Mr. Giggles: Lady on the phone was a grump and extremely rude. Asked if the SLS provided services for applying for tax-exempt status (for a school club) and she said no, which was fine. However, she went on to give a number for a referral services from the Washentaw Bar. She said it WAAAAY too quickly and when I asked her to repeat the number, she told me to look it up online and hung up immediately. Wasn't sure she was having a bad day, but I hope she has one now.

Gabriele Kuschmann: While Lana was very caring and clearly excels at her work, I ended up feeling taken advantage of. While I was requesting a simple divorce where both parties were completely amicable, she drew things out and sucked up my time and money. After spending 5 grand and still not being divorced, and her wanting more of my time, information and money, I exited. My ex husband then found a lawyer and we were happily divorced for a fraction of the cost and in an expedited fashion (still having to wait a bit on the courts of course).

Lana started a tense argument/confrontation with the party we took to court after it didn't go our way. Very unprofessional. Her comments to the judge about our case did not do a good job representing us at all. Why would I want your help with legal matters when you failed the first time?
