Elizabeth Smith: Sent a civil summons and she could not get the papers served. All she kept offering was to "stake out" work or home locations and charge $50 per hour to sit and wait for the person. The person she needed to serve worked in a public place with set open/close hours. She had a description of the car and she had recent pictures but still only wanted to "stake out" for $50/hr. I would not recommend this server unless you plan to spend a lot of money to get you paper served.
