United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Andrew Katona: Boy oh boy. I couldn’t have imagined worse service than what I’ve received at this location.
Patrick Meyer: There are a dozen people in line. 2 workers were here when one decided he was going to take a break. He made sure to announce to everyone he was taking a break and going to leave the other post office worker stranded by himself.
Ryan Mylrea: Impressively bad service, even for a post office. You can come here at any business hour, any day of the week, and there'll be a line at least 7 people long, with only one employee behind the counter.
Melinda Keillor: Went to get international stamps. 1st machine didn't work. 2nd machine no paper receipt. Received 4 international stamps but paid for 5 according to email receipt.
Kai Lei: good service.
Ann Arbor Local: Always understaffed. Employees have headphones in and show no sense of urgency for the customers. For a busy city like ann arbor, this is pretty sad. Will be leaving a corporate review as well. Get it together guys and if you don't enjoy your job don't work at the post office.
Sydney Joann: The amount of times I’ve scheduled a package pick-up for them to never show up or give me a reason why is ridiculous. I understand once or twice, especially around the new year, but this is the third time now. I definitely don’t recommend scheduling anything for pick up at this location
Kyle: 0 stars. Horrible establishment. Can't do their jobs correctly. 4 days before Christmas and my package is returned to sender, no reason given, no explanation, no reattempted delivery. And to top it off, they send me a message lying saying its in the mailbox. Went to the store, the woman at the counter literally said yes when I asked if the mailman just decided "No, not today, I don't like this guy in particular." Like she's funny. Utter incompetence. Now I have family members without gifts for the holidays. Thanks guys!
rebecca tisch: Standing in line with 11 people and 3 sitting at side. We have two wait staff - one can only take cards and the other cash. Very poor service!
Jung Eun: They are holding my priority mail package for more than a week without notifying to me. what is going on. My family has been waiting for the important package day and night.
Alena (Nely): If you want to see a live exhibit of how NOT to do customer service, this place takes the cake with flying colors.I left and will go elsewhere, the post office in ypsilanti is much better and the workers are savy, fast and respect what they do.
Michael Henry: For starters there was only one person working here today October 14th Then after waiting in line there was a postal worker that was behind me I told her that I forgot my wallet in my car so I ran out there literally took me 7 seconds came back in she was still standing there then she had dinner to tell me that she's in a hurry and that she would let me have my place back in line but you can't do that because she's running behind. Then when she gets up to the window to do her transaction for a person that's in a hurry she's picking out stamps with her favorite pictures on them She can't beat that much in a hurry. This place is very unprofessional the staff here is not polite at all good luck when you come here!
Zechuan Ding: The USPS manages the mailboxes at my apartment, but it didn't provide me with correct keys to the mailbox. We had to go the USPS and pay for new keys. The USPS said that new keys will arrive in 5 to 7 days, but after four weeks they still did not send over the keys. Only after I called the USPS main service center then I could receive the keys.Phone calls rarely went through, and staff were quite impatient.
Maija Manninen: USPS has a pretty poor reputation, but I had such a positive experience at this location today! Malcolm took the time to teach me how to use the self service station from start to finish, and was the nicest USPS worker I've ever encountered. Thanks Malcolm!
Rakesh Ponnala: Stay away from this place. They lack empathy. We where 2 minutes late and the staff sent us back. I highly not recommend this place for passport or other services
Sam Arutyunyan: Staff is friendly and helpful. They are a bit understaffed on the front desk but its not their fault.
Alex Rardon: Don't go here if you pay in cash. Absolutely bull that you can't use cash AT A FEDERAL POST OFFICE
m J: Worst employees and service ever!
Jayden Benedict: Can’t even talk to anyone. That goes for all usps. They’re all dumb. Can’t talk to a real person and I paid for two day shipping in it’s still not here. Last time I ever use usps or fedex. Ups is way better than any of these companies.
