Fidelity Investments: what do users think?
Theodore Hayman: Fidelity panic sold its entire tesla position at 104 dollars a share. The fund mgr thought it was a video game and most likely only knows charts and graphs and all the other junk science involved in the junk science of finance. End result, Fidelities largest and most popular mutual fund lost a considerable amount of real money for all of its investors that will not return. Any and every fundamental study of Tesla indicated the rundown was a bunch of kids switching back and forth between their brokerage software and Minecraft or Call f Duty. All of their insight comes from the digital world with no connection to the tangible physical world we live in.
garret raczkowski: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessI worked with Craig Calvin on my yearly review of my retirement goals. He was excellent and took the time to answer all my questions, while also being patient to listen to my concerns as I relayed them in layman's terms. Would definitely go back to him again !
Kyle Smith: Very patient, nice
DrSilva Goncalves: Company failed to show solid support from day one. My children were in college and we asked for a checking account be opened so that they could cover college expenses. Instead, the agent opened retirement accounts for the children. Lots of work to fix that mess.Previously, I transferred an IRA into Fidelity. The advisor soon after transferred out or quit. I sat on a lot of cash losing interest. I was going to move out and was offered some cash not to move my funds. They kept changing my advisors. When I filed a complaint against them, they closed my account forcing me to find another company to invest with. That impacted my family and caused stress. However, moving to another company turned out to be a gift since I now have great financial advisers.
Jim Miller: 2 years later -- upgraded to a 5 star..................We've been clients of this office for the past three years. They've been very helpful in financial and retirement planning without the routine high pressure sales pitches for high cost in-house services.
Donald McCracken: My two brothers and I and a bunch of inheritance paperwork to fill out. We walked into Fidelity and Allison Daniels greeted us in a very professional and friendly manner. Then she jumped right in and start helping for us. All we had to do is sign the paperwork where required. What a great experience we all had this morning. :)
Margie Raymond: Craig Calvin of Ann Arbor Fidelity was exceptionally helpful during my recent visits. He is very knowledgeable and described in detail my options with regard to setting up my investment portfolio. He was very considerate and did not make me feel rushed. I would highly recommend him as an Investment Consultant. Marguerite Raymond
Seth Berger: Friendly and helpful. I scheduled an appointment at this office over the phone and I was placed with Craig. He was very patient with all my worries and questions. He did a very good job educating me in diversifying long term investments, the difference between mutual funds and EFTs, and the cost of investing certain ways.
Tim Breitag: Very friendly and helpful
Alison DesOrmeaux: Friendly and knowledgeable.
cv houston: extremely unprofessional service- requested a rollover form from another employer sponsored company; filled and faxed form as represented instructed. Apparently fidelity only received 2/4 pages of fax, was never notified. No accountability, terrible company.

Wells Fargo Advisors: what do users think?
Rhonda Mercer: Wonderful people
Dontaye Slater: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueDon’t care about their customers. DO NOT USE Wells Fargo.
AnonsFunFactory: It wasn't more than two to three days that I cashed my first check in the Wells Fargo office IN PERSON with my bi monthly check that they removed it for "Alter/Fictitious" reasons, leaving my account from the five hundred it initially had to only 77 DOLLARS. I called for every minute I could spare, more than 10 to 15 times and received no explanation, saying it was "Altered or Fictitious" with no direct clause of WHY it could be fake or fraudulent. No explanation. $12 fee. I even got my EMPLOYER involved to contact payroll services and they said the exact same thing and that it was on MY end (For it being fraudulent, I signed it in the store IN FRONT of the associates). All I can go is sign the check I earn after two weeks of work. I don't know what they want from me. At the end of the day, I had to go through the trouble of getting a replacement check and suffer the penalty of ANOTHER $15 fee for my saving being below the three hundred thresh hold when they witheld the amount when all other fictitious claims on future checks has not been present. This was for the very first check I deposited into my account, and this is my first experience banking as a young man in my late teens. I was told that this isn't the worst that it gets, and I suppose this is the world we live in. It terrifies me that I work and earn so little and that everything I have is at the whim of an entity(s) who could care less and work for their own convenience. Especially in this climate, I would think twice before opening an account, no doubt this could be a method to "keep themselves afloat" and they will leave YOU with the tab when they should secure their own finances honestly like the rest of us. I can't do any more calling, I am at a dead end with this and forced to roll with the punches. Please do not subject yourself to this unpleasant experience and have these (or frankly any) kinds of people to have agency over your assets.
Huri Rojas: Terrible service
Grigorios Stamatopoulos: Very professional. They really care about customers and it shows
Егор Дмитриев: Professional
Caduun Captain: Hushed
Doug Carter: Wells Fargo sucks! Charge. Fees for no reason

TD Ameritrade: what do users think?
Paige Railstone: Seems like they could pay their employees a little better since one of them goes every day to the grocery store around the corner and gorges himself on the salad bar and never pays for it. Makes one wonder how well they can manage their own customers’ money.
