While the product quality was fresh, had an amazing smell, and cool packaging. I found that other dispensaries carry bigger selections on products other than flower and also better prices on flower. I love ie but it’s not a one stop shop and I always have to go to other dispos to finish my orders ):

Judy Woller: What an amazing company! I received my order in two days. Never have I been offered an ice pack for the medicines until Castle Remedies. Everything was packed exceptionally well. The ice pack melted, but the remedies were barely warm and nothing was wet outside of the bag it was in. Other companies' orders have been exceptionally hot upon reception, leaving me wondering if they are still viable.Also, kudos to the person answering the phone and patiently and kindly handling my order with wonderful courtesy.I will certainly be recommending Castle Remedies.

Which they always say that they can reach out to one of their Candian suppliers and special order it which would take few weeks to come. But that never really works out because it never happens. I usually have to ask my homepathic doctor for another remedy that I can use instead of the original potency.

When I first started taking these I felt funny and realized it was the fillers then when my nails broke down to the quick one right after the other and I noticed more hair in my brush I decided to write this review. wisdom chase: I lived in Ann Arbor for 24 yrs and I’ve been going to Castle Remedies for most of those years. I live in Indy now but I have doctors and dentist and family in A2 and when ever I'm in town I go to the Castle on Huron Pkwy. As soon as you walk in your greeted by soothing smells and sounds it's amazingly soothing upon entry. That's the first thing I love! and the help is this helpful as can be they pull out the books we've done research standing right on the spot because I usually have questions. The staff is always approachable and professional. They help you as much as they can and the have everything! always stocked with everything I've ever asked for or needed. I always try the homeopathic route because usually all else fails. I am a walking testament that it has worked for me from chronic itch that the docs at the U of M couldn't stop! to acid reflux. I don't want to take Prilosec! This is what your ancestors did when they didn't have Prilosec or Nexium, steroid cream and injections. It's my preferred route of treatment and it works and it's more beneficial it doesn't mask the problem it cures the problem.I've seen MD's in Ann Arbor and this is the type of treatment they believe in and specialize in. That's the thing I love about Ann Arbor.. there's more open-mindedness more creativity and more thinking outside of the medical box. Love it! it's my home is where my children were born and raised and thank goodness castle remedies is still a option.

They had the product in twodifferent bags and wasn’t the right size. I agree with the other reviewer, check your stuff and make sure you are getting what you suppose to. I ordered and didn’t know until I opened the bag. Immediately contacted the store took pics and everything before products were opened. They gave me the run around and never fulfilled my order correctly after so many emails. Something ain’t right. Weed missing money might be too! just saying. I have never returned and now shop at Mission.

Was told by the manager Travis that we could bring the product back for store credit, but when I arrived was told I could only do an equivalent exchange for the same out of date product, which is not what I was promised by management. I will not be returning.

Dain Evans: Surprised to see artificial flavors on the list of ingredients for some of their teas, and the teas that were not artificially flavored didn’t taste very good. Spices were fine, I would just suggest avoiding the tea section. Arbor Teas has great teas and they’re sold all around the city and online (I’m not affiliated with Arbor Teas 😅)