Aubrey Palenick: Impatient employees
Alex Quentin: Bought a TV online and USPS *accidentally* delivered it to the wrong address. I had to file a case on the USPS website and a staff member from this site called me within 4 hours of opening the case. She is really nice and is really trying to help me to locate the package. Was able to locate the address my TV was delivered :) I think filing a case online is probably easier than other alternatives. Pretty nice service, but I mean if the carrier didn't deliver it to the wrong address in the first place, I wouldn't have to contact them :/

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Michael Boyett: This is the branch for my zip code. 48105 can mean a lot of different things, depending on where you are; just keep that in mind. One of their BIPOC mail carriers tried to steal a laptop I had coming to me from Ebay (long story) and when I came here looking for answers, they played dumb while they covered for their racial kinsman and made me stand in the lobby for nearly 30 minutes until they miraculously "found" it - probably stashed away in some hiding spot where he had put it until he felt like it was safe to take it off-premises. I cannot adequately describe to you the look of anger and contempt I received as the ungrateful hippo handed me MY bought and paid for property. Better luck next time!
Nicole: This place is an absolute mess. The staff is extremely rude. It feels like they don't care about customer service because they aren't held accountable since the post office will always be there and people have to show up no matter what. Everyone in line just kept looking at each other awkwardly while we watched everyone get treated with zero respect. It was like we were all bonding over our disbelief in how rude they were being to everyone they talked to.I had a passport appointment and I still waited in line for over an hour. The lady in front of me was also there for a passport appointment. When we got to the front of the line, she showed them her passport appointment notification first and they told her to step aside for assistance. It was my turn and they asked what time my appointment was for. When I told them, they told me that it was impossible because they only had one appointment slot available and it was for the lady in front of me. I tried to show them my appointment confirmation email and they refused to look at it and kept trying to send me away. I was very kind and patient because I was under the impression that there was an error with their online system that allowed me to double book the appointment but they didn't care. All I wanted was for them to look at my email, confirm that I did have an appointment at that time, and help me either reschedule or assist me anyways since I did everything correctly. I wanted the bare minimum customer service and they couldn't even do that.Maybe everyone needs to go to the post office every once in awhile, but I'll do whatever it takes to make sure I never even have to look at this place ever again.
Jerard Gordon: Worst post office I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My 1 day deliver priority mail package came 3 days late, and when I took my ereceipt in for a refund they said they couldn't process it!? Eventually they relented and just looked up my transaction. I don't understand why it was so hard? Most employees I've dealt with were either rude and/or seemed incompetent. Just avoid this branch or go to another one in the area. Or if you really need your package to arrive on time, just use FedEx or UPS.
Gary Shen: The staffs in this station never nock on your door when delivering and just leave a missing notice. They also rarely respond to your phone calls. I had the worst experience with them!
Mindaugas Blazevicius: Super slow and rude!
Blore 1: If possible i would give 4 negative stars. For my international post i got the most unprofessional and rude clerk. It would hav been alright ( as anyone can have a bad day) but she was the most incompetent person I have met also. She typed in the wrong address ( forgot a city name and zip code). When I asked her if i could check the address she just snapped at me and asked me to move along. Based on the reviews given earlier i have feeling we are talking about the same person. There has to be a way to make this person accountable for her actions. I have decided that hence forth i will take my business to UPS or FedEx
Sujata Bhakta: Very poor customer service! They need to be trained in basic courtesy and communication! Sad state of affairs and I am sorry I went there!
OJ Rant: After multiple negative experiences at this branch, I'm compelled to share a review. The staff (including the supervisor) at this facility are generally rude and self-centered. They express no empathy for customer issues and are defensive rather than helpful. They need customer service training.
Jiexing Mai: Standing a hour just for picking up a package, lol
Eric Liu: Worst attitude I've ever seen. And extremely SLOW!Be prepared to wait for more than half an hour for just shipping a package. They got 5 windows but only one is working!
S L: This location is awful. Extremely rude and lazy. Other A2 branches are not like this.
Judit Szente: Kindest post office ever, never had a bad experience.
Amit Baghel: Not worth 1.9 overall rating. Worst experience ever. I had an appointment. They could not pull up my appointment details. They also misbehaved.
Yin Yang: If a police officer have to come to a post office it is bad _ I saw a video a guy gets almost ran over in your parking lot.
