Reminded my husband of his visits to Kentucky as a child. But, not enough that he wanted to do it for weeks. Came out within the time frame that they gave me and were done when they said they would be done, quoted me a fair price and stuck to that within $20. I would 110% recommend ABCO to anyone living in a manufactured home. You get what you pay for Quality Care and Customer Service. Not very many owners say " If you have any issues call my cell phone. Crystal Astle: 8 years ago they helped me with replacing a blower motor on my furnace. They gave me a walkthrough and some tips and I was able to do it myself which saved me so much money. A couple weeks ago I went through them for a set of stairs and they were great again. Good prices and very helpful. I will definitely go back if I need anything else.

DENISE DYSON: As a customer of long-standing, I just want to share how much the owner, Bob, takes care of his customers, even when he does not have to do so.My H2O heater recently went out and after the plumber installed the warranted H2O heater, he went to ignite the pilot and it did not ignite. He contacted the manufacturer and the owner of the business, ABCO, where I had originally purchased the H2O heater, to ascertain what would be the next steps.After the owner heard from the plumber that when trying to ignite the pilot and all the plumber could smell was a great amount of gas, the owner, personally, came out to my home (and even though he did not install the H2O heater), and he determined what the issue was (an essential part was missing, in no way the fault of ABCO, the manufacturer or the warehouse distributor), he dealt with both to make sure that I would be taken care of by obtaining another new H2O heater.He then contacted the manufacturer and the warehouse distributor where the H2O heater was purchased from and delivered to his store, ABCO. He spent well over a hour of his time, without pay, to ascertain what was wrong and what the next step would be to resolve the issue.If U leave in Washtenaw County and you are in need of mobile home parts, equipment, or whatever, contact ABCO and ask for Bob, he cares, even though he may not be the person to install, repair or whatever the case may be, he's there to help you out.

I was told they would get more information and return a call. I as of yet have not gotten a return call. Poor way to treat people.

John Morgan: It's been awhile, but my bathroom in my old house needed remodeling and I ran in to major problems. My bathroom was a few inches to short for a standard sized bathtub. We were sitting there and contemplating moving a whole wall over a few inches when my brother told me that mobile home bathtubs were just a little shorter than a standard tub. He steered me to this place and everyone was very friendly and helpful. If I ever needed their services again, I would not hesitate to use them.

Monica Fly Wilson: I contracted this company late last year for a new porch and siding. While the price was good, the wood used for the porch was not. I was told that I needed to waterproof the porch, but they didn't finish until late November, which was too cold. Over the winter, several of the steps bowed/warped. I called them out to repair/replace the stairs, since the job wasn't quite 6 months old. They did come out, turned the steps over and told me that they might not stay screwed down. Why didn't they replace them? When talking to the owner Dennis, I got the impression that I was bothering him and that I shouldn't call to ask them back, since I had not waterproofed the porch. This work was several thousands of dollars and I think that once they had gotten my money, they didn't want to be "bothered" by me.
