CANTORO ITALIAN MARKET: what do users think?
Anna Gromyko: Love it! You can buy fresh Italian food and eat or drink coffee in restaurant.
L T: Such a cute market with so many delicious pre made meal options! Great Ingredients to make pizzas with pre made dough. They have pre made sandwiches, pastas, sides, you name it!
Darin Greenwell: Nice. High end goods.
Jean Gosling: Salads are great. The other food is okay, but gigantic portions!! The noise level is terrible for a group. Conversation is very difficult. I don't think I'll go back.
Anne Herrmann: Beautiful place with delicious food and wonderful staff
Michael Bethell: Always a great experience here, in the restaurant and in the matket
Qinawi Qinawi: Superb place. Brings back memories of Little Italy!
Ryan Hanink: Very nice store
Manar Abboud: Best Italian market in the town, everything is fresh and delicious! Great quality food.
Alexander Vadasy: Pricey but delicious
Mihaela Varvaroi: The best!, Have been coming to Cantoro for years!, Always have everything I want and always fresh.
Michael Sharpe: Its like actually being in Italy. Its not just a market. Its on experience.
Laura Gammons: Always a great experience
Daniel Johnson: Very nice Italian market. Helpful staff
Ilian De Shametaj: Italian food near Detroit metro, a little bit expensive but much worth it. My favorite place to buy Italian food stuff!
Amber Hare: Great place!!
Shinichi J Farkas: Great selection and really liked the restaurant.
Larry Sintay: Very helpful people in the Prepared Food dept
Nick Dodge: Terrible service. We showed up to put our name in for a table. They gave us a 2.5 hour wait time. We put our name in anyways and drove to find another restaurant. Right as we were walking into the other restaurant about 25 minutes later, we got a text that our table was ready. We even called to confirm that our table for 3 was indeed ready since it was much earlier. They confirmed it was. So, we proceeded to drive back to Cantoro’s. When we arrived back, it turned out there was a “mistake” — they said there were only 3 seats open at the bar and that people don’t usually leave their number for table reservations. This completely contradicted both our conversation in person, text receipt, and phone call, as if we were being gaslit. They had no remedy for the situation aside from an apology and poor explanation of how this would happen. As our first impression of this famous, nearly 5-star restaurant, we expected at least an average experience. Instead, we were sent on a 45 minute wild goose chase.
Z Zak: Great selection of food of european taste!
Bill Taylor: We spent our anniversary at this restaurant, and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious, and the service was terrific. We were too full from dinner to order dessert, so we bought a couple of bakery items in the market on our way out.

Plum Market: what do users think?
Michelle Kulkoski: Very pricey, we were followed through the store, asked about some specialty beer and cheese and were told that we couldn't afford them. I won't be back.
Frank O'Connor: Very impressive store. Smaller than, say, Whole Foods, but a nice variety of fresh and organic produce, packaged goods, a great deli, and more! Plus you can’t miss the extremely oversized alcohol section. All the staff were very friendly and asking how they could be of assistance. Was visiting the area and staying at a nearby hotel, was a blessing to find this gem so close by!
Gary Evans: The experts in the liquor section are great. They always answer my questions, and helped me procure a rare bottle of rum I’ve been looking for for months.
Bay Lee: Love it
Randall Kuna: Plum market is an awesome store with unique foods, gifts , sodas , desserts and many many more things that are hard to resist. This retailer also carries Blue Kuna products which are high quality like the rest of their selection . The soups are always hot and fresh and the bread loaves are stacked high so you can grab the right one to go with dinner or whatever your interested in . The staff is always moving and ready to assist you if you are looking for something in particular. If you want to make dinner they have tons of products to keep you happy and if your short on time you can find everything kept to temperature and ready to go in a very clean and crisp environment. You can’t go wrong no matter hat isle you turn down at any of their 4 locations .Looking forward to more locations opening in more places in Michigan. Hard to find other stores that keep the high standards like Plum Market.
Rudy Rios: Clean clean clean everyone is so helpful. We shop there everytime we stay at the Hilton, of course the Hilton has a nice menu but you can't beat Plums for freshness.
a c: Small aisles. Quiet. Clean. Stocked. Fish and meat. Loads of already prepared foods. Cheeses yes. Good ones. Great wine dept. Helpful check out people. Go.
林立立: Good
Eddie Smith: Great selection of premium and organic products with best-in-class service and an excellent and modern store facility. We have shopped here 25+ times. Products are definitely priced at a premium, but you can usually find something special that you can't find at other high-end grocery stores. Also at a great location on Plymouth Road near U-M north campus.
Dan Ohm: Very nice selection but couldn't go there everyday as it is comparible to whole foods prices.
Gutter Barbie: Go to for everything fresh. Love this market. The staff is great and it’s close and open late. Lots of fun stuff. Kinda expensive but worth it.
Misty W: So many fresh options. We stopped and picked up lunch to go. Everything we got was delicious.
Bill Mccreadie: The lady overseeing the flower department was very helpful.
Kristen Turner-Hamblen: Rare for me to rate a grocery store, but I have the most pleasant experience every time I visit this market. SUPER appreciative of the staff distributor (Aaron is the name, I believe) who went out of his way to ask me about a product I was looking for one day, and then ensured it was stocked the next time I was there!! :)
Sophia Smith: Way expensive than other stores like Kroger for the same stuff.
Amy: Their hot food items are the best. But be sure to go before 5:30 or some things will be gone. I love their hot/salad bar as well. The store is expensive compared to others in area, but I know the fruit I get will be the best tasting. I come here exclusively in winter just for my fruit and veggies.
Farzaneh Ziaee: So great but a bit expensive 🙃
John DeCicco: Has become one of our favored grocery stores, with prices on the high side but good quality items, always well stocked, and friendly help. This Green Road location can be counted on to have better produce than the Maple Avenue Plum Market on Ann Arbor's westside, which is more uneven. I personally prefer the wine selection at Green Road, too.
david smith: Always stop here for lunch driving from PA to the UP. Wonderful selection of food.
Ana Gonzalez: Love the location near 4 hotels for all us traveling it's a perfect place to pick up healthy snacks and great fresh restaurant quality pre made food. Reminded me of Whole foods.
Mike McDowell: Expensive but high class stuff

