Happy Lee: A set of 2 Canadian passport photos costs $45. Looks like very pricey to me. He also recommended the FedEx from his store to ship my old passport to Canada for $70~75 as he said. And did not mention any other options. When I went to an official FedEx store, I paid only $27 for the shipping, with 1 to 2 days longer expected for the delivery, which is acceptable to me.

Dealing with the US Government rarely is easy, with hours on the phone leading nowhere. Sam finally identified someone in the county clerks office downtown who knew how to navigate the system. Conner Ball: I chose this place because I wanted to support a local business. Little did I know that he was going to manipulate pricing and be nothing but inconvenient. I went here three times. Once to buy a book of stamps. He charged me $16.50 for a book of stamps that costs $11 at the post office. ($0.55 x 20 stamps = $11).The second time, I was dropping off a package. I didn’t have time to print the label that day, so I asked if he could. He said, “yes for $5.” I told him never mind, I’ll go home and print it myself. He said, “fine, how about $3.50?” I said absolutely not. Where are your prices listed? (For the record, he does not have any pricing listed online or in the store.)I returned with my package and the label. This time he wanted to charge me $4 to put tape on the label and apply it to the package.It is so irritating that there is no pricing transparency. He told me he doesn’t have to show his prices because he “somehow tries to make five bucks on every customer.”For me that was an extra $5 added to my book of stamps without any mention of the $5 fee - I even offered to pay cash in case it was a credit/debit fee.My second issue is that he is trying to barter. I refuse the $5 charge, he tries to offer it for $3.50. This opens a whole window of opportunity for discriminatory pricing. How do I know that everyone is being charged the same amount and that he’s not just charging me extra?I won’t be returning.

Wyatt Banks: I dropped off a package for UPS that didn't register in UPS's system when it was scanned by Arbor Pack 'N' Mail. I checked the UPS tracking system a couple days later and it still wasn't registered. Sam was extremely patient and helpful with trying to track the package down, speaking with the UPS driver, and repeatedly followed up with me until the situation was resolved and the package arrived at the destination. Sam is very thorough and was a total professional throughout the entire ordeal. I definitely recommend using Arbor Pack 'N' Mail for these reasons, in addition to supporting a great small business in our community. Thank you again Sam!

Victoria Ballor: Supposed to have a package delivered to my house that I needed to sign for. I was waiting in the living room to sign at the expected time, and they just left a note on the door- didn’t knock at all. I had to go to the fedex office to pick it up and they were rude and unfriendly.

Jonah Eisenberg: I needed to print several thousand flyers of various sizes and colors for a student organization, and waited a bit too long to order them. I called in a panic, and Eric took care of the order right away. I had to make several trips to pick up the flyers, and Eric was there every step of the way and very thoughtfully boxed the flyers in a way that was convenient for me. The flyers turned out beautifully, and all thanks to Eric! He turned this into a great first experience with printing flyers for me.

Tim Hartman: Prices for self-service copying are no clearly posted. And self-service copy prices are 2 to 3 times as expensive as Dollar Bill a few blocks away. If you have more than 50 pages consider buying a cheap printer as a throw away.

Valerie Shinabarger: I came in to print onto three different types of material and went to the help area instead of the self-print. The staff was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable on how to accomplish the same goal a number of different ways. We ran into some technical issues on their end and some user errors on my end but they stayed calm and always had a plan B, C, D, etc. One worker (Erik!) worked with me the entire time and when I had to leave and come back that worker came to help again since he knew my project more than the person who greeted me. It was as pleasant an experience printing could be! Definitely will come again to this location.

I had a very large number of poster size paper that needed to be printed - and they provided that to me prior to the time I had to have it. Then about a week later. I had to have another large amount printed - I requested the job on Monday and needed it by Wednesday - they came through...amazing. Thank you so much for all your help!!!
