I was having a positive experience with no issues, and everything was nice until the older male employee who was doing my nails stopped after painting my first hand to YELL at me to get my money out and pay him now. The paint hadn’t even dried yet so I obviously messed it up getting my wallet out of my jacket. Nail polish creased and all over my fingers. What nail salon makes you pay them halfway through the service when your nails haven’t even dried??? Extremely and horribly unprofessional service.

One of my feet has been getting fungus on and off over the last couple years and the nail tech did inform me. She continued recommending me what I should do for treatment but I noticed shortly after she was talking to the other nail techs and showing them my feet and proceeded to laugh a few times. I felt uncomfortable because I didn’t know what she was saying and I felt like she was making fun of me. I have a friend who went to this same location and she said she bad the same experience (she had a different issue). I felt crazy until my friend told me she felt that way too. I would say some staff are very rude and need to do better. I don’t know if my friend and I had the same tech but I wouldn’t be surprised. I will not be coming back here

Afnan Khayat: I’ve been going here for about a year now and I never had a single complaint. Everyone here is wonderful especially the owner. They are always taking care of me. I went in today and I swear I got the BEST pedicure in my entire life. Nothing compared to it. My nail tech was Lina. She noticed I was pregnant and when I told her I was 9 months, she made sure I was very comfortable and gave me extra long foot and leg massages. She took time to make sure my pedicure was perfect with zero flaws. They seriously take the best care of you. Prices are very fair as well I have tried out many salons in the area and will never go anywhere but Diva. 10/10 stars!

Kayla Schultz: I love Diva Nails! Every time I go I come with a photo I’ve found of some nail design, all I do is show it to them and they’re able to do it perfectly! Chloe is my favorite design artist, but everyone else I’ve had has been able to do amazing French tips. And although they did raise their prices this year I still think it’s very reasonably priced. Great service and great prices. Would definitely recommend.

Evelyn Vrsek: The staff was really nice, though I had to wait almost 20 minutes past my appointment time as the employee doing my nails was gone. I can totally look past the waiting part, but when I went to choose my color, they were out of the first 4 that I picked (they were not marked off on the samples). I ended up with a color that I wasn’t in love with, and it was so incredibly patchy. One more coat would’ve fixed this, and not even 5 days later both of my thumbs were chipped.Service:Gel manicures

It wasn't even possible to put the remainder as part of a tip. We will definitely be back, however, not sure if I'll purchase gift certificates anymore.

Maria: Guys pls be aware that this place charges $1 for credit card or $2 for Amex PER SERVICE not total. Not sure why they charge per service when they charge the terminal for ur total bill.The technician also did not help me remove that stuff in between my feet after drying and so I had to remove that and pull my pants down with the risk of running my regular manicure. Will not go back to this place! Pro nails, happy feet or cp nails have all been great service and cheaper rates!

Stacey Sprick: Have never written a review before but…..I Used to love this place. Has taken a nose dive. Will not be back. Had tips/acrylics removed + manicure. The man helping me removed using another artificial nail and his own fingernail and a sander to pry off the nails. No remover/acetone used. Was very painful and he seemed irritated by my discomfort. He totally ignored me, seemed angry-would not look at me or try and communicate to me at all-very uncomfortable vibes. During manicure my cuticles not clipped or attended to and massage portion lasted prob 30 seconds. Was more this man just applied lotion to my wrists and hands. Manager and other employees.talking loudly to each other across the store, Manager and another employee were clearly picking on another customer for requesting they pick out her nail polish color to match what she had on. Manager even involved me telling me about interaction with this other customer. And how silly she was being The other customer was embarrassed and stated she would not be back. She received mani/pedi and was being picked on at least 20 minutes. Anyway-I picked out ugly colors (polish dried different then I thought) and was told to let it dry 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes but by end of night nails were chipped, dented, snugged. In 3 days they look awful. I ran in there today only to show them in case the polish was old and was told “you didn’t let it dry long enough, you weren’t careful for 24 hours so it would set” was asked “what did you do to them” and told “that’s what regular polish does and gel won’t do that” after expressing the normal treatment of my nails and just wanting them aware in case polish was old …. I was asked “I guess if you want I can fix it real quick.”I declined. I only went to inform. Did not want it fixed real quick-I wanted a nice manicure. To begin with. Also-I’ve had regular+gel in past and many manicures over the years. Even was around when regular polish was all we used. It most always lasts longer that 12 hours to 3 days. Even had hangnails and rough cuticles I removed this am. Anyways I left and will not be back. Used to be a great business. See photo of nails-3 days after manicure. What’s most sad-they look worse then they did when I went in there and I paid for that to happen. Lesson learned!Service:Manicure

