Darren: I could never walk into a store that actively poaches business as I witnessed a few day before the fourth. A small tent operator was just conducting LEGAL business. When young men passing out brochures for this company were telling us that the tent was illegal (which to find it was not). It was really a disgusting and dishonest display. You would think in the climate we are in today such things wouldn’t happen. Truly a shame.

Danielle Sanney: We drove 45 mins to visit this store today. The selection was HUGE. The staff were so friendly and very helpful, even helped us load everything into the car. We spent about $1,300 but we literally filled the entire trunk and back seat. We did go there with the intention of spending that much. The deals were so amazing that, we just couldn't stop shopping! This is a firework store that MUST be visited. They have so much to choose from and they're so knowledgeable about what they sell. Forget going to the firework tents, GO HERE! You won't be disappointed!

Jeremy Brace: While the staff may be helpful once you are in the store, this company utilizes shady tactics to get you in the store.Today, I stopped at a nearby competitor to see what kind of deals they have.In the lot, I was approached by people in shirts with the Michigan Fireworks Logo and they said the store I was at was not a legal fireworks store and handed me a flyer. Concerned, I asked the employee for thier business license and she not only produced a license but also a state inspection certificate.Michigan Fireworks will not get my business.

I will take my money to one of many tents I see next time also take care of the building looked run down ,also the 6 pack of aerial support did not have not one army guys in them all 6 were just parachutes, the 6 shell mortar blew up on the ground first shell now what to do with 5 shells no tube to fire them from what a wast of money.

Location Wifi Operator 636: walked in to shop & was told they had to scan my ID into the system just to browse / walk around the store. I understand an ID check / verification policy at checkout but never have I been to a fireworks store were they have to log you into the system when you walk through the front door

One thing I didn't like, was the fact that it was the night before and they wouldn't do or have any deals like bogo or a percentage off. Since that was just me trying to save some money that's why I gave them 5 star. It really is a cool place. Cost money to have fun..

I browsed the entire store, then walked out and bought everything I wanted from a small tent that Exotic Fireworks set up on Haggerty just South of 14 Mile Rd. I could have walked the distance and literally paid HALF of what Phantom was charging.

There were coupons sent in the mail that I would be able to use for other discounts, but the one I was looking at was the one that stated, "become an instant premier customer. Spend $450 before tax to instantly join our program." While I was here yesterday, I asked about that coupon and whether or not the first $450 gets discounted or just the amount you spend after. The colleague told me the first $450 gets discounted as well. Today. I returned and loaded up my cart with $470 worth of fireworks. I asked the clerk at the register about the 50% off and she got the Manager, Rachael about it. She said the only way to get the 50%off today would be to spend $900. Having planned on keeping under $300, I contemplated and asked my daughter if we should just step back and reassess what I wanted to spend. She agreed. Rachael then said, "If you're going to have that attitude, then you can just leave everything here." I was shocked! I literally did not have an attitude. I just stated that she needed ro coach her employees better since it was her employee that misinformed me yesterday. I won't ever shop here again. For the record, Jose was very helpful yesterday and had I continued his experience, I would have spent a lot of money here. What a shame.
