1312020: I used them a few years ago for a crack in my basement wall that was causing a leak whenever it rained. The leak was getting a lot worse; so, I wanted it repaired. Other companies wanted to completely tear up my finished basement and charge me a couple grand. One company wanted 20k 😳. Mike came out and told me all I needed to do was fill the crack in with some professional grade stuff they use. I was quoted 450 I think. I was a tad skeptical it would work but it hasn’t leaked yet and it’s been years now. The wall is completely dry even with all the crazy heavy rain we’ve had the last few years. They clearly knew what they were talking about. Mike was super friendly polite and professional. The worker Erik who filled the crack in was also super friendly and professional and polite. MATTHEW FIELDER: I can't recommend Perma Dry Michigan enough! The amazing part is that they didn't do any work for me, but they did save me almost $10,000. Matt from Perma Dry Michigan came in to figure out why I had water in my basement and to give me an estimate to fix the problem. The previous 2 companies had told me that it would cost about $10,000 to fix. Matt, however, quickly realized that something else was going on and called his boss, Mike, who explained that the problem was most likely a clogged storm drain. AO Kylie Belachaikovsky: This company discriminates against homeowners who have purchased from the Land Bank. They were nice as can be setting up a free inspection, but when they did some digging the day before, and realized it was a land bank house, they would only come out if I paid $150. The gentleman on the phone tried to make it sound acceptable, because “they waste so much time going out and giving quotes to land bank owners who don’t follow up with the services because it’s too expensive for them”.Just another company redlining and profiling people who they assume are poor. Very disappointing to have taken time off work, only to be profiled as “too poor” the day before the inspection.
