Structured Living LLC.: what do users think?
Scott Foster: The owner of this business is in recovery himself and he has been a great mentor for me. I can call him anytime for advice or situations with rent and he will find a way to work something out with me. I have relapsed and was given rides and help to get into the appropriate level of care and was allowed back upon completion. After a few relapses, I have now lived there and been clean for a year and am doing very well thanks to him, the awesome management and the guys in the house. Also there isn't a long wait list or a hard to find application you can give structured living a call and know that you will be in a house with fair rules and great guidance. Also weekly drug tests and in depth house meetings. Everyone holds everyone accountable in the most helpful way possible. I am very thankful for this place and the owner, I love living here I don't ever feel like I'm on thin ice or about to get kicked out because of mental health or depression they're very understanding and capable of housing such people.
Richard Miller: I have been living herePlace sucksAaron R.
Matthew Joseph: For the 6 months I have been here the experience has been exactly what I wanted and expected. Some others seem to mistakenly think its fair to rate this place as if it were a rehab or detox facility. The place is here to be as close to the real world it can be, while maintaining the values and lifestyle of sobriety. It is a stepping stone to the true real world where you wont have your sober roomates around you to help if you need it. That being said, the nature of its goals as a stepping stone have been abused and exploited in the past. In my opinion, when dealing with recovering addicts, it is nearly impossible to control their decisions. If you use it as designed and as a stepping stone to real life it functions exactly as it should for that. Dont be mislead by reviews saying drug use was encouraged and nonsense like that. thats not true at all for me and my entire stay.
PERRY LAWSON: I have been living in a Structured Living house for more than a year now, and have only good things to say about it. I have been sober for almost three years, and can say that if you are serious about recovery and are honest with yourself and your housemates you will find support here. In my time at this house I have come to know Mr. Singh, and I know for certain he's trying to help the guys who come here. If you want to live a clean life, and are willing to follow that path, Structured Living is a good place to start.
Jason Brenner: I first moved into structured living back in 2011 when I decided to change my life. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it didn’t take long for my fears to go away. I met a great group of guys who were a huge help in the beginning of my recovery. After moving out I continued to stay sober for a while but unfortunately had some struggles along the way. Earlier this summer I again decided to give structured living a call and was welcomed back with open arms. Again I am in a great house surrounded by great people and have been sober going on 3 months. I can honestly say Structured Living has saved my life twice now and am very grateful to be given a second chance at life.
Lori Pyne: Only giving one star because you have to. Flop house, drinking allowed from day 1, no rules made to follow therefore there are no consequences. Dirty, grubby, doesn’t appear to be cleaned in years. So many dirty surfaces I was scared to walk through. The owner is a money hungry liar.
Matthew Hermiz: Wonderful homes, very clean , organized and safe environment. The owner is beyond wonderful , goes out of his way to help you in any way he can and really aims to help you get better. I am truly lucky to live in a place like this and be around wonderful people who goals are to help you get better to achieve in life . Post it
Vern Fuller: I simply have rave reviews for Structured Living LLC. It has and continues to provide me with all that I need to succeed not only in my recovery (first and foremost) but professionally. Recovery takes place on many levels, personally, financially, spiritually, physically and more. I am grateful every morning that I awake here and positive things are happening in my life as a result of this decision. Recovery is for those who want it and not always for those who need it. Any negative comment about Structured Living LLC in my opinion would be coming from someone who is in need of recovery not someone who wants it. The house is great and I'm in the company of like minded guys who are on a road to improve their/our lives! I highly recommend it!
Molly DeWind: Wonderful place.
