A2Grub: Your oder was cancel due too many orders.
Asma Sharafi: This was our first time ordering with a2grub. They asked for your address before proceeding with order, after i placed my order, i got a confirmation. Someone called and left a voicemail that they canceled my order without providing me with details. When I called to ask about it, the person was so rude and said I have no time and need to process other orders. Don’t waste your time with these people, so rude and so unprofessional.

Matt Albert: Not a good experience. We ordered, and the online indicator got stuck on the second dot "arrived at restaurant." We waited until after the time it said it would deliver, and I called the number for A2Grub. I fumbled through an explanation of why I was calling, and the person cut me off with "Sir. The driver is not at the restaurant yet." I said thank you, got off the phone, and waited another hour for my food. It arrived without a salad I paid for, and of course not very hot. I won't be using them again.
Lisa Vallette: If only I could give negative stars. Very unprofessional money was withdrawn from my account but food order was canceled. I was never told about said cancellation. I called the restaurant to see if my food had be picked up for delivery and was told it was canceled. Waiting on a refund. I will never use A2 grub again they are the worst!!!

Chris Malayter: I've ordered a few times through A2 Grub. The first two times were fantastic. Then last night was truly the worst delivery experience of all time. Ordered my food, 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered I called. The driver answers the call and proceeds to tell me that he has my food, I'm outside the normal delivery area, and he will be there in fifteen-twenty minutes with my food after he completes two other deliveries downtown. Now forty minutes transpire, an hour after my scheduled delivery time. The driver shows up with my ice cold food and proceeds to tell me 1) Basically I'm lucky he delivered my ice cold food to me and 2) Now that students are back...they likely will not deliver to me.Ok A2 Grub, if you don't want to deliver to me, don't allow me to order on your website. I will _NEVER_ order from A2 Grub again. I highly recommend nobody else does either. If they are late, they will just blame you.

Anthony Flores: We tried this place on 5/19/2023. Wondered why this place was so dead on a Friday night - one look at their menu prices and we understood. The food is good, but NOT $36 for a personal deep dish pizza, good!! We split a *dinner salad and it was $20!! This place is RIDICULOUSLY over priced already, but then they have the nerve to charge you a 4.5% service fee, when you know that’s DOUBLE what they are paying!! Then to top it off, they actually charge your automatically figured tip on tax AND the service fee, too!!! Talk about double dipping!!! Save your hard earned money and go somewhere honest with good food!!! Will NEVER be back!!!

M W: Nothing leaves a bad taste in your mouth like shady business tactics. Went there at around 10:30 on a weeknight and as if the 4.5% "service" fee (that doesn't even to the "service" staff) wasn't bad enough I'm pretty sure they have adjustable menu prices depending on whatever thing they feel like (time of day, events, etc) because a 14" cheese pizza started at OVER $40. My bad for not going to NYPD or something.

Michael J Lambie: As a former college student, I loved Pizza House then and I still love it now. Whenever we're in town for swim meets with the kids, my wife and I make it a point to stop by. The pizza is just as delicious as I remember, and we also love the salads. Plus, they make one of the only milkshakes in the world that my wife actually enjoys! The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. If you're in Ann Arbor, you definitely need to try Pizza House!

Asked for mixed veggies and was told they only come with 2 pieces of zucchini and squash. L R: -10 stars. I ordered a greek salad from the cashier who was kind. However, the food preparer who was sitting in dining room (no big deal) got up to make my food. He did NOT wash his hands or put gloves on, and actually used HIS hands to put my ingredients in the container. I was beyond disgusted and immediately ask for a refund. I am so shocked that he thought that was ok..restaurant food service 101.

Brenna Boyd: The last three orders that I have placed with this establishment has either gotten cancelled right before it was supposed to be delivered, or my card has gotten charged and the order never showed up. They apparently close over an hour early than their scheduled hours often or cannot deliver because they are slow and seemingly send someone home. How about don't offer delivery if you can't accommodate, and maybe update your hours instead of just closing at whatever time you prefer.

Sean Rice: The food was hot and the staff friendly, but was not very tasty and I left most of it on the plate. The general TSOs chicken was tender but it was overly sweet and unappealing. The shrimp spring roll didn't taste very appetizing and seemed like it had been left out and then cooked. It had an off flavor that could only be described as spoiled. The fried rice was ok, far from the worst thing on the plate but was very bland. Not likely to stop back by the location.
Hannah Johnson: Fantastic experience, asked for a casual catered lunch for 40 with short notice. The coordinator planned a menu perfectly, within an hour we finalized it. Delivered hot, on time and very kindly. My office said it was fantastic and many asked for where I ordered! Will be using them regularly.
Imani Schneider: This is a classic staple for North Campus Living. They have been around for a long time and have been consistant in maintaining low priced cuisine that hits the spot. You have to try their egg rolls! Greatest portion of egg roll I've ever seen, with an extremely tasty and simplistic filling. Though not the healthiest place to order from, still a great plave to grab food from for a pleasent night in. They dont have a lot of staff present which is why they always seem like they are rushing around. This is quite the popular spot on the northside of ann arbor so its rather impressive the way they opperate so well.Parking: Easy to find parking in this shopping center which makes it really convinient to stop for any meal.

They were friendly and helpful with any questions, and really fast in preparing our meals. We then drove nearly an hour back home, surprised to find that everything was still hot and fresh as when we picked it up. The food was incredibly fresh. The rice was well made. The wonton soup was delightful.