Nick Mitchell: This review is in regard to applying for a passport.I was nervous scheduling an appointment at this location due to the rating and the numerous negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The staff were nice and helpful - for example, I forgot to scan the back of my drivers license and the man did it without complaint. As long as you have your documents in order, I think this is a great location to apply for a passport. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
Esmail Alqadhi: You wait in the line for a service then they say “sorry I don’t have access to this service, go to the other line” then the other line make you start over, and over 35 minutes to serve a single customer before you, because as she says “it’s her first time. So one doesn’t have authority, and the one with the authority doesn’t know how to do things in timely manner. Not to forget that one of them has been taping packages for almost everyone, except when the customer was not of her race, then she taped his package but after a mean comment! I left and that lady was still working on that single item
Brandon Linville: Horrible customer service. I dread going to the post office each time.
Angelica Dennard: I never really leave reviews, typically my experiences at post offices are terrible, workers always have attitudes, but I just left this location and Colleen was amazing such a sweet such a great employee!
Y Li: If I can leave a negative review I will. It is Friday at 4:40pm. Only one clerk who is extremely slow. I am mailing an international package, and she forgot to paste the custom form to my package. When I asked her, instead of putting it on which should only take her 5 second, she refused to get the custom form stick to my package because she said she wants to take care of next customer since there is a long line. She spent more time arguing with me she will get it done later. She was being rude and said I was being unreasonable. I wish there is a way to get those people who are unfit for their jobs fired!! They are using customer care as excuses to provide terrible customer care. I’ve had better experience with other clerks at this location, who are way faster than this one. I don’t understand why she is the only clerk available at Friday afternoon when more people are likely getting their package mailed. Avoid this sloth lady at all possible!
White Obama: Total trash. If I could give zero stars I would this is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. The employees are horrible, and it looks like a dump
aquaphoenix: If I could rate no stars, I would. Stopped in after work around 5:10 p.m. on a Friday (today). There was only one clerk working the counter. Seriously??! A busy time of the evening. There were 10 of us in line. One master tool of a customer had 30 pieces of mail that needed to be processed individually, and we all stood in line for over 20 minutes while the poor clerk processed his excessive pile of selfishness. Like dude, read the room! Maybe tonight wasn't a good night to bring the mail from the entire department for processing. The clerk, Debra, was polite and sweet and apologetic. I told her it wasn't her fault. Her management failed her tonight. Much like the postal service is failing us all.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Javier Sanjines: Poor service. Never send priority mail envelopes or packages through USPS. Your will run the risk of loosing them in the mail.
George Hoffmann: After a package became 3 weeks overdue, I went to ask for more tracking info--the original clerk assured me the office would be able to provide a more detailed picture of where the package was. Instead, the officer who came out acted dismissively and lied, claiming there was no access to any more information. Luckily another, more helpful P.O. did provide a detailed record of the package's movements, locating it in Seattle. Extremely rude and misleading service from this officer: this is why I won't be sending packages through USPS anymore, and why government offices established to serve the public end up getting such a terrible reputation. I know the Postal services have been underfunded for years, but behavior like this only makes matters worse.
madgean joassaint: I was expecting my ballot from out of state. It had been weeks since it was sent but I never received it. My state’s post office said they had sent it to the Ann Arbor branch about 2 weeks before. I talked to someone there and they said there was nothing they could do. Now, it’s finally been delivered (after the election) and it looks like someone tried to open it.
Jerry Catanese: USPS is the worst company ANYWHERE. And they don't care about anything or anyone. No accountability whatsoever! No respect, no responsibility at all!
Lucy Zheng: Employees are overall pretty patient. However some were arguing really loud behind the staff door, which is unprofessional.General note bout USPS: DON'T GET PRIORITY - it's not guaranteed to get there in two days. My package took FIVE days (basically could have shipped any other way) and food got spoiled. Nothing I could do except be sad I wasted my money and time.
Sarah Thune: Christina stayed after hours to help ship a box internationally - she was so patient and helpful.