Sheldon Smith: Absolutely a joke owener is a money Hungry crook houses is disgusting house manger uses and accuses others of stealing and doesnt enforce rules nobody attendes meetings you share a room with someone for 530 dollars , if ur strong in ur sobriety ull be ok if not dont go here if u dont want to fall back into old ways and live with scumbags dont give these bums ur money
Carli Wood: If you are a female looking for a good transitional home, do not go here. I was desperate to go to a house that was safe, positive and focused on recovery. Instead, the house was filthy, EXTREMELY negative and did not support a twelve step program at all. Not even the house manager goes to meetings. She said she has already "done her stuff" and that she didn't need AA anymore. I could go on and on about this place, but it is not even worth my time. I am now in an amazing home with structure, support and positivity. I love it!
firrr dog: I lived at Structured Living for many months before my incarceration and I returned upon my parole. This place has basically saved my life. I am starting over with nothing and the support I recieve from Divinder and the recovery community is immeasurable. If you are REALLY serious about changing your life and put the effort in this place is a great way to start.
brooke path: I have been at structured living LLC for 3 months and having great experience, rent very affordable very nice town house all amme nties included, walking distance of two church's that hold meetings everyday. I have a great house manager and Davinder the guy who runs it who runs it is very nice and flexoble. My life has gotten dramaticly better since I've been there in a short time. Earlier this year I posted a negative bc I was angry and still using and asked to leave so bc of my bad choices I blamed a place that was trying to help me
Amberly Babcock: This place is a joke, they care more about your money than your life. Very unsafe environment, you must be willing to work your own strong program to survive here.

Clear Path Sober Living & Recovery: what do users think?
Richard Montie: This place is horrible. I kept having roomates that were relapsing and actively using and they would not kick them out. Left went to Dawn Farms and life is so much better.
Wc Deke: Clearpath helped me when i was at my lowest. The people are supportive in my rehabilitation and non judgemental. Thank u clearpath for believing in me when noone else would.
Brynn Kessler: Clearpaths sober living saved me from living on the street with my continuos addiction. Now thanks to clearpaths and the great staff I'm living clean and progressing in life. Without clearpaths I would have never been able to create great supportive friendships and heal the broken ones especially with my family.
B CLIFF: Clear path has been a positive factor in helping me in my recovery. The apartment is nice, and having internet and cable is a bonus. Every problem or concern I have had has been handled in a timely and respectful manor. Very glad I chose to come here
Zachary Baase: Been here 3 months. Don't have a stove that works. But they are working on it. Gavin and Mike are awesome. Very positive place to help focus on recovery. Recommend it to anybody looking to stay clean and sober and need a little extra accountability.
luke Casey: Awesome place. It's located right next to the university. There's plenty of jobs and fun things to do all around and it's a short drive away from Ann arbor. Great group of guys everyone is really helpful and caring. You couldn't pick a better place to begin your recovery.
Justin Bozyk: clearpath is such a good place to come and turn your life around. The accountability and structure this 3/4 hoise provides is just what i needed and for the first time in a long time i have real hope for my future. The apartments are well kept and the staff is very helpful with anything you may need such as , help finding jobs, cleaning supplies and toiletries , and great knowledg on recovery. I highly recommend anyone to come here who really wants to change and better themselves for the future.-Justin B
James Eley: Clear path has been welcoming and helpful with everything I needed to feel comfortable while going through transitional housing. Only thing I could think of is maybe a basketball net out back or something that all the housemates could do together on the property. Aside from that the houses are well kept and modern, and the people are very friendly!
Andrew Fecteau: Clear path is a great place to go when transitioning from a treatment center to real life, they give you enough freedom to actually live life, but still hold you accountable, with regular breathalyzers and drug test, and weekly house meetings to make sure youre doing okVery happy with the program
Corey William: Strong recovery community at these houses and in the ypsilanti area (AA, NA, smart, refuge and celebrate). Clear path is affordable and provides a friendly clean and sober enviroment. More laid back but with alot of accountability.
Nick Evanoff: There is a lot of camaraderie and fellowship here. The guys here come in with nothing, and Clear Path helps them turn their lives around quickly, much like Mr. Hyde returning to Dr. Jeckyll. They become nice people. The apartments are comfortable, the staff is helpful, and I feel like Clear Path deeply supports my recovery.
heygude: Clear Path is a very respectable place whose only goal is to help addicts stay sober. The staff are friendly, supportive and helpful.
