Yoon's Bakery: what do users think?
Li Algernon: Stopped here many times for their delicious bread. Staff I’ve talked to have always been friendly. Recommend the mocha bun and castella cake for breads that are soft and not too sweet.
Brittany Hammond: Sooo yummy! Light and fluffy slightly sweet desserts and also more rich chocolatey ones. A favorite spot of ours!
Brandon Finn: This is the best bakery in Ann Arbor
Minkyu Choi: Best Korean breads
Harry Zhen: Yoon's bakery is a small hidden bakery located near North Campus of U of M. They sell a variety of different Korean/Asian influenced baked goods. Unlike many western baked goods, Yoon's bakery baked goods are not overly sweet, and the breads are soft and light. There is a variety of different options and flavors that is unique to Korean and Asian bakeries. It's a great place to stop by to pick up a snack or even to grab something for breakfast. The soboro ppang and sweet potato cream bun are some of my favorites. Being located in Ann Arbor is nice since many Korean and Asian bakeries are located on the east side of the state.
madhur agarwal: Just picked up 4 amazing bread and dessert , fresh and very delicious. We live right around the corner and this was our first time. Thank you
Jayoko mizo: Amazing food! quality and packaging was amazing, good and authentic japanese bread is hard to come by in michigan i’ve found, but this place is so so good!! definitely will be returning
J Reaper: Really tasty and yummy 😋
Avin Vijay: Yoon's the best pastry shop in Ann Arbor. This is a small mom-and-pop style pâtisserie. All of their sweet options including cream buns, custard buns, soboro pastry etc are very delicious and fairly priced. They have a large variety of cakes as well, all baked locally. Some cakes are available only after 2pm.(Doordash may not carry all the available options in store). The savory items could be a hit or miss in my personal experience - but that may purely be due to acquired taste.
Brian Zerfas: A friend told me to check this place out. So good! The staff was very welcoming and there were so many options of baked goods to choose from. I'll need to make a return in the future to try more!
Chris Goosman: Great pastries, and the Korean Garlic Bread is amazing! Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but worth it as a treat. Prices are clearly marked so you don’t accidentally break your budget. The evening I went it was a little busy but the wait wasn’t long to check out. I’d take pictures but my treats didn’t last long enough. 😋
Grace Su Ming: Very cute and yummy spot. There is some seating inside. They have gluten free dessert.
Yidan Zhang: I love the bakery here and the cake was also great not too sweet love them. I wonder when I can find the white toast again because they are so good and whenever I go recently I can’t find them anymore, do you guys stop making them?
Amber Fatima: SOOO GOOD!!!
Kay Fedewa: I'm a big fan of Moose Pastry in Novi, a Japanese bakery, so was excited when Yoons opened. I love how everytime I go there, there is a different selection of pastries to discover! The creme fillings in these pastries is the best I've ever had. Dont overlook the cold case - last time I was there they had SMOKED CHEESECAKE! Some reviewers complain about the price. You can't just get treats things like this anywhere, and in my view, this is someone's Art you're eating. Every pastry feels like experiencing a masterpiece. You can taste that the baker makes each one with great care. It is worth every cent.My favorite thing is to do the trifecta of dining at Evergreen next door, then picking up pastries at Yoons for dessert, then going to One Way market one door down for some groceries.
Viviane Shammas: Terrific selection of baked goods, all with ingredients posted, many individually wrapped. Breads, sweets, cakes, more. Free parking.
Nicolaus “Nico” Isco: Great taste, but what's that with all the plastic? Everything is wrapped! So annoying!!
Laura: Love the taste, not too sweet and it is fresh! Recommend red bean cream bread!
O O: The young girl that works here whose name is Joontyg(sorry if I misspelled her name) is amazing, so kind and attentive. She really helped me choose the best dessert for me. May Allah bless her and this Bakery. Salam
Mario Hazza: Their chocolate cake is my favorite
Jin-hyuk Yu: Really tasty and various kinds of breads are here. Gonna visit here regularly 🙂