Jessica K: Contacting State Attorney General office. No more excuses USPS! POSSIBILITY OF MAILBOX FRAUD, VULNERABILITY TO IDENTITY THEFT, SENSITIVE MAIL NOT GETTING DELIVERED (informed delivery shows every piece of direct mail to get delivered to my box) What happened the investigation with my daughter’s mailbox locks getting changed?! Stadium phone keeps ringing and Liberty doesn’t follow through with requests. Two set of keys for a locked mailbox for two different residents at my daughter’s apartment complex, a note from neighbor claiming it’s theirs, locked mailbox still has no change in locks?! Who else has keys or master keys?! What in the name of possibility of mailbox fraud or vulnerability to identity theft is going on here?! Just recently very sensitive mail not delivered to my box. Very suspicious. Haven’t had a problem in years. Fix locks, change keys and issue different mailbox to my daughter investigate the person of name given on the phone. Find my mail. My job is well understaffed too.#RESPECTBLACKWOMEN
Mickey McGuire: The people at this office are very helpful and friendly as can be.
Dg4VDO: Serious looking building,
Shibamouli Lahiri: Excellent Service. professional. caring
Anandaraj Natarajan: Staffs are very helpful and supportive
Lita Ray: Beyond unprofessional.
Renee McPhail: Excellent customer service here. Easy parking, too.
Denis Bronskii: It's a hit or miss when it comes down to package processing times. Never had any issues when it came to customer service.
455: Really slow service but they eventually did take my package the staff we're kind and my order was fulfilled quite fast just very slow service
Adam Goldberg: Lame. They are extremely inefficient. Possible to reach. No answers. Waiting on mail for weeks now from previous address.Would not survive a year in the private sphere. Let them compete with UPS and FEDEX.
Rebecca C: Very bad service!
Peri Macinic: The staff is always friendly and quick.
Dylan Gomula: Was there at 3pm today to get fingerprinted, "clerk 77" (wouldn't give me his name, older gentleman) was very rude to me for no apparent reason
Pennie Bailey: Having a commercial space in the mall thats open from 11-7, and for some reason the post office guy will not bring me my packages. He’s saying he left a note due to me not being here. Where’s the “note”???? At this point , I think its best they hold my mail at the post office and I grab it myself. My granny always said “If you want it done right, do it yourself.”
Joseph Dooley: Very nice workers, I don't know why anyone would give anything but 5 stars.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Karrie Schultz: It’s 927 and the branch was supposed to open at 9am. Been waiting for over 20 minutes with no one in sight.
Helen Levy: This branch supposedly opens at 9 am but the door is locked with no signs of life at 9:15 am on a Tuesday. People are lined up at door but starting to give up. When they are open, the service is slow and not very helpful/polite. This is by far the worst USPS office I’ve ever experienced.
Ziming Huang: worst office ever.
Jessica Qian: Would give 0 starts if I could. Worst customer service ever (middle aged man working today at 2). Wouldn’t help me with tape and got mad I set my package on the table too loudly. Also the 1-2 PM “break” isn’t on their website which is really annoying so beware. Terrible service.
C: One of the worst run post offices I have ever been to, and I have been to many. One staff at most, long lines and just very poor unprofessional service. Not sure why they are even open here. Just go to the main downtown location.
Monique Medina: All comments: Best of service, about 5-10 minutes max, no line, great front station representative, under construction and new Amazon place of pick up next door.
K M: Don't waste your time or money here. It took them nearly two months to get a key for my PO box, even though I reserved it months in advance, and the mail that they receive from the main Stadium USPS station often takes several days to get sorted into the boxes. I have lost several pieces of mail (including an absentee voting ballot) and one package here, which to me defeats the purpose of even having a PO box. Also note that Amazon and sometimes UPS will NOT ship anything to your PO box at this location, as they deem the zip code undeliverable (48106).There used to be more staff at this location, but now it appears to be staffed by one man who goes out of his way to be rude and make it seem like your very presence ruins his day. I have seen people getting talked down to for simple things such as buying stamps or asking about shipping options. More staff here is necessary. As of September 2022, their retail counter closes at 1-2pm every weekday (and sometimes even earlier than that), so if you have a question regarding your mail or PO box...good luck finding someone there to help you.The location is this station's only upside. Sometimes I wish something would smite it off the face of the earth.
Stella Wu: Best of luck for anyone trying to do their business at this branch.Very often there is only one person at the desk, and when that person decides to take a break at random hours of the day, be prepared to waste half an hour of your time waiting for them : ))(I’m not saying the employee cannot take any break, maybe just be consistent so that people don’t come expecting a quick trip but end up waiting for very long)
Alaq Almedrasy: I warn everyone from going to them and send things because they will steal your package and take money for nothing. And you will be just stressed and stolen!!!.I sent package to Iraq that cost more than $200 and they charged me $100 in the end of December 2021 and nothing went to Iraq and nothing came back to me!. I lost my package and the money that I gave them!!!.