Cody Cribley: Great place with great people, definitely the structure I need to stay sober
matthew dillon: place is great toilet papers great sea horses are great i love you
justin hufnagel: Clear path has several locations and they make sure you are sober. They drug test you and breathalize you every other night. They also make sure go to meetings and will fix something at a decent speed if you report it to your house manager. I am very satisfied with living here.
Steven Yellen: Gordo is so awesome. I really love this place and feel comfortable here. I am very impressed and happy with the program that banyan promotes.
Eric stevenson: I really like this place. it's a great place to get sober and surround ones self in fellowship amongst the community of recovery.
Anthony Megalizzi: It's a great atmosphere for recovery. Everyone here is here for the right reasons and I have gotten along with everybody. They stay on top of what you're doing and make sure you stay on track. There's a lot of meetings and things to do close by, too.
Zachary Shivel: Just got here a few weeks ago staff is helpful facility is nice recovery is great
Mikel S: This is a great place, definitely the best transitional living place in Ypsilanti. Its a solid choice and the best choice for you and your sobriety. Before I came, I was only planning to stay for a month or two. Now, I want to stay for the full 2 years. Come check us out, you will not be disappointed.
Jack Gibson: I found moving into Banyan to be a great decision. The residences are very well maintained, the appliances newer, and the amenities were very nice. Furthermore, it feels like more of a sober community rather than simply a bunch of guys living in the same building. I had moved here from another transional home where I had previously lived for three months, and the differences were very noticeable. I have met guys here that have become great friends and supports, as well as mentors in developing a sober way of living. The management staff at Banyan is very hands on, always checking in and asking to see if there is anything they can improve on. I would recommend Banyan to anyone who is seriously looking for a safe, sober living environment to develop a better way of life, and I am grateful for the experiences I have had there.

Dawn Farm Spera Recovery Center: what do users think?
Dana W: A girl worked there who wasn't even an addict and didn't understand sobriety at allAccused me of being racist when I wasn'tSay they accept all people but they didn't accept me nor my autismThey don't really take it anyone unless you're perfectCould have been sober permanently long ago with their help but they don't help at all
Andrew Annala: Helped me find my new life!
Elizabeth “Lucy”: God forbid if you are truly detoxing and need a hospital. They will get you a cab and send you on yor way instead an ambulance.
Dave LaFave: Spera is the Detox Space that doubles as a launch pad for addicted clients either into Outpatient Care, Transitional Housing or the Dawn Farm FARM residential rehab facility proper. A clean, safe, peaceful spot to "pull yourself together" and glean advice and counsel from not only professional staff but community members who have traveled the same path to sobriety. A non-medical detox, Spera offers various methods to getting and staying sober in the first attempt. Or second. Or third. Spera welcomes all those wiling to take steps to change, to save their lives. Highly recommended course of action.... from me, a recovering cross addicted alcoholic.
Missy Velasco: Always made me feel safe and gave me hope awesome staff I love you guys XOXOX
Nicole Dabrowski: Awesome place for doing God's work. Donate your time
Patrick Brady: Excellent

David Sims: I can dig it
Richard Montie: Dawn Farms is simply amazing. They have so many dedicated people working for them and a truly all inclusive program. If you are serious about your recovery look into all of Dawn Farms valuable resources. Best in Ann Arbor.
Andrew Wright: Definitely caring and compassionate personnel that work here. Anyone not satisfied probably feels that way because they don't want to listen or follow direction on how to live a life sober.
Brian Savich: Absolute hellish experience. The guy in charge of the outdoor grounds completely flipped out one day got into his truck and went flying at 80 mph straight at five campers slammed on the brakes and it literally missed killing them all by inches . Great way to treat suttering addicts Who are looking to better their lives .Spears lost my nice bag (luggage) and gave me some worthless ghetto bag and only did not offer compensation never even apologized !Staff members have hidden agendas and do not come through with any of the promises that are made during intake !If you are sick and suffering please do not put your faith into the sick people they will take your money and leave you in a much worse place .They also sent the fax to my court making a situation sounds totally horrible just because they wanted more moneyThey are the problem and not the solution !If anyone wants to contact me I will be very happy to provide them with more information and facts well as the story is backed up by other Dawn farm residents.

