Lee Roosevelt: I've heard fantastic things about their therapists so this review is in no way indicative of their care, but of the larger practice structure. We called to get our son in for speech therapy and a social skills group and at that time verified that they took our UofM insurance. We waited some time to get an appointment scheduled (totally understandable for great therapists) and a week before our scheduled appointment we got an email from the office manager saying that actually they are a Tier 2 provider and we would need to pay out of pocket for the appointments. I feel like not providing that information upfront when we called and got on the waitlist is deceptive. Transparency in payment and insurance reimbursement is an important attribute of ethical practice.

Karen Sanders: What a wonderful company! Diana Manitz, was wonderful with my son. She worked with him to develop his handwriting skills. She has a great personality to work with children. She is professional, courteous, and great with keeping appointments. She even goes out of her way to email or call to remind me of an upcoming appointment.The company has a nice space with several toys and activities so that the child can focus on practicing and then take a break with some toys so it is more of a play-based learning environment. Plus, it is great for parents with multiple children, that they might have to tote along with them to an appointment because, they too have a space to play. The office is located in the basement of the building but don't worry there is an elevator for strollers.
