EJ Lang: I've had an immensely positive experience leasing through Prentice 4M. Their management is highly personable, understanding, and responsive. Not only that! When I've had minor maintenence issues, they are dealt with promptly and correctly.
Brad: My son described the property management portion of this place as one of the worst places in Ann Arbor to work. They lie about what the job really is and the hours they expect you to work. Would not recommend.
Annika: We stayed for just a weekend and really enjoyed it. A great communal living arrangement and great appliances they have a full kitchen and sections for each room in the fridge and freezer which is pretty cool. Same with dry food area storage, a high end hostel :) rooms had plenty of space and liked how storage was utilized. Friendly neighbors

Farris Khan: I used Prentice 4M for a business meeting, and to record part of a YouTube Video. The picture is from a demonstration of how to take off the 2021 Bronco roof that was recorded at their facility. They have a large, underground garage with plug-in capability (you can even use their EVs and autonomous mobility options!), and a fully equipped podcast studio (with mics, sound deadening, etc). Also, its location is ideal, right next to the Big House and the rest of the athletic campus. I was able to record a video with Prentice 4M as the home base, but with quick drive to the giant block M at the Stadium with my "Antimatter Blue" Bronco. Also, the staff is awesome. Highly recommend!
Karina Alvarez: I have been staying in one of their units while on a work trip, and wow! couldn't be more happy. The entire place is gorgeous, clean, and most importantly very comfortable. Location is perfect, close to downtown, close to grocery stores and shops. The staff is also great, especially Eric who has been extremely communicative, professional, and accommodating. He gave me a tour of the place when I arrived, and showed me the amenities. I will definitely be contacting him again for my next trip.

A Neville: I Had the best time! I recently stayed here last weekend to get ready for my wedding day! My bridesmaids and I all got ready before heading to Ann Arbor for the wedding ceremony. The entire place was super clean. Adam was very helpful with anything I needed! The vendors who came and helped us get ready all had nice things to say about this place. Spacious, open and easy to accommodate a large group. Would recommend this place 10/10 to anyone wanting to stay here for whatever the reason may be. It’s in a safe location. No problems during my stay.

Tim Dennis: I did drywall for this company. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! They are grade A scandals. They build a piece of junk! You'll pay too much, be promised everything in the world & even a warranty, but you won't get half of what you wanted, the house will fall apart before they ever come to do the one year inspection for your warranty & don't be surprised when they never show up to do any warranty work & tell you they will see you in court. You will not be happy spending your hard earned money on their broken promises & very poor quality homes. They look good from the outside or from a far, but if you know what to look for, you'll put your checkbook away & look for better.
Hans Kaufmann: My Dad just moved in summer of 2019. Very nice ranch condos with full basement.

Bruce Madej: Condos are just being built and no one has moved in as of November, 2018. The models are beautiful. These are ranch condos ... something you do not see very often. Good location, Pittsfield Twp taxes, Ann Arbor mailing list.
