever. I just received my -- third, I think -- load of firewood from Mr Firewood yesterday -- 9 March 2021. I got a full cord (3 face-cords). I have been using Mr Firewood's product now for -- I guess it must be 2 years? We have probably burned a total of 6 face cords. We have a *lot* of fires in the winter.This is as good as it gets, folks. High-quality kiln-dried hardwood, which means its ready to rock the moment you get it, easy to light, and gives maximum heat. And cheerful delivery!Try to plan ahead and maybe buy from him in his off-season. I think Mr Firewood has a lot of happy regular customers and of course he has to serve them first. If you are lucky enough to become one of them you will be glad you did.

Seth Perrin: Extremely happy with the delivery we just got and it's DRY!! It's our first year with our wood stove that is our main heat source and the "other" guy we bought 10 face cords from gave us wet wood. The first face was fine but the 2nd delivery of 9 was terrible! It was actually 39% when we tested it with our moisture meter. So this morning we had no dry wood and no heat! My girlfriend called John and he had a full cord in our driveway just a few hours later. Just finished stacking the wood and got a fire going and it is burning beautifully! John was so nice and informative and we will definitely be doing business with him again. I will be honest and tell you that we tried to go with a cheaper source and we now have to wait until next season to burn that "other" wood. Mark Pelton: I went to buy Firewood at Carr's Outdoor Services yesterday. As usual there was no one on site and it was left to the honor system. I needed to pick up a Cord, but as I drive a Escape I could only take a 1/2 cord at a time. As no one was there for me to ensure that when paying for a full cord the second half would still be there when I returned, I paid for a 1/2 cord and sent an email about getting the second 1/2 and still paying the full cord price. I paid $70.00 for a 1/2 cord, the full cord was $100. These people never answer the phone, so what was I to do? I sent an email to them about this and here is their response:Hi Mark,Each rack is marked with the price we expect to be paid for it and appreciate that you did that when buying the 1/2 cord. However, your request to come back and just pay $30 more dollars for another 1/2 cord cannot be honored. We do not allow combining the smaller racks unless the stated price for each is paid. Other customers sometimes bring two vehicles or rent a U-haul trailer in order to get a face cord in a single trip.SO, they are 1 month behind on their delivery, so they expect people to bring a second vehicle or rent a trailer. I do the honest thing, and after a number of years of buying firewood from them (at least two cord a year), they treat people like this. I tried to make arrangements to pay for and pick up a full cord, but being so under staffed they don't have someone there to talk to nor a phone number to call once you get there (Clue, even when you do call they send you to email for communications).We will never buy firewood from Carr's Outdoor Services again. Franks Firewood isn't that far from them, they respond to every phone call, have people on location every day.Carr's Outdoor Services .... Don't waste your time or money! Go to Franks or one of the other well established and run Firewood supplies. If they won't take care of a long term client ... how do you think they will take care of someone like you who's never been there!

Lauren Menyhart: If I could give zero stars I would. This company is claiming they are doing roadwork for our subdivision in Plymouth Township. Even if they are, we never received any notice of this road work. They have knocked on our door multiple times in one night to see if we knew the neighbor and if we could call them to move their car or it would be towed. They then called the police. Then the next day, I came home from work early and I was approached and threatened by an employee saying they have been knocking on our door all week, and saw that my mother in law was in there one day (and we have dogs and a baby and she doesn't feel comfortable opening the door to strangers!). He then told me if I didn't move a car in front of our house that currently is not insured that we would be ticketed. Rude and unprofessional!!!