Tia Fountain: I came with my entire family for mother's Day to get my nails done me and my mom my aunt my cousin my other cousin and my daughter the woman who did my nails watched her phone the entire time she cut my cuticle and I bled the nails that she put on me are terrible they aren't even completely attached to my nail the colors are fading and it's only been 2 days the glitter is disgusting looking I asked for butterflies and she put flowers my daughter is 9 years old they took her on the other side of the store so I couldn't be right next to her and she said she wanted almond shaped nails with orange and yellow smile faces :-) instead of doing that the man took it up on himself to say no I think coffin shaped would be better and did a yellow to Orange fade and then put flowers on them did not do what we asked my aunt's nails that got done we're disgusting they didn't look good she was so upset I spent $75 on my nails and I guarantee one will pop off before the end of the week and the color is trash I will never ever go back to this place

Lauren McBain: Initially, I really liked how quick the service was and the art on my nail looked really good! I got dip powder and they also used gel polish on top. After 6 days, a couple nails started chipping at the tips and by day 8, I am ready to take them all off, as most nails are chipping and breaking. I’m really disappointed that these didn’t last at least 2 weeks. I recently had dip nails done at a different salon and they lasted 3-4 weeks!! To barely last 1 week is super disappointing, especially because they were more expensive ($10-15 more than the other place). Merida Roperti: I have been to bebes 3 times and every time I have had a bad experience. Every time I am rushed to pick a color and my nail tech rushes through my service. My manicure and pedicure have chipped in just a couple days every time I’ve gotten them done there. Filing and painting is not done with care either. They file my skin and buff my bare nails with a metal drill so intensely that they are left brittle and there are cuts on my cuticles. What bothers me the most is just the overall rudeness especially from the woman in charge named Annie. I feel like a burden when I am there and I made her aware of this. She made no effort to satisfy me as a customer and told me to have a nice day after I told her all of my concerns. I was helping my friend decide on a color for about one minute and she sent my nail tech away to work on someone else. I have only returned to this place because of its convenient location for me, but at this point I feel like I need to go out of my way to go somewhere else. I know many people that have had beautiful work done on their nails at Bebes but the one thing that they all had in common was that they were friends with the owner. If you don’t know the owner, don’t bother coming here because you will be very disappointed. I really wanted to like this place and I never feel so strongly that I need to write a review. I picked out a color for my toes and he used the completely wrong color and refused to change it even when i asked if i could have something lighter. I also got acrylic nails and the length was way shorter than what i wanted, short enough that it barely looks different from the normal length of my nail. I chalked it up to my fault, but the second time I got them done, she did dip powder base then gel polish. They tureens out really pretty and I was happy with them, but the gel top coat peeled off a few of the nails. While prolly pretty, it was quite expensive for something to have happened so soon after getting them done both times. Ebony Reddock: This was my first time at Fabulous. I usually do my own nails. I had to wait a while for Tracy specifically because of the design I wanted (clear with big glitter pieces) and I’m happy I did. Tracy looked at the picture I showed her and did my nails better than the picture! Someone else prepped my nails and while she did a good job overall, she didn’t file the edges enough so it is lifting on a couple of the nails. So just watch if someone else does your nails. But overall, I’m really pleased with the results. I’ll definitely be back!

