My only complaints would be that their' records system couldn't see my U of M file, and I just didn't feel up to repeating my whole history & meds; and that the note the PA write for me didn't include her recommendations to my PCP. Otherwise, staff was pleasant, and I'd go here again if needed. This was on a Friday early afternoon.

Daniel Saulles: I would give them negative stars if I could. A simple strep test took 8 days to get a call back on. That is only after calling them multiple times and sitting on hold for 30+ minutes each time and being assured I would get a call back. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT PROVIDE HEALCARE THEY ARE JUST THERE TO COLLECT THE INSURANCE PAYMENT.

Courtney Cade: I went in for a hip injury i only saw the Dr for probably less then a minute he didn't even look at it and just ordered an x Ray, the tech who did the x Ray took horrible pictures and radiology couldn't even diagnose what is wrong with my hip because the pictures were so bad, it also took a week to get the results and I had to walk into the urgent care to get my results 6 days later! No one cared to even call or give Me a call back. Now I have to find another place to go to get a new xray

David Smith: I didn't know I could make an appointment. So people were coming in After I got there. And going before me. It took an hour and a 1/2. For a simple. Drug test for work.

Lighthawk: Easy to make an immediate appointment for Covid testing. Fairly short wait time at clinic. A PA interpreted results. Medicare covered the visit 100%.

Ruth Scheller: I am a frequent-flyer at this Concentra. They always treat me with courtesy. I rarely have long to wait and when I do it is obvious they are full up but still working hard to see their patients. The staff is friendly and kind.

Ryan DeCook: Had an employment drug test. They did the test. It was mostly professional. It took an hour just to start though and the lady performing the test seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else the whole time. So they do give you care. Just don’t expect it to be at all timely or for it to feel personal in any way.

Terrell Fluellen: The process to get a drug screen done here was entirely too long. Waiting over 1 1/2 hours to pee in a cup is ridiculous. The lobby was so over crowded there were people sitting on the floor. But once I did go back there was younger African American braids gentleman who was extremely cool with the process and my time. He got straight to the point for me to be able to get out of there.

Julie Rowe: The front desk staff and medical assistant and medical assistant in training were wonderful people to deal with. However you could tell right off the bat the physician wanted absolutely nothing to do with being there.

Laurel Sarkissian: As a medical professional, I couldn’t imagine giving my patients the care that I received here. The MA and the reception staff were all kind, but the doctor was atrocious. She completely blew off my concerns so that she could make sure to get my injury qualified as a worker’s comp claim. When finding ways to make sure the claim goes through is more important than actually diagnosing the issue, you know you’ve lost sight as a doctor. So if you want worker’s comp this is a great place to go, but if you want to find out what’s wrong with you steer clear!

Guy Johnson: I have been there several times it a good clinic but when it’s busy it can be a while before they get to you. I went in for a drug screen test and it took an hour and a half to get it done.

holly Smith: Some of the comments made me chuckle and roll my eyes. Some of you have clearly never been to a Jackson medical facility or urgent care. And those of you whining that you held your pee for too long...... seeing that they're busy, you know you have time to pee if you have to go. There's a bathroom inside the entrance. I had to pee when I got there. Waited about a half hour before asking if it'd be a while yet. The girl say, oh yes... (they were busy) So I went pee. Knowing I wouldn't be able to hold it much longer. It was about another 40 minutes before I got called back and I did have to pee again. They service a lot of employers as well as urgent care. It's common sense not to go at peak hours. Go when they open. That's d*mn near any urgent care/walk in. Lots of whiners out there.
