Steve Lyles: Purchased a brand new Clark truck in 2016. After 3 years of the same mechanical problems (with multiple service visits) I contacted Tim Taylor. He was very helpful and assisted placing us into a new truck with a very reasonable trade value for our Clark truck (Tim was informed of the mechanical issues since it was new. I did not want to sell the truck to a private party knowing the history of the truck.)As disappointed as I was that the Clark was legitimately a lemon with known problems; I really felt that Fraza tried to be helpful (under the circumstances) and also credited our account for some service work on the Clark which was the on-going issue. Tim was excellent to deal with and he is an asset to Fraza.-------2022 - Purchased a 2nd new truck. Chris was my sales rep this time. Great experience! Everything was handled perfectly!!!! Thank you

Scott Stromenger: Great service and very knowledgeable staff. We chose Fraza to handle all our Material Handing requirements because they have a great team and are subject matter experts in their field. They have provided us with excellent service and backs up everything they do. All 4 of our forklifts come from them. When we needed a system to handle large panels to be put in cabinets, they came up with a cost-effective solution using Bridge Cranes and Air Manipulators to handle the job. I would highly recommend their team to handle your Material Handling requirements.

Anthony Munafo: We thought we were getting pretty good service after we switched to them from our previous company. However, we called them out because it sounded like the belt on our lift was rattling and we were told they would need to bring it to their shop that it couldn't be done on site, we wouldn't know exactly what needed to be done until they brought it in and that the repairs would take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to complete. So they gave us an estimate of approx $1,500 for a month rental of a lift (which had to be paid in full up front) and then approx $1,600 for the repair - $1,170 of which was labor. We told them we wouldn't be needing their service and called another company to come out. The technician came out and was here for about an hour and told us the fan was loose and needed new screws to hold it down. Fixed for $200 and runs perfect now. Then I called and asked to speak to a manager there to discuss the outrageous estimates they sent over and why their technician couldn't figure out the simple issue when he was here, and have yet to receive a phone call from the manager.

Garrett Metcalf: Whoever is driving your company van in and near Pontiac on the morning of December 10th around 8:30 am is a poor representative for your business. Your driver was going 55-60 MPH thru downtown Pontiac cutting in and out of traffic, aggressively making other drivers yield and avoid collisions multiple times. Would not do business with your company based on your employees poor behavior.

Anne Parker: Alta fixed my starter and changed the oil In only 1.5 hours!!! verses A Brighton, MI company who I hired first who couldn’t fix it after 3+ hrs and wanted to possibly haul it to shop to use a hoist !!! The Alta technician was polite and knowledgeable and able to do it with a jack and blocks at my shop. The Alta people who helped me were fantastic as well.I am a female owned business and had to relocate and was desperate for my forklift to not break. The Brighton, MI company customer service was great as well as the service manager but technicians were rude and incompetent. My starter was going. I could tell this but two techs showed up to diagnose it but failed to know a GM from A Mazda engine. Brighton MI didn’t charge me for some of the work but machine was worse now and it wouldn’t start at all and I lost 5 days over thanksgiving I needed to move with.Alta came quick and got it done.Alta knows Hysters and they are no shysters;)Very happy with Alta techsAnd happy with customer service from Both Alta and Brighton, MI company but I would only call ALTA from now on.

Heidi Liu: I hope Morrison drivers get therapy for road rage. On my way to work today, it was snowing and slippery. I was going over the speed limit, and a Morrison van was tailgating me. When I tried to get out of its way, the driver also switched into the same lane and sped up, causing me to have to swerve back to my lane. Additionally, when they were next to me, they looked into my window and gave me hand signals. In conclusion, please initiate a company-wide and sponsored therapy for problems resulting in dangerous driving conditions. Thanks.

Scott Eryt: Just watched one of your drivers swerve into the right lane and almost hit a Ford Explorer, he was easily doing 15 over the speed limit, snowy and slick roads. This happened on m-59 and N. Burkhart Road. I really hope this kind of behavior is not something that is taken lightly, someone could have been injured or worse.

richard herren: I called morrison equipment to service my hilo due to no start . The tech came out and said i needed a starter ,dis cap and rotor and a oil change .After the replacement of those parts the hilo would still not start . Then the tech told me the vaporizer was bad and that it would need to be replaced as well and recommended he do a compression test . I told him due to the age of the hilo and cost i did not want the compression test performed and would just want the vaporizer replaced and go from there . He came back the next day anyways and still did the compression test after i repeatedly told the tech i didn't want it done i just want the vaporizer replaced .He said he was going to order the vaporizer and have someone call me from his shop with the cost of the part . After days of not hearing back from them as to when they would come back and replace the vaporizer i called them . The lady had told me they were waiting for the part to come in and it would be a few days . I did not hear back from them again and called them again to find out that they did not want to replace the vaporizer cause they didn't think it would resolve my problem . I told them that i still want to have it replaced and the guy i spoke with said that they would not do the repair cause again he didn't think it would fix the problem .But he was sure about trying to sell me a new motor at almost $4,000 bucks i said no thanks and went an purchased the vaporizer online .After replacing the vaporizer yes the hilo would still not start . But then i see that this company still charged my credit card for performing the compression test and the vaporizer that they refused to put on . After multiple phone calls explaining the situation they agreed to refund me for the over charge . I was told it would take up to a month to get my refund cause it had to be submitted through corporate . Ok i get that .After 5 months of waiting still no refund . So after another round of phone calls and no return phone calls i called corporate and the refund has supposedly done while i was on the phone with them .Will see ! i was charged a total of 1,149.14 and over charged by 539.85 . After all of this dealing with this company my neighbor came over took a look and said the points return spring was broken and replaced it for $17 bucks and now my hilo is working . You be the judge if you want this company to work on your equipment cause i never will again .
