Anoop Prabhu: Used them for a routine winterization, no issues there. However, I had casually mentioned that a competing sprinkler service company (won’t name them) had sold us a irrigation valve box lid that was the wrong size but refused to take it back for a refund. Later that day I went in the yard and saw they swapped the lid out for the proper fitting lid, no charge. Big bonus points in my book!
Peter VanBeck: They took care of my sprinklers this year. I felt they were very good and very honest. Technician Jim spent a lot of time explaining things to me and looking at extra things I asked him to look at.
Steve & Renata Allen: I have had them over twice - once to repair a broken underground line (not installed by them) and for winterizing my sprinklers. Both times they were prompt, courteous and took care of the job in a short time.
Amanda Murphy: If I could give zero stars, I would. When turning on my sprinklers for the season, Top Flite left the outside water valve in the off position. We went away, and came home to a dead lawn. After realizing the problem and having the water valve turned on, there were a few sections of lawn that remained dead. Top Flite refused to take responsibility and replace the sections of dead lawn. Instead the owner blamed the man who mows my lawn, saying that he must have turned the water off because the lawn was too wet to mow, when obviously my lawn was bone dry all summer. The secretary at Top Flite told me that they had left the water valve in the off position at several homes this season. When I told the owner that she told me this, he called me a liar and started screaming at me. Bad work and horrible customer service!!!

Ed Nyberg: I was selling my house and had to schedule a septic/well inspection. The inspector came and started poking holes all over the place...as you might expect, he hit one of the sprinkler lines. This happened in the middle of October when most sprinkler companies are winterizing their customers sprinkler systems. I explained that we were selling our house and needed someone to fix the line and winterize our system. Top Flite came out first thing in the morning and did the repair work and winterized our system. I have used them in the past and always experience great service. Thanks Top Flite!

Then came back because the water was leaking out which it hadn't been doing prior to the visit and charging another visit and labor fee. Ben Keller: So far so good. Just moved to the area and had them upgrade the control unit at our home to a wifi based controller. The work they did was very professional and they took the time to do install as we requested. The work was not inexpensive and based on the prior home owner's experience, I expect the company will stand by any issues (if there are any) as they did for the prior owner. I'll pay for quality work when done right.As with many businesses, they appear to be struggling to find enough qualified technicians and office staff to service all of the requests they are receiving, so we did have to be patient. David Bryant: I have used this company for over 20 years and 2 installations. Although initially great, their service has gotten progressively worse over the years. Usually they contact customers in the Spring to schedule startups. Didn’t happen this year. When I called to schedule, got appt. 2 weeks later in July. Service person arrived and didn’t start system. No communication as to why. When I finally called to inquire, it took 2 days (and 2 calls) to reach the techician. “Didn’t have part, etc. Will call to reschedule”. No call. I contacted again. Scheduler offered appt in Aug. What’s the point? Grass dead and perenials dying. After complaining, “magically” found appt for next day. We’ll see if that happens.This company seems to have become more interested in their big commercial clients than their residential customers. That’s the evolution of service these days. Follow the money. Fortunately, much more competition has opened up in this sector so perhaps I can find a young company that is still hungry. My only reason for 2 stars is loyalty for better service in the past.UPDATE (7/18/18) The owner Jerry B. was out to the property today and fully serviced the system himself. He did a follow-up call to insure that I was satisfied. I fully appreciated his service recovery. I certainly will remain a loyal customer.

Voratima Orawannukul: I'm pretty sad to have to write this negative review. Daily Rain installed the sprinkler system at my house over a year ago. The staff is very friendly and polite and the service is fast like the other reviewer had mentioned. The operator always pickup the phone or get back to me as promised. They always accommodating and work around my schedule. However, there are so many things wrong with the installation.First, they did not check before drilling a hole if there's any electrical line. The hole cut through that line. I lost power to a portion of the house, had to fix it, and have 2 big holes on the side of my house. They made it up by giving me another free winterize service.Second, the installation failed the inspection, which shows that they lack experience/expertise. They have to come out the two times to fix. They also did not coordinate the inspection with the city and me to get the final approval. I've never had to do this for other type of installations.Third, 2-3 months after the installation, one of the connection broke. The water had been running for I don't know how long. But it's long enough to seep through my basement wall and measured a little over 3 Qt. Thankfully I didn't store anything valuable in that corner of the basement. To have to clean up yet another mess is not a good feeling.Finally, a year later, a banging in the basement woke me up. Turned out the pipe they ran was not properly secure. If this continues, there could be yet another water damage inside my basement, which this time I won't be so lucky. They scheduled to come out this morning but was a no show.As you can see, it's one thing after another. I have to shift work schedule around to accommodate incidents like these. Having a sprinkler system should make my life easier, not the other way around. The management need to get their act together, train your staff, be more hands on, stay on top of things, and follow through with appointments.UPDATE 10/17: I should add that the owner came to personally fix the banging problem himself. He also called after he saw this review to reassure me that he is aware of the mistakes that happened at my job site. Internally they have addressed the issues. It's clear to me that he cares about his customers and want to do a good job.

pat predd: Been a customer of Old Faithful for years. Always a fantastic experience. We did a major tear up of our entire back yard and they rerouted all of the old lines, added new zones. etc. Great service and quality work.

They damaged my whole back flow device as the repair man created a lot of pressure in the system to damage my back flow device. He never informed us and turned off the water supply and left. When next day I confronted the manager they took no responsibility. I would not recommend.
