David Garcia: Just scrapped my car with them. They charged no fee to pick it up, their prices were in line with other quotes, they were fast to pick up (same day) close to the time they quoted and paid in cash. Were great over the phone and in person. Would recommend and would use again.
Jason Will: Contacted B&G to get rid of a junk car. The price offered was fair and they showed up within the hour to pick up the car. While not their fault, I received a fake $5 bill as part of the payment and only realized it afterward.

Jeffrey Pieske: BUYER BEWAREI bought an engine with a 30 day warranty/return. My car ended up not needing it. When I went to return it, the guy told me it had been 31 days and there was nothing he could do. I counted 30 days, he counted 31. When actually it had only been 26 days since they had taken it out. I guess the warranty/return starts when you pay a deposit not when they make the part available. This was always my go to place, but not any more. I will NEVER spend another dime here.

Jon Sterling: Terrible. Everytime I've called over the years I've had the same experience. I'll call to ask them for a part and then they tell you that they'll give you a call back shortly while they check if they have it, you'll never hear back from them again, I've called 4 days in a row asking for a tire and everytime I was told I'd get a call back shortly and I never heard back from them. This has happened to me every single time I've tried to do business with this place, 100% of the time. Now I tell everyone I know not to waste their time with this place, save yourself the trouble and just go to Fox Auto.
