Jimmy Chumney: Jim at the Ann Arbor Vacuum Store did a great job repairing our Oreck Magnesium vacuum cleaner, and the price was reasonable. We had looked around for a vacuum cleaner to replace our Oreck, and none of the newer models measured up. We are delighted that we can use our Oreck Magnesium a few years longer thanks to Jim at the Vacuum Store.
Megan: They got my vacuum back up and running again. The suction had started to be significantly worse than it was supposed to be and it works great now. Fairly priced. They also have great prices on new vacuums and a good selection.

It was a process so patience was key and my expectations were more than met! They even gave me a loaner vacuum. The Riccar, it was awesome. That will be my next purchase at Banks. Scott asked me if I had about 45 minutes I could wait. Scott and Rose went above and beyond to service my vacuum while I waited, so I didn't have to make another trip to drop it off when they had a loaner available.
