Kristyn Haezebrouck: Everyone at the showroom was amazing, very helpful and attentive. We really appreciated the time, expertise and patience as we worked through all of the counter options. Nick did a fantastic job for the measure, showed up on time, communicated questions and recommendations, and gave suggestions. He even noticed our sink had a crack in the corner so we could order a replacement by the installation date.The long-anticipated install fell short. The team did half-effort, and even though I was available throughout the entire install period, they failed to communicate basic questions or observations. Further, they declined having questions or needing clarification on multiple check-ins. They rushed the installation, and were careless with some aspects. This is quite frustrating given the extent of this investment.Specific issues we experienced include:- The install team arrived an hour and half late of the two hour appointment window. Because of this, I missed an appointment. There was no phone call or other notification of the late arrival.- One team member was on the phone while he introduced himself, while I was showing him the space, and intermittently throughout the install and took multiple smoke breaks.-Another team member went through our drawers looking for a straw (invasion of privacy!?)- The install team did not ask or clarify about drain orientation on the sink- The sink basin was installed too close to the disposal outlet; it cannot be utilized in its current location, and relocating this box will prove difficult due to its proximity to the installed sink. This issue should have been identified by the install team before proceeding with the sink installation. We now must take extra action to remediate this issue, as we now cannot plug the disposal in or even get a screwdriver to the outlet to move this.- The faucet hole was drilled too close to the lip of the undermount sink. As such, mounting hardware for the faucet cannot be installed as designed. We must now take additional action to troubleshoot the faucet install. Again, this seems like a significant oversight for a professional doing his due diligence.- Due to these errors and carelessness, we were without a sink and dishwasher while waiting for a contractor to come in an fix these errors.As noted above, this was a significant expense for us; it felt like the showroom understood that, however the installer's lack of professionalism and quality work was both frustrating and a significant inconvenience.Bottom line - use the showroom for ideas or to pick your stone then find someone else to install!

Andrea Hardy: I had a terrible experience with this store. I'm not even sure where to start and I probably won't touch on it all. They delayed both my measuring appointment and my install. They gave me rounded corners on my island when I had asked for straight cuts (and I even drew what I wanted on a sheet of paper while I was at the showroom). The store is hardly staffed so whenever you have a problem, it's impossible to reach someone and the woman that handles all the calls isn't given any actual authority to make things right. There was a 1/2" gap between my countertop and the wall, that made our following backsplash install more complicated than it should have been. And the installers ask you to rate the service, but if you're a young woman at home and two men are still inside your house asking you to review them - how comfortable would you be to give any criticism? They scuffed my ceiling and they mostly spoke in another language in front of me although they were both fluent in English.There are better places out there. Make sure you find one of them instead.
michael ghilezan: Such a great experience with these guys! Honestly, I was dreading having to search for a new granite counter top, and that's why I put out remodeling our kitchen for so long. But in reality, the experience was a breeze! It's hard these days to find a company that honors its estimates, both when it comes to the timing and the price. They really did deliver on all their promises, highly recommend them!

I went here today because I’m remodeling my entire home and was prepared to spend quite a bit of money on countertops for a large kitchen and a few bathrooms. I walked in with my mother and neither one of the two men in the store greeted us or acknowledged us in any way. One of them was talking casually with what I assumed was another customer asking him what he’s been up to, and the other one was just sitting in a chair watching. We had clearly never been there before and were looking around trying to figure everything out. After 5 minutes of not being asked if we need any help even though we were looking at samples, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Even when we were walking out of the store we were not addressed or asked if we needed any help. Granite stores are a dime a dozen and I have no problem spending my money somewhere else that actually wants my business. They are the ones who lost out on thousands of dollars not only from me, but from those I’ve shared my experience with who will not be going there. Pro tip: customer service goes a long way.EDIT: to the owner’s response - wow, that is a complete and bald faced lie. What motive would I have for making up my experience in your shop? We were never acknowledged in your store, we were never asked what type of stone we were looking for, we were there for a full 5 minutes before we left with no assistance from anyone. If you had asked whether I was looking for quartz or granite, as you claim, then I wouldn’t have written the review. Plain and simple. By coming on here and lying in an attempt to save face and discredit me rather than owning up to your poor service, you are proving that you run a shady business practice. There you have it, ladies and gentlemen. Don’t shop here if you want an honest company with integrity and good service. If they lie about this, I can’t imagine what else they lie about. There are dozens of other quality granite shops to choose from that deserve your business.

