Joyce Shao: Food was only ok but they forcefully added a 18% tip when it was only a party of two. the service wasn’t good. It took them about 20 minutes to even take our order . I understand they were busy but tables that came after us got their orders taken first and it took them about another 20 minutes to give us the bill .

Kah huan Yap: Had very bad experience. Ordered a salmon bento with barely any salmon in it (costed $18 something). Furthermore they charged us 18% tips automatically after tax, when in fact they provided close to no service at all (except serving water and foods).I mean, if you not as petty as me and don’t care wasting an extra $5 go ahead, but just don’t order the salmon bento😞

Dian Jiao: Very bad experience, as an Asian I found their sushi and udon noodles very inauthentic, the rice in the sushi was not sticky at all, there was no garnish of any sauce but the fish itself did not have a very fresh flavor to make the sushi tasty. Also, we waited over 50 minutes (actual time) and ended up being automatically charged 18% tips of our bill. In fact they didn't serve much and even needed to be greeted by us before ordering and paying the bill.

Cicada Bhatia-Guerin: The food was decently good, as most east Asian is, but it lacked a certain punch. The service was decently fast and I can't complain about that. The feel of the restaurant was pretty sterile though, mostly because of the lack of decorations and the pipe going up right next to our table. It's alright but I'm probably going to come somewhere else next time.

Ben Curtis: Sushi was decent and staff was nice. The place was clean. The ramen was NOT good. Bland, watery, little to no flavoring, a deep friend egg and some cut of pieces of deep fried chicken… Maybe just avoid the ramen all together.
