L R: -10 stars. I ordered a greek salad from the cashier who was kind. However, the food preparer who was sitting in dining room (no big deal) got up to make my food. He did NOT wash his hands or put gloves on, and actually used HIS hands to put my ingredients in the container. I was beyond disgusted and immediately ask for a refund. I am so shocked that he thought that was ok..restaurant food service 101.

Matt Dietrich: The donuts were freshly made before your eyes and the ladies quickly iced them to your preference. Price was decent for Ann Arbor. They were delicious and I would definitely come back again if in the area. The delightful staff was the highlight. They even gave out sample donuts for first time visitors.

Brenna Boyd: The last three orders that I have placed with this establishment has either gotten cancelled right before it was supposed to be delivered, or my card has gotten charged and the order never showed up. They apparently close over an hour early than their scheduled hours often or cannot deliver because they are slow and seemingly send someone home. How about don't offer delivery if you can't accommodate, and maybe update your hours instead of just closing at whatever time you prefer.