They helped me make a good choice, had the countertop material ready when I needed it, and the whole operation is both professional and informally friendly, and they worked with our contractors. Our countertop was installed ahead of schedule; installers were very careful and expert. Don't judge a book by the cover. They don't have an extensive physical showroom. Instead, they have a simple shop, a giant cutting warehouse, and a side-yard full of granite and quartz. The proof is in the pudding. We love our countertop!

Unfortunately I already purchased another slab elsewhere so I couldn’t take him up on his offer, but I do appreciate Sergio reaching out to try and solve this unfortunate situation. I would recommend doing business with this owner. He seems to care.Old review:I cannot even give this place a one star because I never purchased anything. I drove over and hour after work to look at three slabs of a certain color that this place had. I was trying to match my broken countertop. When I went to look at the three slabs, the person there told me he would not move the two other slabs that were resting next to these slabs. He said, by looking at the two inches that showed on the side of one slab, that it wouldn’t be a match. He told me he would not remove the slabs so I could look, then turn d away. What an SOB! Couldn’t give me the time of day or the effort to see if what he had matched. I would NEVER NEVER recommend any dealings with this company based on the rude behavior and lack of cooperation or help I encountered.Since there is no way of deleting this post I will write another review:
Debbie Williams: Got the estimate quickly. Install was done when they said it would be, but they did not caulk around the sink properly which resulted in water leaking under the counter. When I called to tell them about this, I was told that it was done correctly and that it would be a waste of his time to come back out. WHAT???? My contractor even sent him pictures of the poor quality of the caulking. My contractor caulked the proper way and now there is no more leaking.

I remodeled my kitchen and luckily happened onto Living Granite. I met Darin with very specific ideas and he persuaded me to trust him and proposed subtle design inclusions. He is professional, yet personable, and streamlined the entire process while working well with the other contractors (electrician, plumber, et al). His artistic and aesthetic sensibility as well as his skill made the project visually stunning, down to the finest details. Great job!

Steve: We used them this past spring (May, 2020) to install all new counter-tops in our kitchen, including an island. Price was extremely competitive. Sales process was very smooth and the sales person was well informed. Install went well and everything fit perfectly. The only issue we had with the whole process is they forgot to call the day before to tell us what time they were coming to do the install. (We had already been informed of the day, but not the time.) So when the installers called early in the morning and said they'd be there in about 15 minutes, we had to rush around a bit to get things squared away, but no big deal. Mentioned it to the installers and the office called later to apologize for the oversite. Overall they did a great job at a great price. We plan on using them again when we finish our basement.
H Marq: I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company. I was a little wary to circumvent using a contractor for a remodel but the folks at DTM made it a great experience. At the showroom I was able to choose from many options of material and finishes. The salesperson gave me great advice on sink mounting and even color. Ordering was painless and a measurer came to take accurate measurements with a laser so fittament was perfect. Once finalized I was sent a detailed invoice to my email box which I was able to pay the same day online. Because I chose an in stock granite, my beautiful countertops were finished in about 8 days. The install crew was great and even helped fix some poor cabinetry skills on my part. Everything was installed fast and to perfection. They couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. All in all a great experience and I will be be giving them more business in the near future. Thanks Diamond Marble and Tile!

