Chris Hall: Our school has used Stadium Trophy for years, they provide a ton of products including trophies, plaques, nametags, cups, mugs, and much more. If you need something personalized they can handle it because they do the engraving and personalizing in-house. Most recently, we needed a plaque for the school, but didn't get our act together until days before the event. Not a problem, Jason quickly sprung to action and got the order going and told me it shouldn't be a problem. We greatly appreciate the high level of customer service they provide and will continue to send them our business.

Christine Kim: Love the finished result. I got the 6x8 black marble plaque with gold plating for a company recognition award ceremony. It looked very professional and was of great quality. I really liked that we could use our own logo (extra one time $15 fee) and that the plaque price included the engraving cost ($27).Communication was great as well. I was worried that it wouldn't be done in time (5 days) but they got it done earlier than scheduled (2 days). I'm also bad with checking my voicemail, so I really appreciated that they texted me when I missed their call.Highly recommend to anyone else who's debating using this versus buying online. I was going to use this other company on Amazon because it was cheaper, but I'm glad I stuck with Livonia Trophy. You can't beat the quality. Definitely will be using their service again.Only thing I recommend is asking them not to put their sticker logo on the back. I tried peeling it off and some of the frame peeled off with it...Although its in the back, just wanted to give a heads up for OCD people like myself

Scott Robertson: I've gone to them twice to engrave champagne flutes and a bottle of whiskey, both times I was extremely happy with the results. Price was $35 for the whiskey bottle which had 5 words and a date, no idea of that's a good price or not, but the result was great. Ample parking and friendly staff

Kris Warmann: Engraving Connection was recommended to me by a trophy shop that told me what I wanted was too complicated for them. I wanted to create a unique retirement gift for my boss that incorporated elements of World Cup Soccer and engraved plates with actual signatures from the boss' employees around the world. I stopped in to Engraving Connection and worked with Marion who explained to me what they could do and how best I could supply them the graphics that they would need to create the unique plates that I wanted. After collecting all of my information, Marion and I talked through the draft artwork and she gave me some recommendations to ensure that it would come out as desired. After delivering the artwork to Engraving Connection in a PDF file, they created my 12 plates in less than a week. I picked them up today and attached them to the base that I had purchased, and the final product looks amazing! The boss was so impressed with the quality of the product and everyone that saw it was truly impressed. I will absolutely use Engraving Connection again. For privacy reasons, I blurred out the name of the recipient of the trophy so the top plate in the images appears clear in person but not in the photo.
