koda grover: BIG is absolutely a blast! The staff are incredibly helpful and super nice. James is amazing, if you see him tell him hello! He will welcome you in and make sure you are doing well! A must place to be! Will definitely be coming back!!
Mizz Meg: Not for adults. Thought it would be close to Dave and buster. They were just as expensive but not much fun games. Only good thing was the go karts and ax throwing. Bars upstairs that were for adults was horrible. Too pricy and too small and rude service. I begged for my money back.

Khari Walker: I came with a group of 4 ppl on sunday. The only thing worth it was the Go-Kartz. The laser tag equipment didnt work. The equipment for the virtual monster truck was busted and the staff didnt even try to fix it. And when we did the obstacle course they didnt even have it set up and told us to "get out" before the full 90 minutes. We just left and went to Round One in auburn hills. Customer service is trash too. Better at Round One in auburn hills.

Marti Morales: We had a small kids birthday party. Everyone was hospitable and kind. Anything we needed they were there. The treated our kids so well. The place was clean and it was above and beyond what we had thought we were in for. I thank you for making our kids party a wonderful experience.

funny videos: I worked at this establishment and too say the least when I was going through a tough time they did not care and instead punished me I’m posting this on here because I was shut out of the app for scheduling and silenced but that’s not the point the point is that this place does not care about its employees and doesn’t like it when we voice our opinions about the company if you plan on working here make sure you have no complications in your life or you will be punished for doing everything you can at that point in time also my name is Christian hudson for the customers that I’ve met thank you for the experiences we had at full throttle and for the 5 star review that came out of us meeting

Ashley M.: This place is very clean and has potential to be very nice but the entire experience is extremely frustrating. With the 2 hour pass, you spend over 1/2 that time just waiting for someone to set a game up. Literally waiting 15-20 min for a front desk employee to come set up a game. I will say the manager, Felicia, was very nice but it was frustrating that You cant play any game without someone setting it up every time! Maybe they were short staffed tonight but it was really frustrating for me and my daughter. Honestly, my review would be a lot worst if Felicia wasn’t so kind.

Danny Money: I had a great time! The karts were fast and the track had a pretty good layout for the space, and the staff were very friendly and helpful (thanks Ethan and Joey!) I got an Adrenaline Pass during the off-hours (2:00pm on a Tuesday) and had an open track to drive on. I definitely recommend coming here!

Derrick Edwards: Great time with my Softball team in the batting cages and on the Go Carts. We had a ball for oike 2 hours.
Aaron Ehle: Rated for what it is, not vs competition.It has three fun easy flat 80s style mini putt courses that despite age are still better than some in area. Tiny game room has some good games. There's cheap-ish food and drinks. Good batting cages. Trampoline thingy.And the best part: pretty much the best go kart track in the area. Karts are usually in good condition, but the limiters can be a tad low. A long 7 or 8 laps.

Steve Hippler: I have been coming here since I was a kid in the 80's. The recent improvements have made it a lot of fun again. The go karts run well and they have reasonably priced packages. The putt putt is back to being great and looks like it was refurbished recently. I haven't tried the batting cages in a long time so no input there.

Robert Vigh: If you want to play putt-putt golf, this is the place to go! 3 different difficulty courses with 18 holes a piece! As opposed to the weak course over at zap zone down the street (ugh...). If that's not enough, they've also got some batting cages, a go-kart track, and a bungie-trampoline thingy. The staff was kind and informative as well. I can't wait to go back again!

After explaining the situation to Ricky he said he would reimburse the fund for the socks but never did!!! Ricky set expectations that he did not meet and ended up providing a poor customer experience due to the expectations he set and did not fulfill.

Ashraf Elbanna: I spent a lot of money hosting my sons birthday party here, and was disappointed with whats included in the “package”. It was very confusing trying to explain to our guests what they were allowed to play. Although the “attractions” are unlimited for two hours, my daughter was too short to partake in several of them, including bumper cars and the trampoline park.Furthermore, I encountered the rudest employee possible at the prize counter, who would not let me purchase a lollipop for my daughter because she didn’t have enough tickets. I will definitely not be going back.

There was one young lady who was overseeing bumper cars as well as the toy area next to the night golf...However, it was very apparent that each area she was watching required trained staff supervision with all the children around. The understaff with a full overload of patron attendance is an accident waiting to happen.

India Ruffin: Had to come here last min for my daughter birthday and this place accommodated very well. I was able to book a private room for 50 bucks for 4 hours and they gave me free plates and utensils for our birthday cake. The game play was affordable. And the guy at the register went above and beyond customer service and made sure my party had everything we needed. Will be the location I come back to every time.

Nico Hall: Today I spent $375 for 4 kids to play for only 45 minutes. The biggest ripoff ever!!!!! There is nothing unlimited here! Games change way to many points. I do not recommend this establishment.
