Dave Saslow: I cannot overstate the satisfaction I have had with both of my equipment purchases and how happy I am I purchased locally. The after sale service has been over the top - I am not a commercial landscaper but they treat me like I am their biggest account. I am sorry I did not make all of my purchases at Weingartz - I purchased the EGO trimmer-blower-edger from a big box and am out of luck with service and have to deal with the manufacturer on warranty.

Joe Bdash: It's a trap! Held my tractor up for service for a month when they said it would take 2 weeks! To make matters worse, after finally finishing the service they said it would take yet *another* 2 weeks before they could deliver it back to me!!...Which means they were going to keep it *FOUR* weeks longer than they originally estimated, for 6 weeks total, SERIOUSLY!!?? As if 4 weeks into this it was suddenly a surprise that this tractor would need to get back to its owner!!?? On top of all of that there was a couple weeks where it was almost impossible to talk to anyone on the phone about the status and then they resorted to texting instead of just picking up the phone to talk! I also note that once the service is done they charge a daily rate for storing the equipment...so is this their way of skimming more $ from their customers?? Never going to use them again and going back to our serviceman that comes to you on-site. Tried to give Weingartz a chance but definitely never going back for service.

Jake Big: I purchased Stihl ChainsawFarmboss $600 2021 I used few hours less than 40 hours,It wouldn’t start so I took it in forRepair January 2023.They informed me that thePiston was scored that’s why it didn’t start it cost $450 to repair!They informed me I would better off buying a new saw!I explained to them it has less 40 hours on it.They told meThey couldn’t cover it in warranty due to age!I ask how did I get scored piston?They said using the wrong mix of fuel!I informed them I have 4 other stihl chains saws all using the same fuel with Stihl oil and recreational gas.Spoke to the manager asking him to cover this in warranty he refused.I took to another Stihl dealer the piston wasn’t scored!The repair was only $89 dollars way different from wiengratz !So they’re not interested in helping or taking care of their customers!All their concerned about is selling a new chainsaw.Shame on Wiengratz management!Shame on the customer service .I will never buy anything from wiengratz.Any estimate you get from them don’t trust them!

He answered all our questions. We decided to by the mower that day instead of waiting. The store was closing in about 15 minutes. Robert said they could set it up then. I told him that wasn't necessary. Nick Sheren: Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was willing to overlook the fact that the mechanic did not clean the carburetor on my equipment properly. Stuff happens...I get it. But the woman with brown hair and glasses was extremely rude, ignored me when I questioned why my equipment wouldn't start and also sarcastically hoped I "have a nice day" when I confronted her about her complete lack of communication. I would expect to be fired immediately from my job if I treated a customer with this little respect.
Matthew Shooshanian: There are lots of places they're a lot closer than weingarts but the reason I go there is a service John the parts manager is excellent every time I've gone in there with a issue he's resolved it for me each time he goes above beyond to help not only me but I noticed with other customers so thumbs up

Paul Guttman: I only have great things to say about this store. We sold our condo three years ago and purchased a home. Since buying our home I have purchased a mower, string trimmer, electric blower, backpack blower (we have a lot of leaves) and a new snowblower for the winter of 2022-23. I have been happy with all of my purchases. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and have sold me the right equipment for my home. When I was in the store a few weeks ago to purchase the blower Joel showed me all of the features of the blowers and outlined the advantages and disadvantages of each unit. The blower is being delivered later this week and I am actually looking forward to the first snowfall which allows me to use my new Toro.I have also been very pleased with the service department. I have had them winterize my mower the past three seasons and the unit runs like I just took it out of the box. I love my local hardware stores, but would not go anywhere for home power equipment
C SUN: Bought a snowblower from here to replace my 20 year old Honda. The experience was wonderful! No pressure, just informative. We made our decision, paid for it, and a week later showed up to pick it up. The Weingartz team loaded it into my vehicle, noted that they already registered the serial number with the manufacturer, and we were on our way. Many thanks to Craig I. and the rest of the Team for making the entire buying experience a great one! 👍 We definitely recommend shopping here and will return again. 🙂
Dan Head: Would have given a 5 star but every call goes through a call center. No one answered my call had to order part through the text option. Took 5 days to get the part from another store. Payment was done through text and when I got to the store I was there 15min trying to figure everything out. Enough said

Tom Bellinson: The Diuble family has been around since they invented dirt. They know farm and garden equipment and can fix anything or get you the parts if you're going to fix it yourself. I love Simplicity products, which they sell. The stuff lasts forever. I have a zero turn mower and a 2-stage snowblower that I purchased there and they always take great care of me.