Savana Rolle: This review would have been 5/5 starts based on my first experience with this place getting gel polish. My most recent visit was for a full set with blue french tips for the holidays and I was so excited to go with some of my friends… but boy was I so disappointed. The first time I came, I was in and out and my nails did in fact look fabulous! This most recent time, I came in with two of my friends. One getting regular polish and the other getting gel. Since I was getting acrylics, I had another nail tech working with me while my friends got their nails done by the same person (the woman doing their nails had done mine the first time and she is amazing!). The person doing my nails was not attentive, although nice, she had walked away from me several times without saying anything, was on the phone, and seemed very disinterested. Which, I normally would not mind, but she wasn’t doing my nails when she was at my station because she was on her phone or again left me without saying anything. While I understand being busy and she probably had a long day, she wasn’t taking the time to make sure my nails looked good. Most of my time being there was sitting and watching whatever they had on the tv; patiently waiting for her to go back to doing my nails. By the time both of my friends were done, I still didn’t have any polish on my nails and she wasn’t even finished applying acrylic to the tips... One of my friends had to leave since it was taking so long for me to finish and she had plans afterwards. The woman doing my nails heard us talking about her plans after and said she could be done in 10 minutes and that really set me off. I was sitting there for about an hour and only then was it going to take 10 minutes to do my nails?? This was the only time I have ever not tipped a nail technician too, but I was massively disappointed by my experience and was rushed out the door. Not to mention that the price was $65, I get paying for the extras like the French tips and almond shaped nails, but having sat around without my nails being done for most of the time was a bit much for me. Anyway, I got them done, paid, cried in my car, and then came back in to ask her to fix my nails because I was SO upset. I could tell she was irritated and even told me she’d been doing nails for a long time and didn’t know what I thought was wrong… but she did fix them! I feel bad having to leave a review like this, but my main takeaway is that there are some really great people working in this shop. I just did not have a very great experience my second go around :-(

They are so bumpy, uneven, unflattering, and already look like I’ve had them for a week. He just walks away like he did not care. He is very aggressive with how he speaks to people and is always very pushy. I love the nail tech Rachel that I come to here but he will be the reason I stop coming. They need to either talk to him on how to properly talk to customers or find somebody else. I was treated with such blatant disrespect & have given this business continuous chances. I have left with bloody nails more often than not. Nails falling off, you name it. This time I left in tears because of the mean girl mentality and being talked about in front of my face aggressively. Some nail techs are awesome at what they do, and some are not. You never know what you’ll get. I kept coming because the ones that are good, are really amazing. This time is the last time I will be going. I asked for a specific color & did not get that color at all. Under the lighting it looked like it was good enough. I called to ask if they can redo it after I left & they said come on in. I came back after driving 20 minutes, and two of the nail techs aggressively communicated with me that I got what I asked for. I was under a time crunch when I came before, and had I had more time, I would have said I didn’t like them then and there. I feel unheard and like they don’t place value on the amount of money people spend to get their nails done. It’s not cheap. They also charge $5 for an almond shape (unheard of) and $10 to cut your nails down. They do not disclose this before doing this small service. There is no value for kindness here. Chelsea: DO NOT GO HERE! You will be treated terribly each and every time. I have gone here for the last six months because I had a technician I really loved. However, what I appear to be the Manager who always is at the front desk is the rudest human being I have ever met. She is nasty to every single person who comes in there and is constantly driving away business. The last time I went I brought my mom since she wanted to come last minute and I was hesitant because of this cruel "Manager". In hopes she wasn't there, we went and she ended up being there and being awful to me and my mother. I put Manager in quotation marks because she is far from what a Manager should be. I'm not someone to ever write nasty reviews but I hope I can spare someone from ever being mistreated the way she has treated me and many others. The world has enough hate and the nail salon is supposed to be an escape for a moment. Please find a new "Manager" right away to spare the mistreatment of others.

Penelope Mitchell: My regular technician, LuAnne, is fantastic. Very attentive to details and usually, also, gives a great hand, forearm and leg massage with a mani&pedi nail treatment. Normally, I would give LuAnne a ten out of five without hesitation, but on the last two visits, the massages weren’t what they were previously, but still great mani&pedi.

