It was roughly half the amount quoted by another well-known company. I accepted his quotation (with enthusiasm) and booked the appointment well in advance, since two other companies I contacted were already booked up a month in advance. Todd appeared on the day of my appointment and did all the work I requested. He is detail-oriented, hard-working, very pleasant and willing to please. The siding on the front of my home had a lot of grooves in it and dirt had collected that I thought would be tough to clean out. Todd had no problem as he had all the right equipment. My windows and siding are sparkling and I will have Todd back next year for sure!

steve tabb: The never climb a ladder is not true and leaf filter knows that. They only clean the gutters for a year and then want to be paid for cleanings. Sales people are not honest. Should get a zero rating. Very expensive.

He showed me photos of the overhead view of the gutter reinforcements, as well as video of ponded rainwater in the gutters moving downhill once the gutter alignment was corrected. The price for the services was extremely reasonable and the job was completed in about 3.5 hours. I'd also like to commend my salesperson Tony who visited my residence and provided the estimate. He listened to my needs and provided two different options so I could choose the one that best fit my needs and budget. Terry Charles Gardner: Clayton did a really good job on my gutters. He was the installer for Leaf Filter gutter protection. He was scheduled from noon to 4:00. He called at 11:30 and said that he would be there by 12:20. He was done around 2:15. Granted he had less than 70 ft to work with but the really long gutter was not properly angled so he rehung it before he finished. It was holding water and nasty stuff from the sky. He cleaned out all the gutters and caulked them them with silicone, rearranged the downspouts so that they drain properly then he put on the leaf filter which is pretty fancy stuff. That guy did a great job and was really polite and professional. He had a lot of energy. It was really nice having someone like that work on your house. I recommend leaf builder especially if Clayton's doing the installation

We showed him a photo of the window showing the divider was there. He’s denied it and called us a liar. And to think I was referring business to them!To follow up, we called, and then sent a text asking about this missing divider, the response was - why you asking now, my payment is due, again, this via text. No other response, no return phone call. Had used this company for years and didn’t have a problem until the new owner Tao bought the business. But there’s other glass and gutter cleaners companies , one of which we just used on my parents house who are just as good and competitive in pricing !