Denise Kantner: Since moving to Lodi Township 42 years ago, we have only had occasional need for products or services from Diuble, but each occasion has been satisfactory. Last week, Brenda and Todd each provided such prompt and competent service they deserve special recognition.I spoke to Brenda mid-afternoon on Thursday, May 12, describing a problem with our riding lawn mower (worked perfectly all of last season and started easily the day before I called but when I tried to release the brake, the engine would die). I suspected the interlock requiring the brake to be set.Not only did Brenda accurately relay to Todd my description (which became obvious when speaking with Todd the next day}, she said she could have the unit picked up the next day, Friday May 13. Based on prior experience of how busy businesses like Diuble's are in the spring, I had expected a couple weeks delay just for you to pick it up. She also said she would ask the technician to at least quickly check the unit in an attempt to identify the problem.We did not hear or see the truck and trailer arrive. The first thing we heard was a loud backfire from the unit. By the time I could greet Todd, he had diagnosed and repaired the problem which was no mean feat. A splice of wires I had made years ago to bypass the interlock otherwise requiring someone to be on the seat to engage the blades or transmission had loosened enough to not make contact. However, the splice was concealed by tape which therefore appeared perfectly fine. But “Detective Todd" was not deceived by appearances and quickly found the problem.So instead of needing to retain a lawn service for a month (which I expected to be the case when the problem occurred}, I mowed our lawn later Friday afternoon, less than 24 hours after first speaking to Brenda !!!!!!!!!Our thanks to everyone at Diuble Equipment, but especially Brenda and Todd.Perry and Denise Kantner

Shirley Warren: I spent $2,000 + dollars to have my John Deere tractor fixed last summer. They had it tied up for 10 weeks. By the time I got my tractor back the cutting season was over. This year I fire up my tractor and I’m having the same problems. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I’m so disappointed in this place.

Vadim Kim: Called for information and comparison and to just discuss options - ended up purchasing S220 via phone. Dustin - answered the call, was able to answer all of my questions, was very clear and knowledgeable and took his time to explain each point. I believe Dustin came from JD Maintenance/Mechanical Shop so he was able to answer all kinds of technical questions on the spot, made me feel confident in my purchase and just everything we were discussing and he was proposing.Now I am proud owner of JD Tractor and couldn't be happier with purchasing experience.Additionally, delivery experience was beyond expectations - person unloaded the unit, showed all maintenance points, demoed operation, etc. this is for those who considering buying from BigBox Stores, go to authorized dealer you will not regret spending a little extra.

Clyde Hoskins: Not impressed. High prices and never have anything I need in stock. I've had to order parts with them only to find out that my local hardware store stocks the same parts for almost half the price. They remind me of an over priced car dealership, but they have some really cool (and expensive) Johndeere toys for the kids.

dwight consolver: I changed my review to 3 from 1 as it appears there was an e-mail sent through a quote system that went to spam. It is unfortunate. Approximately a week after my visit I did purchase from a competitor. Same size tractor $3k less, better financing, another "storied" brand. Original message-----I went to your location in person and looked at tractor. Never called back with quote. I live very close by and was willing to pay slightly more for local and green. But initial quote very high and never got a call back with full quote on all equipment interested in purchasing.

Danny D: We walked around the tractor yard to see the types they had available. The sales person was non-pressure, friendly and very helpful. We were looking for a solid used tractor but they didn't have any of the model we wanted. He offered to run new quotes even tho we were sure we wouldn't be interested. Even knowing that he took the time and ran the quotes and answered questions. Prices were good for new tractor and had some discounts applied. While we didn't buy one that day we will be back for parts, service, etc in the future.

dominic rapa: Complete clowns. Got hired there with promise there is room to grow from pathetic pay. After 5 days of showing up early, doing my job properly, following every bit of instruction and guidance they gave me. Just for the owner Jim to fire me and not give me a straight answer and dodge every question I had for him. Take your business elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs.
