Carlos Zalapa: PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY: Chase was incredibly difficult to work with. Not only were our packages delayed, we were almost certainly overcharged. Plus Chase misspelled my name on the airway bill. Nothing was ever communicated clearly. Lastly, on a call, Chase criticized me for my choice of profession (in advertising). I would not recommend A2 Global Shipping under any circumstances.

Rebecca Priebe: Do not use this company for delivery. They have terrible communication, they do not show up during the time they quote you, and will not help to rectify any problem. They damage the bed I ordered, so didn’t deliver it, closed my account and never contacted me. I waited 4 hours for delivery that never came. Then they wrote I refused delivery! When I contacted them, they told me to call the place I bought it as the order was closed.
william lawson: One of my kitchen cabinets came in smashed. They don’t care about your shipment. If it’s broken they just say file a claim. The paperwork is so difficult 90% will just give up. Don’t give up it’s worth the money.
Always There: Did a load for broker Vince Meo. Had detention at the shipper. At first we were told to provide POD after that no response. When called the broker we were told customer denied detention and he is not going to pay it and we should not call him again. Broker at its best.
J Correll: Absolutely the worst delivery experience. Have been and still waiting for a delivery for several weeks now. It was confirmed the day of a delivery for it to be delivered between 10 and 2, only for them to let me know after 10 that it had been rescheduled (again). They confirmed the delivery knowing that they did not have the item to deliver in the first place. They are so completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Never delivered like they were supposed to spent hours on the phone to get nowhere with them told multiple lies about my delivery coming at such and such time and never showed up. Maryam Andalib: I would give them a negative score because of what happened this morning with my washer dryer delivery purchased from Best Buy. The delivery window was 7am-1 pm. They called my phone at 6 am and arrived at 6:25. When I inspected the items, found a dent on the dryer. Asked them to initiate a return, they refused to call best buy or their supervisor. They kept ignoring me and my husband constantly saying that we do not want these items and kept doing their work. They were rude and laughing at us and saying this is not even a dent. We asked them again to return the items, they said ok, went to the garage and left without telling us. I called their manager and he hanged up on me when I said I have a complaint. Horrible service! Not taking responsibility.

Left it outside, no cover or packaging on it, while it was raining and no knock on the door or anything for me to sign. We had 6 people home and no one heard or saw them come. And to top it off it was dented pretty bad. Luckily Home Depot took care of me. I’m offended a human(s) from this company had the level of disrespect to not even notify me it was outside getting rained on. Go f%#k yourselves.

David Douthat: We have used Care Transport many times to take my mother to her eye injection appointments. She is in a wheelchair and on continuous oxygen. The transport vans are well equipped and the drivers are knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. When we contact the company to schedule pick ups the phone staff is great. We highly recommend their services and will continue to use them in the future.

Cami Prater: The price gouging is insane. Most of the individuals using their services are handicapped but in a matter of 6 months prices are increasing over $100 per ride. Drivers are hit or miss with professionalism. Scheduling can also be hit or miss. Make sure you verify your rides or you may not even be on the schedule and miss your appointments!

I Kadria Portuesi: I was diaresied during the day & on the way back from the hospital to the rehab center needed to stop where there wasn't easy access to a restroom. I was in a wheelchair and when we stopped at a gas station the restroom wasn't viable. He drove me to a RiteAid due to urgency. We handled the situation with the help of a couple of RiteAid employees. My driver's name is Fathi whose English isn't that well but he handled my situation brilliantly. Thank you.
Sharron Russell: I had to go from south of Belleville to St. Joseph Hospital in Brighton for surgery and used your service. I am writing to say the service was great. The driver was at my house at the designated pickup time and dropped off me and my daughter at the hospital with time to spare so we did not have to rush to get me to the designated surgery area without having to rush. After the surgery when it was time to go home my daughter called the number and by the time the nurse had brought me to the front entrance the driver was there waiting for us for the return trip which also went perfect. I will use this service again and would recommend it to my family and friends. Great Job Care Transport keep up the good work!
I Swan: The driver arrived early and seemed very impatient with everyone. Then didn’t wear a mask in the van. After our doctor visit, it has so far been 40 minutes since I called to say we were done. No one is here yet. We have used them before and often have a 45 minute wait or so. The hospital entry cleared out with people leaving with peoples express and other transport agencies at least 4 times over so far today. Only we are left here like fixtures.

