Shelly D: Holy Cow that’s a great view! (Top on Angels Landing in Zion National Park)Early this summer the wonderful Anila helped me buy an entire case of these Holy Cow beef sticks. They are THE BEST hiking trail snack, I hiked over 100 miles this summer in many different national parks and these beef sticks kept me going!The staff here is so wonderful and always go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want.

Steve Prior: I ordered their 6 month bacon club which is advertised as free shipping - that's not true. Their 6 month club costs $199 which is $33.16/month and for that you get 1 package of each bacon per month. If you then go to their catalog you'll see that 1 package of Nueske's Applewood Smoked Bacon costs $19. A couple cost more than $20 and a few cost closer to $15, so the average price for what you get is around $20 even, so that's $13 shipping baked in to each monthly shipment. Not necessarily unreasonable as far as shipping charges go but they advertised free shipping which is clearly a lie.I saved money by just placing an order for all of the items in the club shipped all at once and saved considerably, however I really didn't care for the bacon I received. I found out that I really don't like thick sliced bacon (prefer thin) and ALL of these cuts are thick. I found most smoked and salted beyond reason, my bacon lover son refused to eat it and I managed to choke it down. When I told Zingerman's I didn't care for the Nueske's they did send me something else, but I just didn't care for any of them and instead of fussing more I'm just going to call this one "curiosity satisfied" and not order anything else.So while their customer service is very cheerful and helpful that doesn't make up for the fact that the shipping charges are deceptive and I just didn't like the product.Update: I will note that upon hearing of my dissatisfaction Zingerman's customer service was really great and refunded my entire order, I can only praise them for that. I just can't recommend the actual product.

Joanna Arkema: I ordered a gift box for a relative who was quarantining in a hotel far from home. The hotel was responsible for losing the gift box for 3 days. During that time, Zingerman's customer service was outstanding helping me try to locate the box (it was at the hotel) and the offered to send a new one it even though it wasn't their fault! In the end my relative was delighted when she did eventually get the original gift box.

They were all delicious but my two favorites were the cranberry nut (makes a great ham sandwich) and the chocolate bread—with huge chunks of deep, rich chocolate. I had never heard of Zingerman’s before but I will surely be passing it on!

This place should be ashamed to take peoples money amd send out that crusty garbage but keep on making that dollar and a cent!

Unfortunately, my husband and I had some issues with being notified about the delivery, which left it to sit out for days. It was the day before Christmas Eve. Elizabeth from Zingerman's mail order was able to help my mother in law with exceptional customer service. Not only did she overnight us a new box, she included a personal note inside. Would continue to use this company and recommend to anyone.

Each employee is empowered to do whatever is necessary to satisfy the complaint, however few there may be. Their food is full flavored and anything baked was made with pure ingredients, so no Wonder bread or cheese whiz here.
