Wanted to especially note that very recently, after my father-in-law‘s passing, we were in a rush to get his wedding ring polished and buffed for his burial. Lewis not only took on the job but did it within a day and a half so that we could have it in time. All of the staff are so kind and friendly and helpful. I will always be forever grateful to them for their kindness and speedy service.

Devin Day: Do not service your pieces here unless you want them to come back damaged. I brought two quartz watches in for battery replacements, and the person who serviced them scratched both case backs in multiple places. I brought them back in to address the scratches, and they brushed the machine finish on one to a point that it is now very dull and scratched-looking. Moreover, there are now smaller though more apparent scratches on the sides of the watch case, and my leather band was additionally damaged--no doubt when someone was trying to rub out the original scratches. Very dissatisfied.You're better off sending your watches back to the manufacturers or buying the tools to do them yourself.

First the guy behind the counter blew a big puff of cigarette smoke in my face and then one of their kids threw a ball and hit me in the head. I found something I wanted to buy, it was marked 25¢. I brought it to the counter to purchase it and the guy told me "oh no that's a dollar". I said fine then I don't need it, then he tried selling it to me for 50¢. Nope. Then, one of the men working there asked me why I have "hoe shoes on". I have never been in such a disrespectful store.

VersaFire Guitars: It's nice that they have a permanent mechanic now. He is nice and helpful, if I have a question I can get a straight answer. He said he is going through all the machines one at a time and fixing any problems. I think you can have your own equipment worked on also; a lot less then the other small engine shops. He said if it don't run right he won't let it sell. Good changes is what I see. Still need better organization but I love to look around to see what's new and make a deal.

Carole Brown: Sizing a ring costs $70 not $20. Just a heads up. They tell you $20 but, after it is done, somehow it cost $20 extra bc I had platinum and then 3 stones "fell" out of the ring when he was sizing it, $10 extra "per stone". So, if it sounds too good to be true, that's bc it is.
