R Westmoreland: They NO longer honor your LIFETIME GUARANTEE ! They have changed to one year. They do no care that when you purchase the product it had a lifetime guarantee! Jessica said your lifetime guarantee wasn't grandfather in therefor They will NOT honor it.! So I will no longer purchase coach items or wear coach perfume. I also will tell everyone I know not to purchase coach items!!! #feeling scammed by coach!

Not only does the result look flawless and clean but the variety of colors available to choose from also makes your new items personalized and unique to you. I will most definitely continue to shop here!
Michael Brant: I called this location looking for the Coach x Bape collaboration items. Madison with Coach advised me that they actually didn't have it at this location. But not to worry she called the New York flagship store and I got everything I wanted. Amazing customer service. I will for sure be doing business with this store again.

If something goes wrong with the bag if you had it over a year they don't fix it and they don't stand by their product. I would look for another coach store where the sales people are more Customer service oriented.

The young lady who helped me was very nice, but immediately started the up sell with 100.00 wallets and 85.00 key chains among other things. Then 2 more sales girls joined in and it was annoying. I really like the purse I bought but I would have been a lot happier without the hard sell on the accessories. #treatyourself.

Cydric Lawson: This location is a little over an hour from my house. I was looking for a birthday gift for my wife. As soon as I walked in, Eileen made me feel right at home. She has impeccable customer service and she made sure I found what I was looking for! She wrapped my gifts and I will definitely come back to this location to see her again!
Kyla Molitierno: Eileen is FANTASTIC! She took great care of me instore. I ended up having buyers remorse but lost my receipt. She not only remembered me, but remembered my items, the amount I paid, and helped me return and refund them. Great customer service, and could not recommend her more!

I've never returned anything......so I've never paid attention to the 30 day return window.I'm talking to the cashier. She tells me I'm over 30 days. We're chatting, calculating because February was a short month. I'm 4 days over we determine. I'm showing her how delivery took up 7 of those days. Another CSR curtly talks over me to tell the cashier how that doesn't matter and it's 30 days from purchase and makes some other comments to her.... completely dismissing me.The cashier and I continue to talk. She's giving me suggestions of what to do next because the reason I'm returning the item is because it's the WRONG size boot. We opt for me to call customer service directly. The cashier even gives me the number. I ask for her name, she gives it. I ask the rude one her name. She tells me I don't need her name was, because the other cashier was helping me. I point out she had no issue with speaking on the transaction without being asked.....why was it an issue for me to have her name. She again rudely let me know she wasn't providing it.....rolls her eyes, walks away, the whole RUDE 9 yards.On top of ALL the inconveniences she clearly eavesdropped on and was fully aware of....her attitude and BLATANT rudeness was an insult to injury! The original cashier was nothing but polite. Our exchange was casual. There was NO reason for this woman to interact this way. I have another order that IS I'm the return window and I plan to return ALL of it to this store! To pay this kind of money, to be met with such unwarranted disrespect is an ABOMINATION!

I can't believe the prices they charge and can't manage to have staffing. Let's see if the corporate office has the courtesy to return a phone call. I needed this item or I wouldn't have driven 45 minutes each way twice to get it. Absolutely ridiculous. And they already took the money out of my account. Quick to do that but can't manage to deliver the product!

Jason Kastanis: Have purchased many items here for my wife. Love the products and my wife uses them every day but one of her wallet/clutches that I got here had a clasp break. We brought this in early in April to get fixed and they quoted 10 days at the most. When we checked back in with them on day 10 they told us they were still waiting to hear back from wherever they shipped it to get it fixed and it was checked in on April 8th and shouldn't take much longer. It is now may 16th and we are still waiting to "hear back" about what part will need replaced and what the cost would be. When checking the item in to be sent out one of the employees said this happens to this particular style of wallet sometimes and is an easy fix. We love the products and will continue to purchase from Michael kors, but this has left a somewhat sour taste in our mouth. Other than this experience the others have been quite pleasant which is why I'm rating a 3.

Sarah St. Amie: Worst experience I've had in a Michael Kors store, the prejudice was clear from the start. I walked in to get a couple of links removed from a watch I was given as a gift and was barely greeted by the 3 clerks who all saw me and made eye contact. I explained my reason for coming in and before I even pulled my watch out of my bag one proceeded to ask if it was actually an MK watch. I was so upset and when she saw that she tried to say "you wouldn't believe what we get in here". I was clearly unamused so her coworker tried to come and ease the tension. The fact of the matter is, I highly doubt she questions everyone who comes in the store. Had I been of a different race; perhaps one more similar to hers, that she was more accustomed to see coming in the store, the situation may have panned out a little differently. All of your customers should be treated with equal amounts of respect and experience the excellent customer service you claim to have.
