Jenny K: The handyman named Dennis Long is truly amazing!! Dennis is detail-oriented, trustable and timely! He closed our first floor study with the French door installation, repaired drywall, and finished floor trim for us. Dennis gave attention to details as if he is installing this for his own home! And we absolutely are IN LOVE how our study turned out!!! Janice Schuette: Receptionist took basic information about request and said she would have someone call. A while later when I was wondering if I should check with another possible group, she contacted me, had looked up the item I wanted installed, asked very pertinent questions about the item. The handyman was on time, pleasant and honest about his experience with this product. He used the accompanying booklet to install it correctly. I had a plumber for a different problem a week later and he commented without my asking that whoever installed it for me did a very good job.Service:Plumbing fixture installation
Joseph Wilkinson: Two separate times for the same project handyman of Ann Arbor failed me.The first time upon getting someone out here to cut a hole in my wall so I could run the venting for a stove hood vent, a guy came out and measured, and never even bothered to get back to me with a quote. Upon waiting a week for the quote I reached back out and was informed another person would have to come out and they asked me, “do you want a quote?” Of course I want a quote, that’s literally what I’m calling for and you already failed once.Try number two. A nice guy comes out and quotes me a price for a job I could do but don’t have the time to accomplish being busy at work. I get the quote, and then tell them I will need to schedule this between demolition of my kitchen and reinstall. It’s a tight window.Here we are today and they are nowhere to be found. The handyman who took the job what’s gone AWOL and I’m sitting here late for work because they have again failed to live up to their end of the deal and do their job. So instead of paying someone to do this I will now have to do it myself after work today after incessant texts calls and emails to schedule this job for the past month and a half.I will never use your company again. You are unprofessional, untimely, untrustworthy, and have completely wasted my time.

Donna Crawford: My basement refinish was a large task, and Jeston Evans was my contractor. The job included demo work. Then Foundation Systems, a plumber and electrician. Jeston kept his patients, when I had none. Thanks to Magen Evans for her idea's for tiling the bathroom . Jeston installed framing, insulation, drywall, trim and createdtwo closets, he rebuilt my 5'x7' bathroom, installing tile, sink, shower, toilet, lighting and created recessed shelving for wall, and shower. Mike Smith: This review is not of the actual work, which was fine. This is reflective of the business practice, which must have changed since we used this company about five years ago and everything was great.We had a quote for an install of a bathroom exhaust fan. The morning of the install, it was initially canceled because the handyman was sick and they wanted to reschedule. A different person was not even offered till I pushed on it because I had already taken the day off of work to be there for this to be done. The installer came later than the originally scheduled appointment and took four hours for the install.The work was fine, the product installed was subpar and is very noisy. I now have to replace this. I never actually approved the product installed and only said, 'its fine' after it was done because the whole ordeal was long enough.Then, the bill. Came in 11% higher that what the bid was for, despite the fact that during the original bid I was told this would be the 'max' it would be. Yeah, apparently that was a lie.I will not be using this company again. Take your business elsewhere.

Kay Fetchiet: I had 4 Adirondack chairs assembled, not an easy task. Brance was the handyman who did the work and he was awesome. He kept me in the loop as far as arrival time via text message. He was professional, nice and efficient with his time and therefore my money, since the service charges by the hour.This was a tedious task and Brance was pleasant and remained optimististic that he’d finish w/i the quoted time and he did! Materials were purchased and a 1.5% upcharge was applied.It took at least 30 minutes to describe the work and another 45 to buy the materials. The jobs were done in a two day period. The quality of the work seems to be very good.I appreciate the work and the quality of the job. If I were asked by a friend to recommend your service I would suggest getting quotes from several services before committing. This is the first time I have used this service. Perhaps I will use them again. I do not appreciate posting my review publicly The 5 stars represents the workman not necessarily the company. He also determined he could easily repair another item, cheaper than replacing it. I could tell that he was experienced and he was also very honest. He showed up and completed the job timely. Scott: This guy is not professional at all. Didn’t even show up for our appointment and then gives a poor excuse. Regardless, he could’ve taken a minute to say he wouldn’t make it. Against my better judgement, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. When he arrived he reeked of smoke, talked my ear off while barely listening. He also touched me several times - extremely unprofessional.He showed up and did a sloppy job and charged me $600 for the day claiming to save me money. He brought in 2 kids and charged $60 hr for them without even telling me he would be doing that. Left them in my house unsupervised and I’m sure they are not real employees and he’s not insured.He tries to play himself off as a kind hippie/artist, but it’s all I sham.I realize this is his only bad review, but I swear it’s true. Maybe reviews are from his buddies.

Chewana Lee: This guy is a crook. I purchased two days of his service and he painted two hallways and as you see in the photo concrete work. He painted the bedroom hall as far as he could reach and stopped. However he did manage to paint the banister but did not repair the damaged wall. Dan Dormer: Quite expensive but prompt and high quality work. My only issue with my experience was that they quoted me for two days of work and when they completed the job in only one day, there was no reduction in cost due to less labor being required than they had estimated. Very grateful they were able to complete the work so rapidly but felt a little unreasonable to pay a price that reflected two days of labor for only one day of work. This was especially irritating because there were components of the job that they couldn’t actually execute and I am going to have to put the finishing touches on the job myself. James Freeland: I tried installing my dryer myself and shredded the threading on the gas valve. I was in over my head trying to replace the entire valve and so I called a handyman.Chris responded in 10min (!!) and was at my doorstep within 30min. Joan Boughner: Chris is great! I called on a Friday afternoon. He called right back and came within 2 hours. He sent a text saying he would be arriving in 17 minutes and he did! He checked out the 3 plumbing issues and then left to go get a new kitchen faucet. He was back in less than 1/2 hour, put in the new faucet. He fixed the sink stopper problem in our upstairs bathroom by replacing some old parts. It works well now. He told my husband how to fix the shower problem downstairs and said he didn't have the time to do that and it wasn't really a plumbing problem.He was pleasant, very professional and explained things well.
