Cevin Moore: To sum is up for me this was the worst buying experience I've had from here. I won't be back @ all I just happen to like the car that is it. The drive there was a waste of time and energy. Not professional @ all and no consideration of people time. I didn't read the reviews until now and I can relate since it happen to me. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere. The car I was looking @ was dirty and the inside was dirty. I mean they treat used cars like trash good thing I liked the car is it wasn't for that I would of left the car sitting. This place and the employees need to pull it together and be more considerate of others time. I had to plea pretty much to get a full tank of gas to get back home to Ohio which was 3 and half hour away. Not only that me and my family waiting for two hours and didn't even offer us a beverage. I won't be back that is for sure

Leo Grey: I have to be honest I was a little nervous about meeting Ashton based on the negative reviews but I came in there with expectations that I was to be called if anything happened with the vehicles that I wanted to test drive. Unfortunately I test drove the wrong vehicle at first Because the inventory had just been updated and she didn’t realize they were two of the same car (same model different trim) after that I ended up test driving the other vehicle but I will be going in the next day to get a full test drive of the vehicle that I wanted to see. Human error happens but over all I had a positive experience here and some of the prices are fair.

Nathan Dryer: Waste of time. Not only do they not negotiate but they lie and will try and tell you the rest of the dealers in the area don't negotiate as well. Even if the car isn't running right and has a check engine light. It's obviously why their cars sit on the lot forever and never get bought. I will never shop at a Suburban dealership ever again.

MrMojitoguru: Went in and met Ashton, and looked at an Equinox from online. Was told it was available UNTIL we got there. So we were shown a similar Equinox. Got it in mid July, timing chain broke in 2 months and ruined engine. Called and they would not do anything. No help. No split difference. Just a load of "not our problem". DO NOT SHOP HERE. I feel we would've not had the issue if we would've seen the car we wanted. Not only that, the used car manager said this is a known issue on Equinox and never said anything about the possibility. Do Not TRUST THEM!

K Schwemley: Ashton and Mark did a great job getting us into a used Jeep Wrangler. The service department fixed a brake line and mount free of charge even as I purchased as is. They still did an oil change and checked the safety of this vehicle. I would recommend and their prices are very reasonable.

Tom: Do not buy a vehicle here if you’re from out of state and do not use Westlake financial services to finance it if you do! I’ve had a very bad experience with this dealership. They refused to return my phone calls or answer any of my questions after I’ve called over a dozen times in two weeks regarding my plate and registration. My plate and registration has not yet been sent to me and I need my vehicle for business. I live 4hrs/43 mins away and cannot just drive to their dealership. All the company had to do was lie to me about the delay and I would have believed them. They didn’t even pick up the phone and have the courtesy to even do that! I would’ve believed them and would not be writing this review. These people are very unprofessional and so is Westlake financial services that they use. I have bought two other vans in another state with no issues or problems with the dealership or the finance company. This place is a nightmare and so is the finance company. Buy a vehicle here at your own risk. Don’t say you haven’t been warned if you read this.

Farrah: If I could give negative stars I would. Set up an appointment to see a car and told them we had financing ready..they rescheduled several times because they couldn't get the car through inspection and detailing in time for the orginal appointment. Called me to say it was done early and asked if was available last minute. I said yes, and headed that way, it's an hour drive! They were aware of this and I confirmed I was coming to purchase the car. We arrived on time, and they literally sold it from underneath us 10 minutes prior. I was met with the rudest saleswoman I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Ashton acted as if it was just too bad for us, and walked away. Didn't even attempt to make it right! The manager of the whole store was no better. He actually told me that in spite of communication and changing my schedule to accommodate them for for a week, he wouldn't at least wait to show the car after our prescheduled appointment time because he has no shows. I would have bought the car a week ago but they couldn' their act together. Simply put, avoid this place at all costs. They have horrendous customer service. To say they are rude an unprofessional is a massive understatment.

Maria Bryant: I just bought a 2014 equinox here literally a week ago and the last 2 days it has been dying while I'm driving it which is a massive safety issue! I took it in to a shop and it needs over $2000 of repairs. This is such an unreliable, trashy, and unsafe place to buy a car and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone ever. Please don't buy here, or if you do just beware it'll probably drain the bank.

Keith Lang: I didn't like that they added in nearly $1000 in hidden fees at the end of the transaction. I went down the road and bought one at Varsity Ford, they don't have any. Just remember to add ~$1k to any car they have on the lot and you will be closer to the real cost than what they advertise.

Frank Gibbs: Had a Saturday morning appointment and Dalton called about an hour before the appointment to confirm, I told him I was on my way but would be about 10 minutes late because of storms and construction. I ended up going to the other/larger Suburban location because that was the address on the listing for the truck. Got there 15 minutes after the appointment, Dalton was working with a client--no big deal, I waited until he was done. Walks right past me to chit chat with a couple guys waiting at the door to drive a car (mind you I was in front of Dalton's desk about 8 feet behind his initial customer). Ok, go to the front, introduce myself to Dalton while he's talking to the pair up front. I get the keys, take it for a test drive, back in 15-20 minutes, walk in, all but one sales rep still in the building. Ask where Dalton went, "he'll be right back" they say. I walk back out front where I parked the car, called my wife, talked about making an offer, went back in, no Dalton after being on the phone with my wife for about 15 minutes going over everything. I tell the lone sales rep I'd like to make an offer. "We don't negotiate. It's a company policy and we have the internet so we know we're charging a competitive price"... Ok, that's a new one. They won't negotiate, won't cover any aspect of tax/title/fee/etc, guy gives me the out the door price. Still, Dalton is a no show. So, I left, no follow up from Dalton, waste my time and now less than a week later, listing went from $6490 to $5999. For not negotiating they love to A. change their prices and B. waste people's time with bad service.Long story short: bad service, unreliable sales people, and there's white mold in the carpet all along the bottom of the front windows

David Duncker: They seem like they don't know what they're doing. They insisted that I buy insurance before they even went over the financing plan. I had to go back to sign some documents because they forgot to get me to sign something.And you'll feel the pressure to purchase gap coverage. They'll rush you and pressure you instead of calmly explaining everything you need to know.

I highly recommend looking to Cromax for your next vehicle purchase!

darrel james: Bought a cruze from here didn't know it had an after market engine in it.... the inspection people should have pointed that out but didn't. All four tires had plugs in them and had to be replaced.Seemed to be a hassle to get the spare out of him.All kinds of cooling issues... had to replace fan, thermostat,sensors etc...and now a blown gasket and I only ever put full synthetic oil changes in it.Car didn't last a year after putting well over four grand in it.... had two engine oil leaks that had to be fixed as soon as I got it etc...nothing but a 7000 dollar problem.

And he was straight up with me and told me no. Not that one. I really appreciated his honesty. Needless to say he had a vehicle that was perfect for me. I left with my new car.
