Zahra: I would recommend this driving school to anyone that wants to have a good time and learn at the same time. Especially Jamil he’s the best instructor i’ve driven with. He is very patient and teaches you what to do. I would give 100/10 just from how good of a driving instructor Jamil is!

Christal Ray: Dave in official driving school for briarwood mall. Is a great driving instructor funny but also very helpful when he was joking it's took the fear of driving away and I felt less anxiety. He taught me how to parallel park which I always thought I was bad at and now I realize it's not as hard as I was thinking it was. Having him as in instructor is the best I totally recommend asking for him to help teach you how to drive. Amazing job!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

asa dafs: On my second drive i feared for my life. the instructor had very poor communication would not tell me were to go and when i asked it got yelled at. The instructor also would not take his hand off of the wheel. and would randomly steep on his brake. he constantly pushed the wheel so i was out of my lane. Over all the school is good just that one bad instructor i forgot his name but he has the old black guy

min zhu: Ron is the best! He is so patient even I make some mistakes. He can teach you everything you need for driving and remind you something you need to notice gently. Definitely should choose him!
Morgan Sun: After a few lessons with Ron, I was able to pass my test on the first try. Ron was experienced, professional, accommodating, and friendly. I felt comfortable learning with him, and he gave me lots of extremely useful advice during pretty much every lesson. He was also very obviously extremely experienced with both the roads in the local area, as well as the testing routes and practices used by the nearby driving examiners. I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone.
Anusha RK: Mr. Kato is a wonderful instructor. I passed my road test on the first attempt. He is calm, gentle, and patient. Also, I once left my phone in his car by mistake and he drove back and returned it to me even if he was getting late. He is extremely punctual and prepares his students well for driving safe.
Nathalie Davis: Ron is an outstanding instructor. He helped my son (who is on the autism spectrum) gain confidence after waiting several years to even attempt driving . He is very patient and so kind. If I could give him more stars, I would.

He has a system of teaching that helps you learn easily. I was able to feel confident on the road after 4-5 classes and after a few more classes. I was ready to take the road test. I passed the road test in one attempt afterwards

I had no prior experience of driving in my home country and Ron patiently taught me the basics of defensive driving, giving me ample practice in multiple situations on the road along with really helpful advice for the driving skills test. After 12 classes I felt confident to appear for the road test, which I passed without any issues.

Even on a highway, he could make sure that you are safe by using only one hand to steer your wheel. Ron is the best. I passed my test today with his help!!
Lydia Kashina: Ron is a great driving instructor and I highly recommend him. He teaches basic driving skills and defensive driving in very realistic scenarios. His car has a brake at instructor side so it's extra safe for beginners. He offers pick-up before classes and drop-off after classes. He also knows how to teach students from other countries who have less idea about driving on American roads. He taught driving in Hungarian language in the past. I really appreciate his teach and recommend his class. (It's more convenient to reserve class through telephone than email or message him through his website, at least for me)
Anjali Mittal: Ron is a patient and experienced instructor, and I highly recommend him. Ron explained everything very clearly and alleviated my fear of driving. He offered pick-up and drop-off for classes, which made the lessons convenient for me. Scheduling classes was easy, and I could decide how many classes I wanted to take. He is also aware that other countries have different driving cultures, and he incorporated that information into the lessons which helped me familiarize myself with driving in the US.

cold coffee: I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Good service, understanding instructors, etc. I just took my road test with Jay Beck and he was so calm and understand and nice and he made me much more comfortable for the test. Highly recommend!
Marsha Williams: Save your 100.00 dollars and go elsewhere. Lack of compassion when my daughter was doing her test. Especially with the parallel parking.
Hannah Kangas: Pretty solid experience for segment 1 I must say. Peter was my instructor for my online sessions, which were also pretty solid. Although having them online was a little rough. But overall, it was pretty nice. Ron, my driving instructor, was super patient. I thank him for that because this job takes an incredible amount. The drives weren’t stressful at all because the idea is to slowly and effectively introduce new drivers to the aspects of driving. So that made driving for the first time a pretty enjoyable experience. I give it all a solid 10/10

My instructor, Ron, was really helpful, and I had a lot of fun learning to drive, and connecting with him, and the fellow driving students. Having the non-driving portion of the class online made it easy to work around other activities.
Scott Hadley: I have never gotten a single response from this company ever. They absolutely will not respond to any communication. Their website and log in process is terrible. They reject documents and wont say why. When you ask them via email using their method they will never never reply. Never.

Ashley Jones: Customer service is awful and they are unreliable. I recommend you go literally anywhere else. I know I will be when I clean up the mess they made.

I was extremely nervous and scared but Larry was very kind and helped me relax. he gave directions ahead of time and was kind when I asked about the directions. he was very kind throughout the entire test. حمزة الرايس: I payed for an online course that I can not attend. They need document verification I submitted all that and still no resolution of the problem. It is true that it might take time but the main problem is that it has been a week today and what is worse that no body answers the customer service phone line they keep on hold for long time then ask to call you back and they never call. Not worth the money specially if you need to get your training or what ever efficiently. Will update here once they reply or the course I payed for is accessible.Update:They replied finally a few days after the initial post and finally fixed the problem.They need to have better online/phone customer service even with covid they should be able to operate at least this section of the company. Hope this is useful for them and for their customers.

Melissa goodnoe: We went there to take a driver's test on Saturday. we waited for almost an hour and no instructor showed. when I called the next Monday to find out what we needed to do they said we had to pay again. I asked to be transferred to a manager and they said there that they would but all they did was send me back in the queue and I had to wait on hold again I called 5 times and never got to speak to a manager had to eat that $69 reschedule with a second company to take the test don't waste your time go somewhere else.
