Ricky took one look at it and said you just need to replace a single bulb. Turns out he was right. They did not have the part in the store, but he told me to return later that day, and he would even install it for me. A man of his word! Really grateful for this guy. Incredible customer service. Jeanie Smith: This is the very first auto zone that I have ever been to that has so many young people working there. They were to each other about personal things or on their cell phones. Not professional at all. The young lady that was helping me did looked up my oil, and only told me what grade I needed, didn’t direct me where it was didn’t help with recommendations with my mileage of my car for the type. So when I when to check out, again the 3 workers we either on the cell phone or talking to one another as I was waiting there. An older gentleman (4th) worker walked in and informed one of them they had a customer and then I was able to check out. I am still unsure about if I got the right type of oil. Might have to return oil after I talk with a friend that know about cars.

Ben Swanson: Chris the manager was about as useless as possible. I called twice and he assured me he had a battery for my car; it would be “no problem” and “his pleasure” to take care of it. Turns out he didn’t want to replace it and made excuses about not being able to work on foreign cars. Good waste of time to have the job completed across the street

Tina Lucas: I went here to use the loan a tool program. When I was returning one of the tools the manager of the store was talking with me and was nice but also just being a creep. The whole experience was uncomfortable and I am not usually the type of person to be bothered too much by creeps. I still have one of the tools and I want to return it but I dont think I will since $30 is not worth that experience..

Well of course it would be on the coldest night we've had during a winter storm that I needed it. I called this location and spoke with the younger guy working. He let me know he would be able to install my new battery. I felt so bad because it was 4° outside. After some minor issues he got it installed and I was on my way. He was extremely professional and worked quick. 💪

They then installed the new battery and got me back up and running quickly. They made the process very painless.
