Samuel Bowens: NEGATIVE 5 STARS for this company.They are the biggest scammers. Canceled my service last year November but somehow they were able to still have access to my bill and continue charging 4x more than what DTE would've charged . And they confirmed they're error but refused to reverse the bills I was being charged after canceling... SCAM SCAM SCAM. THIS COMPANY WONT LAST LONG. NEED TO FILE LAWSUIT AGAINST IT. DTE even says they're big scammers
timothy thompson: Luckily I was able to cancel before this kicked in. Your gas bill will go up if you choose this company. If one of their reps show up ask them to leave, they are a scam.
Jeff Keizer: The guys came and talked to my fiancé and signed her up without consent and then lied to me when I chased them down, very unprofessional little punks. I did call the company tho and they were very respectful and cancelled it with no issue
Julie Nichols: I was confused on the locked in price and the variable pricing. They walked me through the steps easily and got me back on the lower locked in rate, then reminded me to renew it every year!!
Taylor F: DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT.A very nice guy came to my house claiming to be from consumers energy. He told me that he was there to lower my energy bill. I signed and then my bill doubled. When you call to cancel and switch back to consumers energy, Michigan Natural Gas charges you even more. I have asked twice now to be reimbursed for the extra amount they have charged me with no response.They are making false claims and impersonating consumers energy workers.

Sara Amazing: Horrible. They raised my rates to 3xs what DTE was charging after my contract expired. When I called to cancel they said it would take 4 months to cancel. So angry!
Mariah Medina: Do not fall for this trap. They come to your door telling you they offer rates lower than consumer's energy, but there is language in the contract so that they can increase the rate. Mine rate has almost been tripled. I can only imagine how much I have been over paying for the last year.
Patrick Leonard: Absolute scam. DO NOT SWITCH HERE! Not only did my bill skyrocket the first two months at their "guaranteed low rate", afterwards my rate TRIPLED. $380 for one month. Do not give them a single cent.
Leo: Service has been fine the last year, contract was up and got my bill.. they had almost tripled the rate I had for the last year. Pathetic
Scheibs 55: Shady scammers. They go door to door claiming or representing themselves as a part of another gas company like semco. They have you sign a contract and lock you in with them and you don't even know you are paying over double what semco charges outright. I had no idea because they bill you through semco and Michigan natural gas is nowhere on the bill
KD Playzz: The website was very hard to use took 3 times before I got through.
Blaire Bohlen: This is a scam. The salesperson who came to my door told me that signing off on a contract with them wouldn’t cost me more than my existing rate with consumers… and then this month the rate was DOUBLE what I would normally pay, thanks to the “variable rate” language in the contract, which basically means they can charge you as much as they want and you just have to deal with it. Don’t switch your gas source to them, or you’ll end up paying way more than they’re telling you.
Joe Good: This scammy piece of trash company has been scamming my family for the last 5 months. A man came to my door in the summer and said he was doing a survey and wanted to look at what I was paying for consumers. They signed me up for their scam company without my actual knowledge of what it was charging me $12.99 per Mcf when Consumers Energy only charged $5 per MCF. My family has continuously been getting a shut off notice and a rep from consumers finally brought this to my attention.STAY AWAY FROM MICHIGAN NATURAL GAS!

For 2 years we didn't know we were switched over and charged by this "company" through our original gas company until the bill doubled/tripled! We canceled in December after finding out and still got charged for January! This is getting out of hand!
Russell Logan: So my $5.99 MCF rate was somehow never submitted to Consumers Energy so now my bill is $100 - $200 a month higher than it should be. Irritating to say the least. Had to give a one star rating to post or it would have been 0

C Dberg: For oil changes, very unpredictable. I went there on a Friday around 11am and he was servicing someone else's car and asked if he could do mine. He just said, "No". I ask if there's a time slot available and he said tomorrow. Not very forthcoming... So I ask, is there a specific time to come in and he said between 9 and noon. I show up the next day at 9:40am and there is no one around, and the door locked. What kind of business operates that way?! Quick Lube..... is a No Lube.