I used to love it here, especially pre-COVID, but the last several times have randomly been matched with lady at station #14 for my mani and it has been a disaster. The first time, she was so tough on my cuticles, I had three bleeding fingers for DAYS and the gel polish chipped. This past time I once again got randomly assigned to her. She was mad (I'm not sure at what) the entire time, I felt uncomfortable and honestly wasn't sure how to ask to switch techs. She ended up using the wrong color gel polish, and it once again all chipped within days again.I LOVE getting my pedicures here and will continue doing so, but if I need a mani, I will be calling in advance to schedule with someone other that her (the gal at station 1 is THE BEST in my opinion). I stopped going there when they changed ownership after a bad experience (did a lousy job), and hearing similar sentiments from friends in the area. Yesterday I was in a bind and couldn't get an appointment anywhere else, so I went there. Saturday afternoon and the salon is empty- I should have suspected lol. I was the only customer there the entire time, no one walked in. I called in the morning 3 other salons in the area were all fully booked for the day, but now it totally makes sense to me why they're empty... Anyway the gentleman that was doing my nails took the previous polish off, and then I asked to fix two broken nails (which I indicated when booking the apt). They had dipping powder on which was coming off. He started raising his voice "it's not my job" and refused to remove the previous gel to put new one on. I was pretty shocked at this unprovoked aggression and asked why. He didn't specify, said "it's not my job" and asked me to leave (???). I'm a calm person and this never happened to me in my 15 years or so in nail salons, it's usually a pleasant experience. He said all he can do is glue it back on (gross), and that if I wanted them fixed I should leave (took his gloves off to signal he's done with me). The other lady stepped over bc he was getting really worked up, they spoke in their language and he proceeded to fix my nails with acrylic. Did a nice job actually but not worth being yelled at like a child who misbehaved lol. At that point the other lady took over who was relatively pleasant and put polish on (did a nice job, nothing out of what's expected but not bad). They also over charged me, and then asked for more money in cash, I paid just to get outta there. If I could, I would have given zero stars. Maybe that's not a reflection of other technicians there but they're black listed in my books.

Kristina: The worst nail experience in my life. Completely did something else than what I asked for after showering a photo and was rude when I yelped in pain from the burn of the nail drill. Charged an extra $15 that I had to ask what it was for and it was for nail shape. Prices aren't consistent. The location is filthy and not cleaned in between each client. Staff and owner are unbelievably rude. When asked to fix the mistake I was yelled at and cursed out and charged another $10 to have the nails be what I originally asked. I will never be returning and advising my colleagues not to do so as well.

She was friendly, engaging, and really professional. Not once did I ever cringe because of the drill burning my finger. I will most definitely not be returning to this place anymore. I recently had to have an acrylic fill. The owner, I think her name is Victoria, was unfriendly, rushing the service as she had somewhere to go. She burnt me a couple of times with the drill and didn't say sorry. I used a shade I typically have used. She applied (2) coats. When it was done, I could have used another coat because you could see through to the nail bed. How could a professional be satisfied with her own work and let me walk out like that? I should have insisted on another coat, but she made me feel like I was taking up her time as she was hurrying up to get me done. I also had a pedicure done by a very shy lady who doesn't speak English at all. I looked up, and the lady who did my nails went to grab her lunch and ate by the window. No wonder she was in a hurry! Victoria Martin: I have been to ocean nails for several years for gel manicure and acrylic sets and always used to see the same lady who always did a great job and was so nice but she no longer works there. Since she quit every single time i go I am disappointed. The employees are not friendly at all, and they do a terrible job. The work is sloppy, rushed and aggressive. Every time someone burns my nail with the drill and my nails are always left so sore and bruised feeling by the end of the day because of how aggressive they were. I have been going here out of the convince of it being right by my home but after today and how aggressive one of the females were and the sloppy job she did (she was the only one left that I had not gotten yet) I will not be returning.

The woman that does brows didn't take time to consult or ask what I wanted, she just started waxing and didn't bother to hand me a mirror to show me her work when she was done. She said she'd just clean up the new growth. She removed the ends of my brows and she made no efforts to make the brows look the same, so I have 2 different shaped brows with the ends missing. When they finally grow back, I will not return there to get them shaped.

Ethan Devereaux: My girlfriend got an appointment for acrylic removal and they seriously messed up her nails. They also charged her $15 when they originally said $10. Which isn't the end of the world but it added salt to the wound made. A week later and now her fingernail is infected.

Grace Mendez: horrible experience. they weren’t accepting cards, and only taking cash, very short staffed, un sterilized equipment, rough nail techs, very difficult to communicate. they also charged me extra for a different shape, and were inconsistent with pricing.Service:Acrylic nails