Peggy: The driver came unprepared to get my husband in the house. He was rude and tried to blame me because he didn't know what to do. My husband sat in my garage for an hour before he got help and put him in the house. Then his partner said we can't put him in his wheelchair you have to. This is my second and last time they will be allowed to transport my husband. I wouldn't let them to transport my dog.

Marsha Corey: When I required daily medical treatment for over six weeks Care Transport provided excellent service. The office people were very helpful in assisting me to get financial aid. The dispatchers were reliable and accommodating when my schedule fluctuated. But mostly, the drivers were all ( I had 7 different drivers overall ) kind, respectful, and very caring. They made a painful and difficult time in my life easier.

Laurren Rose: John’s pack and ship exceeding our expectations. Moving our son from Los Angeles to Ann Arbor felt like a daunting task and then a friend told me about John’s pack n ship. I sent all of my sons dorm necessities from Amazon and fromHome to John’s and they were waiting for us inside the dorm room when we arrived on move in day. NoNeed for large blue containers. No need to worry about stairs etc. No need to run around to multiple istores in town looking for shower caddies and unserved storage. I sent everything in July and then all we had to do was open the boxes and put everything away. I only wish this service had existed 30 years ago when I was at school.
Lorrie VanBuskirk: A+ service and a seamless delivery of my daughter’s boxes. Her experience with John’s company from start to finish was top notch! We will definitely be using them again for next year’s storage.

Anthony Zahm: Super friendly and great service. Honestly one of the best student moving services in the area. They have a commercial contract with the University of Michigan, so they are trust worthy. They are able to set up stations, right in the dorms, to make the service as easy as possible for all students. They offer services like, "John's moms" where an actual mom will help you pack up your packages for storage or shipping. Most of the other feed back I have heard, is that they are expensive, so they are not for students with a tight budget. You can even ship items to them before you arrive and have them delivered, its called "Porter Service."
Dimas Garcia: This is the only storage and moving service in town I’ll trust with storing all my things and shipping things home, quickly. Great customer service, and they’ll even pack my stuff! There’s no better place in A2.

John and his company feel they can get away with anything since they have the University of Michigan’s stamp of approval. Regardless of John and his team's poor communication, price gouging, and losing/damaging countless students' property, John is dishonest and arrogant - not a successful combination for anyone trying to run a business.
Nathan Berman: Horrible company, received some of the worst customer experience possible. This company price gauges students and is completely unprofessional in communication. I highly recommend looking for other packing/shipping options.
Mitchell Cohen: We live on the West Coast and worked with John's Pack & Ship during the 4 years our daughter attended the University of Michigan to ship, store and pack her belongings. The company is very professional, trustworthy, reliable and moderately priced. Their services exceeded our expectations. Even though they worked with 100's of customers and requests at the same time, especially during busy move-in and move-out periods, they never missed a beat with us and never lost or damaged any of my daughter's belongings. I highly recommend using John's if you have a need for their services. You will be very pleased with your decision.

Just yesterday, my son decided to go back to Ann Arbor a few days earlier than planned so I emailed to see about changing the delivery of his belongings to his new apartment. Not only does John ALWAYS reply to my emails very quickly, but they delivered his belongings to his new apartment same day!!! For those of us who are out of state, this service is absolutely priceless and I appreciate their great service more than they know! Thank you!!!

John and his team did an awesome job communicating, packing, and safely storing our students boxes initially for a few weeks, then months ... then the entire summer.
