Mike Brayden and Bryan should all be fired for letting a customer ride a bike home that’s not assembled correctly . Look at my last picture closely, that’s my front brake cable that’s not routed correctly and pinches when I turn to the right. Every picture is just for ape hangers install from clamps not being clamped correctly,switch housing being clocked inward, wrong window trim bolts being reinstalled, inner fairing bolts loose and the 2 inside missing completely. Then they get an attitude when I get mad and push my bike out in the rain.🤡 run this place

David Goughnour: This place is top notch my wife and I are on a 2000 mile trip and happened to get a flat tire in Ann Arbor got it plugged so I can find a dealership and I called motor city Harley first and they wouldn’t help and then I found this wonderful dealership and they made things happen for me and I can’t thank them enough they truly care about people that ride motorcycles and when those people are in desperate need of a service they are one solid dealership and the very sweet red hair service manager was outstanding to deal with thank you Tecumseh Harley-Davidson

R: Haven't been to this particular dealership but I can say I am so happy I haven't. I was with Mack everyday at work and saw the frustration and stress that he went through dealing with Tecumseh smh. Everything he says is true, stay away from these hacks. I had a stage 2 dome at Motown and it was back in 3 weeks and that's only because of the wait on a new back tire that I also had put on. Tecumseh hung up on him, blamed him and never once tried to make it right.... STAY AWAY FROM TECUMSEH HARLEY DAVIDSON!!!

Loc Lyfe: I took my 2020 Electric Glide here because this is where I purchased the bike. Only being able to ride two bike season due to having rotator cuff surgery the bike sat in the garage all 22 season. So this February the service department fully checked the bike before the VIP warranty was over (was charged 300+) because they say I needed a new battery and the bike was good after that. Well, April I tried to ride the bike and it gave me problems. Took the bike to them again and was told it was bad gas and paid almost $200 for that. Picked up the bike and the issues still not fixed. I was then told it was historic codes and they were cleared and the bike is fixed went to pick up the bike and notice my saddle bag near the speaker was cracked (which happened while in their shop) I was told they would fix it (4-6weeks) but within a week an employee texted saying the part was in. I called just for them to say it was miscommunication the part was not in. I’ve emailed and called the service desk and the customer care manager (David) and nothing the bike is still in the garage. Still not running as promised and my bag is still not fixed. A lot of money spent on towing the bike to them, to my home because the bike still give issues. Emailed and called, David and Cam told a lot of promises and received nothing as of yet.

DREAM CRUISER (DREAMCRUISER): Update : Sold my bike for $5k more than what they were offering me. Again please be aware of these manipulative people. I wish they can change their dishonest approach.Very manipulative people especially Jason and Christina. Absolutely no honor. Disappointed.

Their advice helped me improve more and more. Most importantly, they gave us advice that we will carry with us for as long as we are riding. If you are a new first time rider, this course is perfect for you. They will work with you patiently and help you improve tremendously!

Zachary Goddard: I recently took the new rider course thru Motown Harley and was very impressed with the class. Some of us had basic knowledge of riding a motorcycle while others had none at all. The instructors did a great job in making it a very comfortable learning environment for everyone. So for anyone that wants to ride on the road or is wanting to see if it is for you, it is 100% worth the time and money.All of the guys in the Riding Academy were great coaches but I’d like to give a special thanks to Brian and Kyle. They were great at identifying what I needed to work on and how to improve.

So Shawn, Nick and Ernie stepped in to make sure our class was up to speed and thoroughly explained everything to us to ensure we had the best knowledge we could. Ariel Marchant: I took riders academy here an Nick K was my coach. Hands down he was the best coach anyone could ask for. He was not only very knowledgeable he was super patient, very attentive, never displayed any shortness of aggravation even when he had every right to be. He gave each person 1 on 1 time they needed. He even stayed late on 2 of the 5 days just to help us with practice and questions. Never being on a street bike before this academy causes for a lot of anxiety as well as many other uncomfortable emotions but Nick literally was so understanding an his demeanor as well as patients an kind words of wisdomand encouragement made this course so much more comfortable an pleasant.