Ramchandra Apte: Staff aren't that helpful but they get the job done.
Jessica Comiskey: Went here to return a package and simply needed one piece of tape to send it, and the man at the front desk refused to give tape because it was not through “priority mail” - instead he said I needed to purchase an entire tape roll. What a ridiculous concept… the tape roll was right there and it was not a big package whatsoever. USPS get it together here! All other locations I’ve been to have offered to help.
Nat Smith: Super rude male employee there, I will never go back to this location.
Tony Pan: My package was held by post office without my permission, I called USPS and they told us to go to this location. I went there and the clerk told me they don't hold any packages...
Ellie Katz: Please staff this location better. Employees are consistently rude, unfriendly, and stressed. I wanted to mail a package and an employee made me buy a sticker to write the address on instead of just letting me tell him the address out loud, as I have done at every single USPS in the past when I wanted to mail a package.
Irene Mydy: Cheryl went out of her way to help me find a misdirected package I sent to a family member in Ann Arbor. She got in touch with the carrier and straightened it out.She also called me back to let me know when the package was delivered. Only 1 day late! Thanks Cheryl!!
nader almutairi: Bad experience. Only one rude guy. Took me more than 25 mins to mail my stuff
Steve Zhou: Simply horrible
Jordan C: Male staff member was extremely rude, terrible customer service. We had an issue with our mail forwarding so we came in to ask about it and he acted shocked that we came in and said they aren't "customer service" and can't help. The service and his attitude were ridiculous, example of a government run office at its worst.
Damian Chessare: The worst post office I have ever dealt with. As bad as post offices can be, these people really stand out as ineptly below all the rest. They have lost my mail twice now, and are rude and unapproachable when you come with a complaint or question.
Weijie Sun: I wish I could have the option to give them zero star. Even with PO Box I still lost several packages and letters. And today it was the third time they misplaced other people’s document into my PO Box.
Sheryl Lee: staff was very mean and not approachable. lines were very long. worst experience with USPS.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Darlene Perrine: I may be bias, but this has been the best post office I’ve been at. The crew of carriers are reliable and helpful. The clerks are knowledgeable and friendly. Management is diligent in solving problems. Most of all it’s the customers that make it like a family. Number one☝️post office in my book.
Dmitri Mihaliov: Every time I've dealt with this post office, I've had a pleasant experience. Staff are motivated and helpful, and I can only say positive things.
Sheila Anderson: RITA Charged me $10 for delivering package I had already paid shipping on. GOOD LUCK sue me
Jennifer Schuh: Shoutout to Todd for being the sweetest, most helpful post office employee I ever met. I appreciate all your help today and throughout the years
Jon Campbell: I'm a small business owner and have mailed out all my products with the same postage no problem. That is until I came to this location. Man at front desk refused to take my package and just kept repeating I had wrong postage. And would not print of a new one for me when I asked for the correct one. Just tossed my package bag at me and walked away.Edited post. Next day went to a different post office they accepted my package with no problem.
Alex W: Great fast service! Todd, Darlene, and Yoo are all great and efficient! Thank you!!
G L: Dropped off a package in the drop box. Two weeks later, the tracking number says it was never scanned in at the post office. Not sure if this was laziness or they lost the package but I have no idea if it was actually ever delivered. This seems to be a common practice at all post offices. Not sure what happened to our postal system but it has been on a quick decline since the pandemic which also was the same time a new Post Master was hired.
Rachael V.: They don't even try to deliver packages that don't fit in the box or if the parcel boxes are full. They take them back to the post office and insist I come pick them up. Recently our carrier left a note refusing to redeliver (see pic) which violates the posted policies. Then they mark things as delivered so the seller doesn't know this is going on.
