While the final shots turned out fantastic (we currently have it "narrowed" down to the top 27 shots), it was his desire to get the "interesting" shot that was most impressive.Whether lying down in a road, climbing a structure to get a great angle, or patiently waiting for the perfect sun setting angle, his attention to detail was extremely impressive.It was interesting to see another photographer taking senior photos at one of the locations we went to, as I could see the stark difference in approach. JD was using lighting equipment he brought along to enhance every photo he was taking, whereas the other person didn't look like they had anything other than a camera (and stood up the entire time).The dramatic effects that JD was able to capture between using the natural lighting and his lighting equipment were great. We now have photos of our son that could easily be on a magazine cover or in a national ad, including several shots that weren't planned ahead of time.Thank you again, JD!