Dawn Farm: what do users think?
Jean Concannon: My experience as a private pay client: the admission/intake process was handled poorly with ineffective communication.Brought concerns about privacy violations to the staff early on that were not resolved. Staff would thwart efforts to communicate outside the agency(mail, phone), and they had to be provided a copy of the Michigan Mental Health code. Was not provided mental health treatment, medication, or a licensed credentialed therapist for the duration of my stay. Asked for a family therapy session which was not accommodated.Safety concerns arose for myself and other clients that were not addressed.Routinely served expired food (not exaggerating). If you are seeking long term treatment and are private pay it’s possible you’ll have a better experience at Brighton.
Denise Young: Submitted by Jason KrohnIf u truly want help then this place is the place that offers a unique approach that encourages the patient to learn how to build drug free relationships and to reach out to them daily
Garrett P: I went to the farm and stayed for a little over 3 months. The treatment duration is determined by the therapists. The shortest duration I saw was 2 1/2 months. Longest I saw was 4 months but most do around 90 days. I had moments I really loved the farm, and others where I felt like I hated it. Their rules are really strict and you’re there for a while. However, it did work for me. It was a long journey. I got yelled at for breaking rules, for sleeping in, and absolutely resented waking up early every morning to do work duties. Definitely cried a few times. By day 50 I was like “get me the heck out of here” but had months to go. But every time I got upset, I’d sleep on it and always decided to stay. Now I’m much better. I can wake up for an actual job early without a problem. I have more self control, more friends, more support, I try to follow the rules in real life situations, try to be a good person, and have a much more rewarding life overall. The Farm is really challenging but it does actually work if you listen to them and do what they tell you to do and don’t fight it. It’s hard to follow their schedule and rules every day for so long, but it just might change your life.
Claire Wilson: Although I had many great experiences here, I was disappointed by the end. If you are self-pay, they will try to suck every last dollar out of you. Most of the residents are covered by their insurance I, however, was not. After already staying nearly an entire month longer than the regular stay, I had informed staff that I believed I was done with my treatment and ready to go home. They forced me to stay another week/week and a half and pay my way or I would not be able to complete or get the correct certification. it was clearly just to get more money out of me. i'm doing well now and I am forever grateful to Dawn Farms but I am still so disappointed in the money grabbing.
Micah Moore: “I promise you guys,If you do the right thingYou’ll feel good! Also, if you do the wrong thingYou’ll feel bad.”-KellyMilieu Fall of 2004
Billy Kangas: I love Dawn Farm's approach. They look at each person they work with as a person with tremendous value and work hard to ensure the best possible future for each client they work with. I have worked with many of the staff and have been so impressed with the quality of care and the heart for service each of the staff has. They also invest in building a strong recovery community in south-east Michigan. They offer phenomenal opportunities for education and help promote the highest standards of practice in support groups. They are the real deal.
Jo Horn: I have been involved with Dawn Farm for many years, and am continuously amazed by their success in reaching clients in meaningful ways, that ensure access to and information about long term recovery. The caliber of the residential, outpatient, transitional and detox programs are the highest in our region by a long shot- and I know tons of us in the recovering community are grateful for the Farm's continued support.
maggie ladd: Dawn Farm should be commended for its quality care. First class addiction recovery programs are followed up with transitional housing and support programs to provide the best chance of sustained sobriety. I had a family member who completed this program and will celebrate 17 years of continuous sobriety this year. I also interact with other successful “Farmers” and so feel very comfortable that my confidence in Dawn Farm is well placed. If you need help don’t despair give Dawn Farm a call.
Nathaniel Myers: Very good treatment experience that integrates clients into the recovery community in the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti area. They have long and short term residential treatment, a detox facility, transitional living, and outpatient services.
Matthew Ganga: Very rude staff!! Especially during after hours, little kids running things.
Sedrick: Thee best recovery facility for alcoholics.
Jefry Quiros: I really like this place for wedding receptions
