Lily V: So incredibly rude. My mother went in to get balloons inflated for a party. The manager working immediately caught an attitude, and was rude to her from the get-go. After OVER INFLATING the balloons we brought in, and not giving her a bag for them, 4 LARGE $20 balloons popped as she was walking out. After she went back to buy more, she asked him why he did not give her a bag, to which he YELLED that she “did not seem the type to want to pay for” the bag. He then proceeded to laugh at her with his colleague. Is this the type of racial discrimination that this establishment promotes? After dealing with racism throughout her life, and giving business to a company, my mother deserves better as an ethnic woman. If you don’t want South Asians in the store, put up a sign, don’t make us revisit racial trauma for your pleasure.EDIT: Wow, seeing the response from the owner just shows how this business just does not care. They did not even try to read the review
Jones Candice: Variety of party supplies. Today, half of the lights were off in the store which was a little creepy.
Brian “I'm BAK” K: This is the best store for all your party needs! Also, we found that it is much more cost-effective to buy a small helium tank and fill your own balloons. They also have a ton for dinosaur themed birthdays! Make sure to look at the plastic take-home party cups for all the party guests to remember your children's birthday celebration.
Lauren Grossman: The staff are friendly and helpful but the store is often understocked. Items will show as available online but shelves at the store will be empty. The price tags on the shelves are often missing or scratched out.

Aiko Brazi: Went here once today and never again. Went in for $4 cough drops (already overpriced) and later saw that my card was charged for almost $6 for a tiny pack. The cashier swipes your card for you and lies to your face about the price of the item and has the audacity to charge themselves a tip without telling you. They of course don't provide receipts either. Absolutely terrible, if I could give no stars I would.

Was looking all over town for some of the legendary 1776 bourbon and the friendly man at the counter not only explained the supply chain problems but took the time to find me some palatable alternatives based on the flavor profile I wanted. Who the heck does that any more, least of all a college town liquor/beer shop? I was actually a bit taken aback (in a good way). Much appreciated! I went with Not My Father's Bourbon this time and will be back again! Cheers.

Patrick Hoey: The best last minute shop on your way home is the closest one, and Wolverine Party Shoppe is that for me, and made better by friendly staff and that they have U-Haul rentals has been a great convenience for me whether it be moving to a new home or just needing a big van to transport a purchase. Everything is smooth and easy. Any negative reviews are coming from people who happen to stop by there after doing their grocery shopping at Plum Market 🙄

Dove Bott: This is the third party store that claimed to be open on a weekday night, until 10. Got there at 9:15 and they were closed. This is EXTREMELY frustrating. Especially for someone who does not have a car. If they are going to change their hours, make sure the customers know. Both me amd my fiancée go there very frequently and give them a lot of business. We will no longer be going there and we will let every one of our friends know not to go to this place any longer.

David Pepper: The staff are always kind, courteous and knowledgeable
John Constantine: In defense of the employees; this location gets a lot of disrespectful people who steal and move items around like nobody's business. It's hard for them to keep up with on a daily basis with a short staff. That being said, (most of) the staff are very kind people. The corporate side of the company couldn't care less about how hard they work some of their management staff though. It's apparently policy that the bathroom doors be locked at all times and if you need to use it you have to pull a manager away from their work to unlock it for you like a six year old asking a teacher for a hall pass. and god FORBID you ask the cashier for bathroom help because they will ANNOUNCE IT OVER THE INTERCOM.. again this is apparently POLICY. I dunno, just seems really asinine to me. Other than that, I see most of the managers intensely fast walking all over the place just to keep up with their employee and customer requests. Oh and never have I ever seen MANAGERS stocking as much as these guys do. they don't have any stocking staff whatsoever. So the 1300+ boxes getting stocked on the shelves every week? Thank the two main managers for that, Blue Beanie and Red Beard 👏👏👏 (I do not know their names but that's what I'm calling them and you should too)