Jamie Buhr: We made the mistake of shipping multiple international packages to a client through USPS. Almost three weeks after pickup it still showed "Package Acceptance Pending in Dexter". When I went to the Dexter branch to get answers they provided me with no helpful information and went as far as to ask if I was sure everything wasn't still at our warehouse. They then referred me to an international tracking website that told me the exact same thing, which was absolutely nothing. Now we have to remake and resend each package through UPS because we were originally told USPS could provide international tracking info, but that turned out to not be the least bit true. Avoid at all costs.
Frances Betzoldt: The staff Todd and John provide excellent customer service.
Joe Smith: Staff at this office is amazing! Always helpful and informative. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because parking around the post office is difficult.
Maryrose Angelo: This place is the perfect example of little brain mentality. They couldn’t help me or provide me with a P.O. box or a temporary solution. I just moved to the area and wanted to get my mail secured first. According to kid working there he told me I can’t get one bc I don’t have a Michigan state id... that’s not true that’s incorrect informtaion. They are not helpful or accommodating to customer needs. The manager sits in the back and barks orders and wouldn’t even come out to talk to me or apologize and give me an alternate solution to receive my mail for the time being while I go mess around at the dmv for a new ID.
Dan Smith: I was staying in this town for a few months for school. In several online orders, I screwed up my shipping address and zip code. These guys went out of the way to help me track the wayward packages down, so I really appreciate it. Thank you so much :) .
Dave Beattie: Update: This post office continues to be a horrible group of people. Package marked delivered by their own tracking system and was not in my box. Went to the post office to inquire, the carrier did actually come back but was rude and smoking a cigarette. She checked all the boxes and my package was no where to be found. She got verbally abusive, loud and then left saying I am out of luck. They violate their own charter by not delivering mail. Today is Wednesday January 20th. The last time I received mail was Saturday January 16th. Unacceptable. I inquired yesterday at the post office where my mail and was given the run around by a supposed "postmaster" but was really just a double talking jerk. If I could switch this service I would or some how hold these people accountable but that seems impossible. Horrible just horrible. Use another service if your the shipper.
Tom Sawyer: Todd is really trying his best but I can tell he needs some more vacation time. Please allow him to take some time off he needs to let off some steam. I can tell by the way he vigorously tapes my package up while staring into my eyes. Additionally, I can tell by my third eye that his chakra is tainted.
Keywell Coins / Mafia Metals: Great service and convenient spot in town, always help with packages and mail
Andrew Chizek: Poor service started December 2015. Wont deliver my boxes to the door or put them in the mailbox if they fit ( i have a jumbo box). I spoke with the Post Master and from what I got out of the deal is they can't or don't want to handle the new Amazon Prime contract. I tried to work out a deal so I wouldn't have to drive to the post office twice a week however the Post Master wouldn't budge and told me there was nothing he could do. He wouldn't even try to work it out with me.
Marilyn Wilkie: This post office has had problems for years. My problems have included boxes being balanced on top of my rural mailbox which ended up in the busy highway, a certified letter being sent back to the sender even though I had my mail held while on vacation, long lines caused by a customer having 43 items and the postmaster saying he could not open the other window, and mail being delivered after dark requiring a flashlight to go out to get the mail on a nightly basis. Re:the certified letter, they could not find it for a day and I had to call numerous times before they told me what happened to it. They also could not tell me who it was from. This caused a lot of worry.

Domino's Farms Postal Sub Station: what do users think?
Joe Montgomery: Cash or check only.
Aaron Glenn: This is one of the best Post Office locations I have worked with in the Ann Arbor area. The staff is always friendly and the go out of their way to be of assistance.*Note: This location is a contract Post Office and has PO Boxes available for rent. However, the PO Boxes are owned by the Green Rd Post Office
Michael McClelland: Incredibly convenient "secret" post office location. Virtually never a line.
Cassie Evans: Heads up: this location only takes cash or check.I smiled and greeted the worker, then handed the worker the envelope that I was sending off, who then gave it a good look over and rolled their eyes and got huffy with me. It was portion of a college application. I love being judged at the post office. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience.
Anna Nummy: The gentleman who works here is very friendly and and I've always gotten great customer service from him, I have NO complaints about him at all. However, the woman who works here acts like it's a HUGE favor to do her job. She always has a chip on her shoulder. Her attitude is so bad, I'm considering avoiding this location all together and going to Green Road EVEN THOUGH I work in the Domino's complex.
