Peter Blandino, Jr: Needed to do a patio on a budget and purchased their seconds offered on the weekends. When planning on using seconds remember, there can be several reasons why they did not make it to their standard grade paver. Check the colors and sizes to make sure they fit your needs. Remember they are not returnable! If you can get several pallets that will work, it should come together nicely. The family loves the look of our new patio!!! Mason at the Ann Arbor location was helpful with the process and appreciate him working with me.

After coming here I completely understand why.What a fun place to come to if you are looking for any sort of brick or paver. They have a really nice display area. We came on a drizzling day so we also got to see what the paver colors look like wet which was actually nice. There are so many colors and textures to pick from and the display area shows off a lot of cool layouts and patterns that you can use.Edit: brought my son along with me. Have to t ach em young 😊

Michael: I order a TS40 saw. The saw was shipped within a few days. I called to get an RMA as the saw did not include the inverter. Acce has refused to send an rma. They insist to just ship back and that the will take care of the return and charge 25 percent restocking. What happen to the customer service all I am asking is for the an RMA per the rerun policy.Or sell me an inverter for the saw to work “. As it stands the saw is completely useless

I know Husqvarna and some of there other suppliers are very backlogged but ACE tries to be proactive with the parts they have on hand and are the backbones of all the machines we use here are Anto Glass Block and Michigan Egress LLC! kcconcrete1: Wow. If I could give their customer service 10 Stars, I would. I received a saw damaged during shipping. My first thought was, here we go again. Customer Service is such a dying industry that I’ve come to expect bad customer service. So I sent an email on Saturday (They were closed) expecting a reply Monday morning when they got to work. Actually I figured I’d call Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday…. Nope, I sent the email and a minute later my phone was ringing. Wow, on their day off? Really? I’m beyond impressed. They’re taking care of everything. A new saw is on the way and they’ve arranged for the return of the damaged one. Thank you Phillip and Ace Cutting, you are a class act. I will recommended your company to everybody I talk to in the industry.