Plum Market: what do users think?
jackie mcman: Took away the toaster
Sandy Eyl: a little hard to find the single serving and Deli foods. I hadn't been here since before the COVID pandemic and thought if I parked at the Cafe entrance that I'd be near those items. but there was no way to get past the cashiers to get back there so basically had to walk thru the whole store to find the single chilled bottle of root beer I was looking for. points for selling single servings of Zevia too!
Reginald Elliott: Amazing
TIM BREHMER: Best specialty grocery store out there! Great service and quality products in every department.
Thomas Friedman: One of the best pizzas I ever had
Eddie Smith: Great selection of premium and organic products with best-in-class service and an excellent and modern store facility. We have shopped here about 5 times. Products are definitely priced at a premium, but you can usually find something special that you can't find at other high-end grocery stores. This store is also situated at a great location along Maple Road on the west side of Ann Arbor.
tonja hamilton: My favorite market!
Vijaya Reddy: Went there to get organic berries. They didn't have any.
Tyler Terbush: I’m an instacart worker and have been for 3 years now. I’m a 5 star diamond cart member. I shop in this store 10 times a day. I was just kicked out of self checkout midway through scanning an order by a women manager because, “I don’t want instacart workers going through my self checkout.” There were no other customers checking out at the time so you weren’t busy, plus I don’t work for you guys, I work for instacart, and I’m perfectly fine to go through whatever line I want. Now she is trying to get my account banned on instacart. So thank you, I may lose my job of three years because miss manager “doesn’t like instacart workers in her self checkout”
Linda Brazier: My favorite place for organic foods
Nikolai Belinski: Pricey but has a good selection of novelty health foods and drinks such as Ollypops that I couldn’t find anywhere else.
Mari Rymar: Expensive, especially now with inflation. Beautiful space with tables and chairs you can sit down in and eat the delicious hot and cold foods. Their soups in particular are very good. They have half off bread and other baked goods after 8:30pm. Just walking in will probably take a chunk out of your wallet but very fun, like food Disneyland
Anthony: This place is awesome!
Reg Quinton: If you like Whole Foods you'll love the Plum Market. We went for the fish monger and their beautiful sea bass.
Gravy, Gravy Crockett (King of the food frontier): Extremely helpful staff, fantastic quality food.
Lea Gierucki: So good but so so pricey.
Cris Pap (papc): usually love plum and don’t write reviews, but yesterday i spent $11 on a premade salad that was mostly kale stems and inedible. i threw it away. i would just expect more out of a store as high end as this:(
JD Durden: Expensive but very bright and clean. Extensive deli area, too.
Rudy Palombit: Great music! and decent liquor selection
Atul Raizada: Expensive
Ron: I like the food freshness and the healthy plant section too

Whole Foods Market: what do users think?
Dain Evans: I think the almonds in the almond butter grinder have been sitting in there too long. The almond butter I bought was rancid, but still in date according to the label.
david clemons jr: I love Whole Foods. I'm especially a fan of the hot bar.
Eric F: Go to order a pizza and they tell me they are out of dough? No flour, yeast and water in a grocery store? Sure buddy. What a joke. Hire employees who want to work and want to take money.
Charles Carlson: The Whole package!
Mary Lemmer: Great Whole Foods! Clean, easy to find things, and friendly customer service.
Eddie Smith: Great Whole Foods store. Great selection, good service, plenty of parking, and excellent location in terms of main roads in and out of the community as well as the nearby highway.
David Lutes: Whole foods is a good place to get real food, but not cheap by any means. Customer service leaves much to be desired. It's just another division of Amazon.
Banafsheh Sadeghi: Friendly staff and great selection particularly on flowers
Jin Simmz: Who can't like this place
Michael St.John: Great stuff. Expensive but lots of good stuff here.
Angie Bu: Great selection of food in a convenient location
Panagioti Apostolou: We shop WFM for specific items. The 365 salad kits are very good and at a nice price point. Also, they have a good cheese selection.
Jennifer Tislerics: Expensive! But high quality foods and goods. Amazing variety in the self-serve food bars and made-to-order areas. Seating area available for eating the food purchased.
Alain Mai: The artisan breads are better there 5han at the Washtenaw store.
Nikita Wright: Whole Foods Market the staff members are really friendly and helpful. Hand sanitizer is stationed throughout the store. Food quality is excellent.
Michael Alexander: NOT CLEAN
Sarah Jane Uldricks: Have you ever wanted to feel judged just for existing? Whole Foods is the place for you!Bakery section is absolutely amazing, though.
Charles L: Still too expensive for every day shopping but every other aspect is very nice.
Jonathan Pan: They got caviar!
Hockey Mom 7: I prefer this Whole Foods over the other Ann Arbor store… Super close to where I live so I stop in often. The employees are always so helpful and friendly.
Deep Singh: Lots of healthy options and polite staff. Keep up the great work...
