Jim Hayes: Lotto needs it’s own teller. I know that it can take a long to purchase a well thought out scratch off strategy, and rushing that process may jeopardize one’s retirement plans, so I wouldnt want the customer to hurry. Just please do it on another register

D B: 3rd time the doors were locked and it was window service only. Stood at window for 5 minutes trying to get the attention of the cashier, who couldn't hear the bell because the music inside store was VERY LOUD. Never looked up to check window. 5 minutes I stood there...on 3 separate occasions.
