R E: Violated fiduciary standards.Can not return a phone call to review paperwork in over 2 years!The problems I tried to resolve were treated like a game, passed along to the next employee, to the next, to the next.Through several e mails, and several calls, i received no calls back on the subject in hand, after several requests in e mail, voice mail, left a request with a guy over the phone to have someone call me back. Still no calls on the subject in need of attention that caused a huge chain of events in my life that could have easily been avoided if the employees at BCN, would return a phone call, or a e mail that wouldent have horrible disrupted my finances causing me to lose my apartment, move into a motel 7 miles from my job (no car either mind you. Also lived blocks away from my job prior to this point) having to walk to work, and from with a ten hour shift on my feet in-between.They violated fiduciary duty by not replying back to me, or my manager who also called on my behalf. The financial mistake could have been avoided, the financial carnage avoided, having to move out of state to live with family to avoid sleeping at a honestly a crack hotel, all this could have been avoided 100% back in 2018 within the allotted time frame to fix paperwork, that BCN avoided replying to my requests.Still to this day, employees at BCN have ( and I with proof mind you) lied to me, about this paperwork. I fact one woman claimed that she mailed the paperwork out to me yesterday, I have in e mails asked "when, and to what address" several times and she still can't answer that question to a statement that she herself made. She will not return a phone call, good Lord how many e mails and how much time could all parties have avoided if she would return a phone call to me. How hard is it?? I've left what I feel is way too many voice mails and messages with several people in the company. For over 2 years trying to get someone who gives a damn enough about a client to return a phone call and resolve a issue. Yet, I still get a letter saying they consider the subject closed. The woman who sent the letters hasn't been listening to this client of BCN. She has yet to listen and respond properly, and to what I am asking for. Clearly 100% missed my point.I have now ended up calling the owner of the company. I have tried talking to employees. This long and it has gotten nowhere. You have employees that have broker fiduciary standards by messing with my finances, I have been lied to, insulted, avoided, by your employees. Several. How could something for this long go unattended by your employees, something that 20 minutes on the phone could have avoided alot of problems in one person's be life. Why wasn't I taken seriously enough for a phone call from a BCN employees to avoid losing my home and alot of disruption in my life in June 2018Will the owner of BCN please call me back.I sure know that after years your employees won't call me to bring this subject to the table.At least call and listed to what I have to say about my experiences with your employees and your business. You talk to your employees about this like I been told you did, you will get the "were talking to the big boss, can't admit someone messed up" response.Talk to your clientele please. Are we not the reason you are in businessFebruary 17th 2021.Still nothing from this company, not a call back, e mail, nothing. How incompetent is a company that from 2018 they can't even respond back. I urge every company to seek employees of companies that BCN handles their payroll, talk to the employees, ask how many times wages never were updated on BCN side and people worked for the wrong wages, how no one can ever get a response back, ask them their opinion on them. BCN is not a company that is your employees will enjoy to deal with. If you consider using them, I urge you to rethink BCN. You deserve better, as do your employees. BCN needs to be better.

E J: Absolute worst company to deal with. They are trying to force me to stay on an insurance policy that is way over priced. That is against the law and they have been told that. They are trying to hold onto money that was prepaid for insurance that is to be cancelled. They just buy it through the Healthcare.gov site for small business and tack on a hefty fee. We found out how much we should be paying and what they charge is completely different. Any business should stay away from hiring this company to handle their HR
