Lillian Hazel Pearce: SO every Ann Arborite knows that his place is right next to Ben & Jerry’s. I’ll be honest: I usually pick which one to go to based on the line. HOWEVER, Michigan Creamery is definitely my first choice. In addition to infamous Deer Trax, they have “Wolverine” Trax, Cookie Monster, and other fun ice cream flavors. I also enjoy their shakes and floats. Can’t go wrong with anything.
Gator Mouse: It is such a cute ice cream place on Michigan's central campus. We tried coffee and butter peacan flavored ice cream and they were delicious! The interior is really cute. Friendly staff. Stop by if you want some ice cream that will make you feel happy!

But past couple of months they stopped paying attention to orders specifically when the owner is not around they do whatever they want and talk rudely to customers too. Just now I ordered my banana split, they forgot to put hot fudge in it. When I went back, they refused refund and told me theyl just put the fudge in the melted ice creams, I told them no.i decided to get another banana split since I was hungry for it, guess what! They did not put banana in the 'banana' split! Like really?! At this point I was so tired I decided to just leave for good. Never going back again!

Ryan O'Keefe: Fair price for a large amount of ice cream. I brought my girlfriend to Ben and Jerry's ice cream we noticed the prices were extremely high for such a small amount of ice cream. We turned around and walked right back out and as we were leaving we noticed Michigan Creamery next door and decided to give them a try and we were not disappointed. Great customer service and very large servings for a very fair price. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth, or if you and your significant other are out on a date night, to give Michigan Creamery a shot. I promise you will not be let down.

They keep the line moving along and really work like a well-oiled machine. I love the tucked away from Main Street location too. Katrina Brooks: This place is NOT the same as it used to be. The last two times we’ve been here my husband ordered a small chocolate shake and basically got chocolate milk with a teaspoon of whipped cream on top. Secondly and why I won’t go there ever again is it was filthy, the window cases to the ice cream look like they were smeared with something white and milky and there were smears and drips of idk what, ice cream drips in the counter and floor. Disgusting!

None of the workers made much of an effort to even talk to me or my friends and we had to repeat ourselves so many times because they didn't listen to us. My boyfriend said he wanted his ice cream in a waffle cone 5 times and they still put it in a bowl. I got strawberry ice cream with strawberries mixed in and they put 4 pieces of strawberries so there was essentially none in my ice cream. The guy working seemed like he didn't even know what he was doing.

We walked in the door and there were 3 other couples in front of us, the girl at the counter literally yells at us “we’re closed!”So unprofessional, she should have locked the door, and she should have taken the time to explain why they’re closed before 9:30 instead of yelling. Needless to say; me and my family won’t be going back, and won’t be ordering any future birthday cakes after this experience.

Then they would flirt with just one customer until he left. One of the girls, her hair started sliding out of her ponytail so she shook her hair until her ponytail holder fell off but her hair is falling all over the counter her hair came down to her butt. It was gross display of not caring and uncleanliness. When we finally got our order taken and left the building only to discover the cone is chewy not crisp and ice cream taste like the chemical air freshener sprayed in the room we had to throw it away.I will not be back.

Korean Pig: 미국 아이스크림 집들은 fruity한 맛보다도 조금 더 바닐라와 초코 카라멜 같은 맛에 더 집중된 경우가 많더라고요. 벤앤제리도 그렇고 (근데 여기도 존맛) 뭐 라즈베리 맛이라 해도 초콜릿칩을 같아 넣는다거나.. 그런 경우가 많은데 베라는 과일맛이 많아서 좋아요. 저는 아예 소르베 종류나 메로나 같이 크리미한 과일맛도 좋아하는데, 미국 베라에는 망고맛, 우베코코넛맛, 유명한 체리쥬빌레랑 레인보우 샤베트, breakfast in bed (얘는 메이플시럽맛 베이스 아이스크림에 블루베리 시럽 리본이랑 팬케익 bits 넣은 맛 등) 등등 상큼하고 부드럽고 달달한 과일맛이 많아서 좋아요 배달도 진짜진짜 빠른데 미국은 드라이아이스를 안 넣어주더라고여..?. 앤아버 겨울에 전혀 필요하지조차 않아서 그런가..? 그러니까 너무 멀리 사시면 많이 녹을테니 그거만 참고하세여… 근데 여기 정말 맛있게 퍼주고 차 없는 사람들은 가기 좀 어려워서 아쉽지만 너무 좋아요.. 아 근데 상대적으로 전체적인 맛이 비교적 가벼워서 찐한 크림 찐한 초코 원하시는 분들께는 비추천.. 이제 그짝을 원하면 벤앤제리나 블랭크 슬레이트를 가면 됨

Luke Lordes: I first discovered my passion for Gelato in Germany and ice cream has never been the same since. I have tried to find Gelato in Michigan and this is the only place that is as close to authentic as it gets in the Midwest. The only thing missing was some sorbet flavors as well, when I went there were only chocolates and coffees nothing fruity so I am looking forward to going again and maybe getting blood orange or lemon if they have some. Great job to the gelato maker! You are my idol!

Good alternative to ice cream for my lactose intolerant friends and for people who don't like super sweet treats.The worker was also very sweet and you could tell she wanted to give us quality purchases (my friend got a smoothie or some blended drink and I saw the worker adjust the ratio ingredients and re-blend it twice for a better consistency).They also offer coffee, but I didn't try those when I went.

MC: I got the vanilla ice cream in a cone. They have a seating area.

David Stone: Outdoor seating and only open seasonally, but a treat on warm day in Ann Arbor. Lots of locals hit up this place and the parking is very limited (no drivethru either). You won’t find the “grill” options of newer and updated locations but still a go to spot to eat ice cream on a bench or a bench in the community.
Kaitlin: Very fast and friendly service. Great location too.
Kenn Ferguson: Awkward parking lot, small spaces.
Niko (Chip): Good ice cream. There was a long line and they got it down pretty quickly.

Sharlene Ogbonna: Not really friendly on customer satisfaction. My 11 year old did not like the blue berry slushy after sipping it. she ask to get something. The lady at the window told her because it wasn’t our mess up you would have to buy something else. I said she doesn’t like it but that wasn’t her concern so we had to throw the other one away and purchase another one. Great customer service. Thanks:/