Gretchen Sleamon: Had them install quartz counters at three locations. The counters were great ( thus the one star), the customer service was horrible. The owner is a piece of work and his office staff do not know what the heck is going on. No communication between the various people in this business. The installers were fine, but we had multiple problems, starting with them charging us $500 to remove two old counters at two of the jobs which we observed took exactly 5 minutes at each location ( and they left it there in the living room). They did have not any sealant ( except white) to attach the counter which was grey to the tile back splash...not even clear, so my husband had to grout it himself. The final job was a counter for an island with a cook top and also a counter with an under-mount sink (that they provided). We get a call the day before install to say that the sink that was measured for and included in the template was not going to fit and they would have to give us a different sink with just one bowl instead of 2. Very annoying at the last minute and the only response was somehow the measurements were not correct and they did not notice it until the were ready to cut the hole for the sink. Final insult was that we were told they would be out between 10 and 1 and that they would give us a call 30 minutes before they arrived. They showed up at 9, no call and We had to pull a maintenance man off another job where we were renting a piece of equipment for $165/hour - and he had to stay with them for an hour. Called office about not getting a call and the issue of the rental equipment that we were paying for by the hour and receptionist response was that she was alone in the office and busy with other calls so did not have time to call us and did not know that the installers had left the office. She called my husband to say they were half hour away after he had already been there with them for a half hour - I call BS!! I was polite and asked for a call back from the owner- did not get one!! I emailed owner when I got the final bill and asked for a call. He called and basically told me this was the last job he would do for me because he had so many problems with US! What??? He threatened to take the counters out if we did not pay the final balance within 5 days. I never said I would not pay , I was only asking to have the bill reduced by the $165 that we had to pay for the equipment while my maintenance person was babysitting their installers who showed up unannounced and an hour before scheduled. He said I should be happy they were early and that we should not have rented the equipment on a day when they were coming to install. Absolute incompetence and failure to even apologize for the issues they caused. Owner said it was our problem not theirs. DO NOT USE THEM!!
David Kasper: Solid customer support long after I had paid for the job! Okay, it is an active stoneworking/cutting area, so not a palace. However, there are numerous slabs of this and that to choose from, and there are several discounted pieces for small areas/projects. A year after my job was done, I had them look at some gaps left by the carpenters from a remodeling job. No charge, amazing work, fantastic attention to detail. They could have said no or at least charged, but they didn't even ask for a cent. Not too easy to find solid after-the-fact customer service these days.

Michael Henry: Had them out to install granite in our kitchen, installed removed the dishwaser brackets before installing to granite. When I got home from work I started hooking up the new sink I notice a scratch in my new dishwasher. I know accidents happen so I sent them pictures and called them about it, where this pissed me of was they flat out said it wasn't them because their installers don't lie? Really? I said maybe it was an accident and maybe they didn't even realized they did it. Never returned my calls and just blew me off! Not customer friendly so I will never used them again or recommend them to anyone.Bad service. Only reason for the 1 star is the look of the counter tops.
Kevin Campbell: Been trying to get them to fix the problems from improper cutting and installion for 10 months. Today they called and said they can do nothing to fix it. It's our problem to deal with. We can either pay them or they were scheduling a removal on Jan 12. They damaged a custom built cabinet during installation. We went for a month without a sink due to the cut and faucet hole being wrong. The day they installed the installers were GREAT...they said it was cut wrong but put in as we had been out of counter for a time intil they could get someone out to see problem that they couldnt not adjust...they said until they would be back to fix...then installer got injured...so we waited...finally owner in aug? been so long...when he was here said it was their bad cut...said he'd fix it and apologized...again nice man...when we called office said he had to leave country. again still we didnt grout or finish etc...called last week when we recieved bill.. said they would be here today day off again only to get a call they were not coming.....2 choices...and i quote deal with it any pay or they scheduled a pickup on jan 12...I work Jan 12...oh and all the appointments were at our expense as we took off work...GOOD LUCK..beautiful granite...nice installers...bad measure and cut....not sure how they tried to work with us..which he kept saying when all of them admit it was their fault...and they just dont want to take a loss on thier bad cut...idea charge the guy who cut it wrong with the sink we bought from them in their shop...shouldnt have been a problem. just saying...
