Bee Ibura: Despicable company. Fires a man who was relocating his family to a different state. Pregnant wife and three children whose financial support comes solely from him all to be "consistent". Then HR tells him he can reapply. Loved his work etiquette but not enough to save his job. No wonder the turn over rate is so high.
Martin U: Take forever to load you. Skip this load, not worth it. Waited 5hrs to get loaded one time. Expect to be here 3-4 hrs minimum.

Jordan Candie: Amazing company to work with!
Angela Harvie: WORST PLACE TO WORK DO NOT WORK HERE YOU'LL WASTE YOUR!!! they don't n won't give raises, no matter how hard you work. Never ask for help you might get wrote up, and then fired. Dan the plant manager will cuss you out. He didn't it to me over something he missed heard, like I was gonna lose my job. I started there in June 2021 and I've seen more people quit then people staying there. I should of read the reviews because they are all ture, trust I learned the hard the way. Calissa the HR is all for the managers she's the worst one, her and Dan. If you wanna work like a dog and get no incentive for it then this is job for you, but trust me DON'T WORK AT THIS FACTORY there's more jobs out there waaay better then this one. Hope y'all listen to my review..
Michael Behm: Very toxic and poor working conditions. Only work here if you have no other alternative. Upper management does not support their employees or value them. They knowingly ship bad product out the door as well as lie to their customers. One of the top 10 worst businesses I have ever worked with/for.
Sonic R: It's funny suggesting to boycott products of Advance Engineering... Advance's automotive business (which is about 65 percent automotive and growing) is for Honda, so one must not drive Honda vehicles in an effort to not support Advance.. personally, I HATE Honda as I am a blue blooded Ford fellow!the rest of the business is non-automotive, so to not support Advance would require not using products by Schlage Lock, Steelcraft - better yet any company under Allegion, Sunbeam (better ditch your blender because that's a Advance Engineering product), Honeywell, Airtex, and Neapco - which use components in the drivelines of pretty much every automobile... to hurt the business of Advance would essentially mean you can't purchase an automobile, ESPECIALLY HONDA!
Jerel Travis: They show no loyalty to their employees, long hours in steamy hot conditions with little compensation
Paul Bosker: Why does Advantage think they can disrupt an entire neighborhood with the sound from their manufacturing? Neighbors have complained to them and to the township, and all they do is make excuses and hire an attorney. A constant drumming and loud crashes all hours of the night. Where is your community responsibility? How can you come into a light industrial area and allow heavy industry sounds to be radiated from your company? Really irresponsible for a company to do this. I certainly will not do business with you as long as you behave this way and will suggest to my very large automotive manufacturer that they not do business with such an irresponsible company.

Prab Deol: Tight space for multi axle trailers to make turn but very fast loading. Shipping guys are nice.
